Good location-10 minutes walk to Bangla Street. Rooms are clean & spacious. Reception staffs (Sandy & Adam) are helpful & great hospitality.

The location is central and great. Within walking distance to the nearby Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Walking Street, street markets and food stalls. Rooms are clean and spacious with huge king-size beds. The pool is small but adequate. There is a gym on the first floor overlooking the street, not a bad view while running on the treadmill. The morning breakfast is ok, quite a spread.

My only complaint was the bathroom could have been cleaner… When we first explored the room, there were used contact lenses on the sink and shower area had hair from previous guests. Stayed for almost 1 week with friends. Bed was made daily; floors cleaned and some free bottles of water. Rooms air-conditioned which was good considering how hot and humid it was outside. Keep air-conditioning on as, humidity accumulates inside. Friendly, accommodating staff. Close by to Patong Beach, restaurants, markets, convenient stores and Jungceylon.

Currently staying in Lantern for a fortnite been here a week got another week left. The worst holiday experience I’ve ever had very basic rooms shower is either freezing cold or boiling hot air con has broke twice and had to get a technician to come in my room for hours at a time whilst I’m trying to enjoy my night to fix which we then needed to gather all our belongings and move room at 10pm at night without apology. Food very poor and no nighttime entertainment what so ever. To top it all of all through the first week we have been noticing money going missing when we have been leaving the room and returning, finally on the 4th or 5th day we caught the maid stealing money from our suitcase which was zipped up and hidden under all our clothes, she panicked, apologised and gave us the money back we caught her stealing however denied stealing all the other money missing from the other days. We then proceeded to report to the front desk where they got the maid and the maid manager whilst she stood and bare faced lied and denied the accusations as if we would go out of our way to make something like this up. We weren’t offered the remaining money back and weren’t offered anything for our troubles after wasting a full day of our holiday dealing with the issue. Then told if we want to take it further we have to go to the Thai Police, obviously on holiday the last thing a young couple want to be doing is dealing with foreign police.

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location of this place is great but we were not happy with the front desk staff. They were not very friendly and couldn't give us a key to the room until almost 3 pm. We waited at the lobby for 2 hours until a room was cleaned and ready for us. Overall, it was a good place to stay at for the price.

The space for the regular rooms are convenient and comfortable. Their service is responsive. Totally recommended.

We stayed for 5 days. The room was very spacious, with two large twin beds that can be separated into 4 total. Hygiene standards were pretty good; the shower, tub and toilet were clean and in good shape. We didn't watch much of the TV. Breakfast spread was large and at a very reasonable cost, with a long time window so it's hard to miss.

It is not a dream place but to sleep there is not bad!

Great hotel, but not the food.

Location is great. Because of it's great location which is near food outlet and the mall, noise level is a little high. The windows was not able to block out the noise from the street which goes on until late at night. Rooms are big and clean except for the floor is a little sticky and there are ants crawling around the room.

Perfect location in the heart of Patong, with high standard rooms (especially the suits), nice GYM and very kind staff. The restaurant is medium quality and it is recommended to search for other possibilities in the reach variety in the near streets.

Terrible experience. We asked for a refund after finding some bed bugs on the pillow and bed sheets (as soon as we got to the room). We showed them the photos of the bed bugs we took and they also checked the room themselves. However they made up excuses like how the manager's asleep saying that it's impossible for them to do a refund. We had to argue for around 2 hrs to get a refund. They said it will take around 3 weeks for us to receive the money back. After around 4 weeks I called them, and said that they've processed everything already and it's my bank's fault that I didn't receive the money. After 6 weeks, we asked a friend from Thailand to call and speak to them. We got the money back after like 2 days. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

To 1 star reasons, here room quality, not worth THB3000, or even THB2000 also collect more, less than 4 star hotel should feel, toilet has odor, room furniture is poorly furnished, even wardrobe is not, really not worth.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Location and size of rooms are huge plus points, but I have to ask myself how the hell did this place get 4 stars? Room large but decor spartan and bear essentials eg fridge (typical tiny affair. Toiletries are of low standard and had to get my own from 7eleven. Wifi so sporadic it's near impossible to use despite router right outside my room. View overlooking tired swimming pool and it's pool furniture waste of time. Having learnt my lesson, I've booked into a 3 star hotel as the extra expense on this particular "4" star just isn't worth the money.

Nice quiet hotel close to bangra road. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The massages at the spa were heavenly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

A very nice, clean and spacious hotel, within easy access to central Patong. It is a new building with a modern appearance. I would be only too happy to give it full stars if it were not for the ridiculous cocktail table they block the entrance with. Also the restaurant area, could be a very pleasant place to sit and take in the atmosphere, however they insist on 'blasting' music way beyond anyones comfort level. It is due to this loud music that no one sits there, such a shame. Could be a lovely place to stay but the entrance cocktail table and stupid loud music until late make it a no go. Hope they change it.

Brilliant rooms pools and staff could not recommended a better place to stay one a minutes walk to Bangla st and to shops and Patong beach excellent clean rooms.

No iron clothes in the room only by laundry, no microwave, clean room and big.

Pleasant staff, excellent location and big spacious room.
