this is very beautiful place and hotel is also good all staff is very nice they provide the all facility for his Clint I like the hotel breakfast and hotel pool big? but ialso like the hotel deuxe family room it is big and all things is ava. One morning we spontaneously decided to rent a car for the day and contact with The orange car Phuket company Orange car Phuket They are very friendly and just 10 min later we were sitting in a car.

Stayed here twice and will be continuing to stay as this is one of my favorite Hotel in Phuket.
Excellent Breakfast, Spacious Rooms with good views and toiletries.
Suggest toupgrade the room type to Superior Room with Balcony or even Sea View if available.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in Rooms as all rooms are installed with Smoke Detectors.
Location is walk able from Patong Beach. But if you want ot get further you can rent a car the Orange Car Phuket great service and good vehicles,
Nearby Market and choice of Indian Restaurant in proximity.

Behaviour of staff is poor, there is no facility for Indian, no Indian breakfast, room is not clean every day where I am drop room key in reception for room cleaning but I back to room it’s dirty and after complain nothing dove, very bad experience over alll, one suggestion for all book room who is provide Indian breakfast or Indian RESTURENT.

Лично нас очень понравилось! Правда далековато от Bangla Road и Junglceylon. Но рядом всегда полно такси, тук-туков. Один парень (в клубе познакомились) подсказал нам приложение для вызова такси Toun taxi (AppStore/ Google play) его скачали, зарегистрировались по коду SLLWKK. Когда собирались куда-то далеко, вызывали там машину или байк. Дешевле чем Grab. И огромное преимущество: русскоговорящие водители. Точку отправления и прибытия указываешь на Google Maps и не надо объяснять ничего непонимающим тайцам!

The hotel is good as well family friendly. The only issue is it's scattered from the main market. You have to walk near about KM to reach local marker. Hotel offers morning breaks which is actually good. Hotel also have roof top Pool which is beautiful.

The room was too small. Room service doesn't work after 11 pm. They did not even bring us a bottle of water. We had to go outside and buy it. Transportation to the night market is difficult from this area. No service, you will have to work on your own for everything. Stay but do rent a motorbike for going around.

Ashlee Plaza is well maintained hotel spread over three buildings. We stayed in the third building. The rooms were clean, had average space and had all requisite amenities. Had free Wi-Fi but we had an issue with connectivity within our room, but soon they bought an additional Wi-Fi router in our room. The place is just 10-12 minutes walk from Patong beach. Breakfast is decent. However I believe they could add more varieties. You have a few Indian restaurants also nearby. Overall a good experience for the 2 days we spent here in MAY 2018.

Before I complain I'd like to point out that some of the staff are truly great and friendly. Especially the security guard who always loved a chat and recommended great places to eat. They did allow us to check in an hour early which was nice.
I'm very private so don't often let house keeping clean my room. But on my 4th day I had a tour booked and thought I may as well trust them. Before I left I literally looked at my duty free bag and asked my partner should we take the coke with and he said no. So this is how I know it was definitely there when I left.
We returned very tired at around 8pm after a long day and was looking forward to having a drink and going to bed. Unfortunately the bag was missing. It contained a opened bottle of vodka and opened bottle of coke (which were almost full) It also contained unopened bottles of alcohol we purchased from the local store. I went to reception to ask what happened to it. After a bunch of long phone calls and staff visiting me they asked if it was by the bin. I said it may have been however it was clearly not rubbish. If they had said it was accidently thrown out I would of accepted that and cut my losses. They claimed to have checked security footage and insist nothing was removed. They then proceeded to say our friends who had visited the day before had stolen it. I then demanded I see the footage and by this point we were so fed up we said forget about it and accepted it was gone.

Location The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The location of the hotel is very classy. 5 minutes on the pedestrian road from Patong Beach. Walking distance to Bangla Road is 20 walking steps along the beautiful promenade. I was very happy.

The Hotel is average for 4 stars. The Breakfasts are terrible. Every morning, the same thing is not tasty. The View from the Windows is no-you will stare at the windows of the neighboring hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Things didn't go missing. There Was a safe in the room, all valuables were stored there.
There was a market nearby. There You can buy things, souvenirs and tasty food.
Beach minutes in 10 walk. But the Patong is dirty, so went to other beaches. It's not far From Bangla Road.

The lady at the reception lost our paperwork, after waiting for 30 minutes past checkin time she still had no clue. After doing all the paperwork again we were told to wait another 20 minutes as the room still wasn't ready and the reception staff were very rude. The room and the amenities were decent but the reception staff definitely need to learn how to be courteous to the guests who arrive tired and exhausted after a long journey.

Hotel location is nice, rooms are average. Overall stay was good. Poor reception service as they have reception in different block.

It's a 4 star hotel. And it's located in inner area of Phuket. Room is looking good. But not worth to give 4 star rating for this hotel. They are having 3 phase.

All the staff is very friendly and amazing service. They make things so much easy for a person. Definitely enjoyed our stay here and would come back anytime.

Beware, stealing money yesterday from the suitcase lost 300 dollars.
The rooms are cleaned every other day, the third day ask for a face towel, tea and coffee, although they would have been in the room. Poor Wifi connection. Definitely not going back again.

Nice Hotel. Each building Has its own pool. The 2-body gym. Cons: No toothbrushes and pasta, Wi-Fi in the rooms very poorly catches.

The staff is friendly. In the room leaking crane during the 10minutes eliminated. Every day cleaning in the room. After cleaning write that in availability. If left with a towel for the beach then enough to show what was returned and everything. Otherwise fine. Coffee, tea, kettle, safe in the room. Breakfast is a great choice huge. Fruits, vegetables, porridge, eggs, sausages, coffee, tea, juices, cereals, milk. Not noisy at night. The décor is unpretentious but quite decent.

Outstanding staff — — friendly, patient, attentive, helpful while always professional. Excellent food. Varied breakfast buffet — — Thai and American/European. Everything delicious. Very competitive prices. Outstand room (bar fridge only. No refrigerator. No microwave. No hot water pot. ) 7-11 and other convenience stores and restaurants within 1 block of hotel. Patong Beach is totally safe 1/2 mile walk away.

The room is small, the hotel is old, great. Check in with my sister, the room with one bed, the girl with the staff promised to bring a second blanket, and more we did not see her, as the second blanket) ) ) in general do not need to exceed their expectations from this hotel, as from the majority in Phuket!

Excellent service, within walking distance to the beach and downtown Patong, market virtually next door. Great variety of breakfast options (included), beautiful swimming pool on the roof. The only thing that stopped me from giving the perfect score is the roadworks in the vicinity. But, that is NOT hotel’s fault. Yes, I would stay there again.

The rooms are clean, the air conditioners cause, the staff is friendly. Good for the night. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I think the best way to enjoy the hotel stay starts with the staffs from the hotel itself. The two friendliest staff in that hotel that makes my group of friends and myself smile everyday is the adorable female counter staff named Gam and the SRP Guards Security whom I forgot to ask for his name, has been helpful and engages in conversation with us despite the differences in our languages. The hotel although needs a good 10 minutes water running through the bathtub, shower and sink before it gets clean again, generally the place itself is one of the best low rate hotels I have stayed in Phuket Patong. It's nearby to all the places and good food that we wanted to visit and find. Will definitely come back to experience different rooms. Recommended for group of 5-6 to get the Family Suite room ps: Gam next time dont shy away from a selfie :P.

Bad experience at this hotel or motel! Pros:1. Location is good. It is near to the Ladyboy show.
It is also near the market. Cons:1. Breakfast is not good.
Nothing to eat. 2. Lock was bad.
I went to the front desk twice. 3. No Toothbrush.
The king size bed is composed of two twin size mattresses and me wife and I have to sleep in each one. 4. A Glass Cup is missing only on the "day" we checked out. They charged US Baht. It isn't much and but we didn ' t use cups even once. That's affected our emotion.
They also wanted to charge us for the slippers which we never saw. 1. The so-called Big bed room, is two half mattress stitching, one half of the mattress is still collapsed.
The lock was bad and made us run for several trips.
2. No toothbrush, no disposable slippers.
3. Checkout time, also said that we took disposable slippers, to charge, we have no use at all, somehow later did not give. 4. The hotel a glass is gone, we have broken, we asked to see the monitoring, the other side said not to see, did not touch the cup (personal habits will not use the hotel cup, towels, etc. ) Finally, we have to pay 40 baht. We seriously suspect that this is shops's trick, to hide the cups, or to clean and break the cleaning crew.

First time visiting Ashlee Heights we had an amazing stay, and we booking the same hotel for 2 days later. We booked 3 rooms from agoda, paid in full and when we came to the hotel, they told us there was no room left. So they offered to put us at Ashlee Plaza which in my opinion is actually a motel, not a hotel at all. We were put in a building so far away from the lobby and breakfast place, and the room was smelly, we mentioned the smell to the manager and his only respond was to switch on the ac. When we checked online, Ashlee Plaza was only half the price of what we paid for. We spoke to the manager and he only said there was no other room, there was nothing he can do. Really disappointed! STAY AWAY from this hotel and ASHLEE PLAZA!

Nothing much to offer… The hotel is divided into four blocks/buildings. We stayed in building 3. The rooms are very clean nice and comfort. The hotel does not have any dedicated restaurant. In fact the building/block 2 has a place specially designed for breakfast which starts from 6:30 am to 10:30. The breakfast is very limited and there is nothing for vegetarians. The persons at the counter desk know very less English. Wifi is good and can be accessed from anywhere in hotel. There was no one to attend to our luggage. We took our luggage all the way from main counter to building 3 and also brought it back on return. That’s really very poor. Nothing much to say about Indian food as there is nothing.

Rooms not big. Quite ok kind of. Service is really good. Morning breakfast no one should miss it. All food items were perfect. Hotel location is really good. Food street, Indian food is nearby.

A lively, cozy hotel at a moderate cost which is full value for money. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with good clean toilets. Staff is courteous and helpful. The place is easily accessible to local transport and market. The reception lobby has lots of tourism literature, a plus point. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety, especially for the Indians and in particular for the vegetarians. A good choice to stay.

4 star hotel. But more by 3 plus. Cleaning daily. Drinking water is given every day. The staff is polite. There is a shuttle service to the beach by the hour. Walk min 8-10 on foot.

Worst hotel ever towels missing stinking rooms. On complaining they tell no service. Now leave the reception area. It's better to check-in bag Packers.

Just checked in. So far so good. The room is quite good and decent. Got warm welcome from the reception. But view is not good. Don't expect good view. Washroom is neat and clean and all decent every thing you need is there to use. Did not check the food yet. Will update shortly.

Poor service, staff is not at all accommodating. They need some retraining in hospitality, if they ever had it in the first place. On the good side, the room quality and the room service are better than average. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel is that there is a an amazing food market nearby where one can get delicious local foods at reasonable prices.

The cleanness of the room was accaptable. The staff were polite but usually busy. The pools were on the roof with a good biew but not a great pool and only 1 was in service with no towel. The breakfast was good. Although it was not the nearest hotel to walking street but the greatest thing was local market next to the hotel with tasty and cheap foods.

Nice place to stay at, rooms are spacious, and clean with all the amenities. Bathrooms are well kept too. The pool is well maintained and the front desk staff is helpful too.

Worse hotel I stayed in Thailand. They claimed as 4-star modern hotel, but realistically it is poor 3-star hotel with bad interior, dirty walls and cheap mattress.

No water for showers, We had to wait for 1 hours on our last day in citin patong, staff not helpfull and no alternative s or service recovery.

I can't fault the Citin Plaza Patong. We stayed here in off peak season for just over $200 for the whole week! The staff were incredibly outgoing and treated us with great respect and friendliness. If ever we had a problem or query, even if it had nothing to do with our accommodation, they were eager to help. The room was beautiful with a nice view over the Citin Plaza Patong gardens. The Malin Plaza markets, where we had beautiful cheap meals (cheapest was 50 baht! ), are only a short walk away. Patong beach is also a walk away but Citin Plaza offer free transfers to and from Patong Beach and Jungceylon shopping centre several times a day. Citin Plaza is not one building but three separate buildings each with a rooftop pool that is accessible to all that stay. They also offer a beautiful buffet, bar, and cafe. Airport transfers were easy to arrange even from another country. I would stay again and I would recommend Citin Plaza to friends and family.
