Decent stay for the money you pay. Location of the hotel is good. On the down side the breakfast set contains only 2 toast and 2 sausages which is of very less quantity and quality.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is nearer to bangla street (the most happening street of phuket). Nothing else is good about this hotel. There wre insects in the room, ac doesnt work, they dont have much toiletries, zero hospitality staff, no room service & no food choices for indians. Worst hotel experience ever.

Location — Near to Bangla Road Staff — Rude. They don't provide room service. Room service will be given only if the customer is sick. I dont know logic behind this. Breakfast — Same 3-4 items for all the days. Taste is below average. Staff need to learn English. Lane is one way so you walk down to the square for your cab. Overall, I wasnt satisfied with my stay over here.

If I could give negative stars, I would prefer that. One of the worst hotels I have come across. The reservation is not guaranteed. We had reservation for 3 nights and after first night they moved us out to some dirty hotel on 4th floor without having any elevator. We had to move all by ourselves with so many luggage. Looks like They took overbooking and gave reasons that they did not receive payment from booking vendor. I am Surprised how they received payment for the first night. Liars! They should be removed from all the booking sites as reservation is not guaranteed. They do not consider if someone is sick/ has high fever. They just pretend that they do not understand English and force you to move out from the hotel. For your betterment avoid this hotel. They are big cheaters. You dont get what you pay for, They will move you to some pigeon hole without your consent. Stay away! Save yourself and your vacation from getting ruined.

Very close to Patong center, night life, shopping mall. But, it's noisy. Specially will be noise soon because they build another bar street just in a back hotel. Rooms are nice, AC is central. They offer room service, but sometimes that is impossible.

Average hotel. Booked a standard room for 3 nights. There was no internet and refrigerator was not working. I complained the staff but they keep telling me that their technician will come and fix it. Room cleanliness was okay. Standard rooms have balcony and a good view. Staff is less educated and it gets difficult to explain things to them in English. Overall this hotel is not value for money.

Good basic 3star rated hotel with 4star room. Value for money paid.

Worst place to stay, we had booking for two night and they kicked us out after first day and moving to another hotel as this hotel was overbooked. They take overbooking and keep moving older guest who are already staying there and paid for their room reservation. They move to another hotel which is far, ever worst rooms and no elevator so you have to literally pull all your luggage up and then down. So if you decide to stay here then your reservation is not guaranteed even if you are sick they may not accept you or kick you out after first night saying that they did not get payment from your travel agent. Liars and cheaters.

Location is good with a lot of different stores. The hotel itself would need a renovation. Room has ok. Cleanliness was alright but could be better.

Booked four rooms, began check in time, said to give two, the other two rooms leak, we later want to leak room and tell us no, garbage hotel garbage people time.

Small room, shower flow was so tiny we had to shower with a bottle! The reception told us that there Is a problem with the television and gave us 100thb discount and when we got into the shower and found out about the water they claimed that we got discount because "the room has problems". We were very unsatisfied and left after the night we paid on. The location is excellent, other than that we did not like this place.

Hotel is quite and also nearer to the walking street that is Night street. Food will not be provided here. Need to buy outside. Have a balcony for wvery room. Will be provided with a small fridge and 2 water bottles along with 2 towels and napkins.

Hotel located in excellant location. Value for money, street view balcony, excellant rooms. Staff good behaviour at tourists. From the hostel Phuket walking street is just 3 min walk.

Excellent location wonderful staff and good rooms everything makes this an ideal place to stay in Phuket in the heart of all the action great restaurants all around the hotel and two minutes walking distance from bangla road.

Good hotel, but don't fall for there break fast offer, they just provide some sad break fast, just book the hotel.

Location is everything for this place: just next to Bangla, near the beach, 3 mins to Joceylong. Clean. Parking. Can use swimming pool of the next door We hotel. Everything is OK. Cheaper to book through any booking site.
