Excellent hospitality and location.

Magnificent, silence, definitely clean.

Very dissapointed … really rude staff. Sply the lady on the reception… I suppose shes the manager… gave us rooms with two separate beds … v were Al married couples… whr my wife was pregnant n v had a 2 year kid also… requested to give us at least one room so dat at least the pregnant lady n the one with a 2 year could go rest… they don't bother. Really stone hearted… when we left v had to carry our bags Al the way to the car parkin… leelavadee… u spoilt our vacation. Coming Al the way from India.

Staffs were friendly, close to the beach & night market.

I liked everything, but there is one but. I chose this hotel for its greenery, wanted to make a photo shoot, but the receptionist did not allow, here in this sad, and otherwise the hotel Suppersky-recommend.

I don't recommend all my friends to stay this hotel One of the worst place to stay. Very bad behaviour reception and manager. Never and ever going to stay with this hotel, stupid behaviour and bad service.

Disgusting in every way you can imagine. Roms are moist, mosquitos are farmed just outside the windows, bathrooms are old at gross, rooms smells because of the bad ventilation. Pool area is old and bad. Leafs and dirt everywhere.

Amazing place. Calm… althought the interior is bit old type bt still maintained. Close to patong beach and market. Loved it.

Absolutely Terribly rude and unfriendly staff as well as werid rules about visitors not being allowed past the lobby. Stay away. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

The hotel has a green area, but everything is not well-groomed, near the pool is dirty, lying around the old withered foliage near and in the pool. Before 14.00 do not inhabit, although full of available rooms. The hotel requires general cleaning and cosmetic repairs. The room was clean and the breakfast was great.

Hotel of good quality and well located a little off the beach which guarantees the quiet in the evening.
Most of the facilities are aging or sometimes defective.
It seems obvious that this establishment needs a renovation at the level of the rooms (which offer the equipment justifying its classification) because there are too many negative points: noisy air conditioning, shower evacuation almost defective, furniture Tired and bunch of TV channels very inadequate…
Room service is also not up to par with the performance.
Only the breakfast buffet although restricted and served with a material in an aging setting gives satisfaction.
The pool is nice and clean; The fitness center dates from another time…
In general the staff is friendly even if it makes the minimum and mastered poorly English… there is an urgent need for recovering.

Beautiful pool and area but disappointing room and bathroom.

Quite comfortable, all smiles, but almost do not understand anything neither in Russian nor in English. The rooms are quite comfortable, but be careful — Slippers Reusable. Breakfast is delicious and varied, the beach is just 5 minutes.

Hotel very nice and excellent location. Nestled in the greenery and tranquility, you can walk to either the beach or the city centre within a few minutes walk.

Corresponds to 3 *. The staff is friendly, but only one girl on reception more or less can communicate in English, the others do not understand anything at all. For rest in 11 days have encountered a problem-potjokla split system in a room, clogged a washstand, changed bulbs in a room, as it was very dark. Attentively we should consider towels which bring on exchange dirty. Constantly had to go to reception and take away what is supposed. The pool is open until 19:00. The sauna is not working! They haven't been up for 11 days. The sea is close by, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Very good location, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. But the hotel itself is very dirty and old. They don't like to clean up. The breakfast tables are tacky, as are the floor in the room…

A budget resort in Phuket, closed to walking street and beach.

We weren't very happy with our stay. First 2 nights we spent in a room ground floor, it smelled like musty leaves, maybe mold?. They did changed us to upstairs afterwards, and that was just fine, no more smell. It didn't seem like they were cleaning the room much, they only change ur towels if u throw them in the shower floor. I broke a coffee cup and the way that was handed was poor (she miscounted the rest of the glasses too and was billing me for more / she didn't see I put my toothbrush and mascara in one), she stormed in to show me they r missing and demand pay. Felt like scolded by my grandma. Not a way to treat guests, I had no problem paying for it.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2017. The hotel area is very cozy and beautiful, so much greenery and flowers. The staff is very smiling and welcoming. Good breakfast. The biggest plus of this hotel is its location. To the Beach "Patong" 3 minutes on foot, to the famous white sand beach "Freedom" 30 minutes on foot, all within walking distance: Mercatino with delicious food, shopping malls, other chic beaches (Karon beach, Kata Noah, Kata), the famous street, many more, all you can Just walk and save money.

Beautiful property. Spacious and Clean Rooms. Friendly Staff. Nice breakfast spread. Great Location, right next to a Fast Food Market. Bars and Pubs nearby. Beach is about 200 meters. Popular restaurants nearby.

We all love this place. Specially the room service is so quick. Within 1 min. Clean n quite. Are going to stay 4 more nights. People are so nice n friendly in this Leelavadee. Next time we must come again.

Good pool but otherwise a bit run down hotel. Personnel not very competent.

Just got home from our 16 night stay at Hyton leelavadee, we loved the location as we normally stay that end of patong any way. Short walk to the beach otop markets right behind and bangala road is walking distance or short tuk tuk ride. Hotel is great good pool with swim up bar breakfast is nothing special but is ok. Rooms are spacious with huge king bed nice and close to the pool BUT bathrooms are extremely dated and from reading other reviews wanted to mention our rooms DID have a toilet/bathroom door. Cleaners make up the room daily although they arnt the the best. Hotel staff are friendly but limited English quiet hard to order room service over the phone. Overall for the price I would definitely stay here again if the bathrooms were renovated I would review 5 stars.
