Was very satisfied during our short stay. Close to the vibrant nightlife and also to the beach. Was even lucky enough to meet a German-speaking receptionist.

It has a good location, its rooms have good space and it has pool.

My hubby and I stayed there in April 2018 and the hotel was perfect. Service was excellent and staff very friendly and always full of smiles. It's also very close to everything. Will definitely go back there. Thank you to the awesome staff.

This hotel is not doe single guy none of the ladies wanted to come to my room because the hotel charge the ladies.

In this hotel is stolen and the hotel does nothing.
Several new items of clothing have been stolen from our room. We promptly reported the incident. It only said: We ask the responsible employees as soon as they return to work. That was 2 days ago. So far, we haven't heard anything. And have already left!
It was the third time I stayed in this hotel. But it is now clear the last time.
I've never experienced anything like it!

Made me feel like a criminal What a nightmare! I tried to contact them to ask for a late check out through agoda = no answer. Sent them a direct email the day after = no answer Sent them a second email after few days = no answer I called them and a lady with a very poor English replied that the person who answers the email is not around. I asked her about a late check out and she replied I need to send an email, which sounded to me like a joke looking at the past experience. After another 2 emails they got back to me with a confirmation of a late check out for the price of half night. Once I checked in, the lady at the front office (Nicky) welcomed us with a very annoyed tone. I informed her about the late check out and she replied that it's not possible. I showed her the email and she looked at me upset mumbling something in Thai. Suddenly she requested me to pay a deposit of 4000$ Bath which was not mentioned in the email confirmation. I passed the amount since I was very exhausted from the bad experience and headed to the room. This is where the unbelievable happened. Around past midnight I hear knocking on the door of my room. Outside the room there was Nicky and who appeared to be a Supervisor. He was pointing a finger to my face and they accused me to give them on purpose 3000$ Bath instead of 4000$ and to give them the 1000$ bath remaining right away.

One of the best hotel I love to stay, located in the center of patong, all attractions like bars, restaurants, malls, beach, shops etc are on walking distance. Good nice helpful staff, varieties in breakfast, medium size pool located at the top floor with beautiful surroundings and bar, gym, massage facilities, tour services, neat and clean hotel and rooms. You will enjoy your stay with ur love one.

I will start by saying the good things about this hotel. The location is very nice. You can get to anywhere in patong. If you Stay ask for building B it would be more quiet because its facing the other side on the mall where you can’t here noises. I will give it 3 star hotel not 4 star. Its clean has the basic stuff. What I didn’t like about the hotel, First the front desk, was not helpful, maybe her english is bad or I didn’t understand her. But she was not professional on the way she communicate and Checked me in. The hotel has so many rules. So if you are expecting to have a company, you have to pay 1000 paht for each visit. They also take deposit of 2000 on the first day at check in. When I checked out, they charged me 250 because the bed “was not clean” as they mentioned it. By the way Im (not dirty I swear! ) :) I think I was eating chips on my bed the other day and It get some of the ships on the bed) but nothing that serious! But the way they were so serious about the deposit and getting it back! I read few people didn’t get their deposit at all! Mine was 2000 — 250 for not clean bed! Which was very weird, first time that happened to me. There are so many other options in the area, this hotel felt like sprig break student hotel “kinda rules” “Do not do this, Do not do that! If you did this we will charge you” Not the best way to spend your vacation on this type of hotel in my option!

Amazing location… right next to Jungceylon mall. Plenty of restaurants around. 5 minute walk to the Patong beach. Can stay with family. One major drawback is that they do not have vegetarian options for breakfast… and the restaurant staff hardly understand english. Except fruits and brown bread, we (jains) could not have anything. Overall a pleasant stay.

Room jacuzzi didn't work. Hotel engeener came to my room and tried to repairit. After one hour he said that: "the pump is break down" and left the room. So, I paid for a jacuzzi room, and stayed in a standard room. They didn't fix the problem. They didn't suggest me to change the room. And they didn't returned extra money I paid for the BREAK DOWN JACUZZI.

Good Facilities. But rooms are so so small. The toilet / bathroom is even smaller, perhaps the smallest in Thiland. No much heart in the robotic staff. The location is fantastic. Fantastic breakfast, new every day. Reason to stay: location location location.

Do ' 4 stars more than anything else for the central location that you are allowed to reach everything on foot, Vicico in Banglaroud, and also for the outdoor preparation of New Year's Eve 2018, massages and shops in front, and a 1 minute walk to the Palladium full of restaurant and shopping center.
The rooms are too small, the sheep pillow used by the other previous customers put every day on our pillows clean REALLY ANTI HYGIENIC that certainly vnuvano thrown on the ground or otilized in other ways not hygienic,
The cleanliness of the room was almost never in spite of the warning to clean the room, the shower was impossible to use vista water or BOILING or ICY without adjustment, the light very weak, for me woman who has no problems of sight really Complicated makeup without leaving a circus cloun seen I saw nothing.
They give you toothbrushes, bubble bath, shampoo, good hair headphones liked!

Location Great location. Matured concept of sleeping lamb. Good breakfast. The room has everything you need. There is a swimming pool in the new building on the 7th floor. There is a bathhouse. It is a pity that there is no room for sports. Do not once stay with the family and the company.

Terrible buffet dinner you can never imagine. No variety, low quality, high price made us the only two customer here the whole night. Six hot pots: 2 chicken, one fish, stream rice, fried rice and soup plus some undesirable bbq frozen stuffs… they call it surf and turf Theme Buffets.

Hotel located in the center of Patong at 50 m from the shopping center jungle Ceylon, comfort and cleanliness means. Ideal for people who want to go shopping or go out in the evenings but not for rest.

To start the hotel is far from being a 4 star!
A real disappointment for the price paid. The housekeeping in the room is really not terrible. The bathroom is narrow the door opens inward so difficult to be 2 in the room.
The fan does not work there in the bathroom there in the room therefore there is a bit of humidity. The sheets are a little damp. The hotel really needs a refreshments.
I would not advise this hotel to families with children.
The advantage is the location. It is very well located we have everything nearby. The pool is nice too with a nice view.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. The stuff is absolutely clueless and rude! They speak no English and are aggressive! The only upside is the central location but that does not compensate for not the cleanest room and unprofessional personnel. The only person at the desk who apparently was senior and could understand you was wearing untidy sleeveless singlet and was so full of himself. Their guest fee policy is ridiculous and not advertised anywhere, enforced by the guards who almost drag you to the front desk silently. Breakfast are just as the overall look and feel of this dirt whole. The rooms have white ceramic slippery tiles on the floor which gives a feel of some sort of hospital. I’ve forgot some stuff in the room and called like ten times and explained each time to a different person. They keep bouncing me between the lines ended up transferring to someone who stayed in the same room I used (sorry pal). The worst hotel in Thailand I’ve stayed in and by far not the cheapest.

Worst hotel I've stayed at in Thailand. Luckily this was only a one night stay out of the 21 nights here. After check in, decided to go to the pool and took the elevator. After the elevators door closed, it dropped half a floor and wouldn't move. Rang the bell and pressed the call button for 10 minutes with no answer. Finally a guy not in any uniform pulled the door open and pulled the 7 people out. Commutation after that was awful. Some of it language barrier some of it as the employees don't have a protocol. Choose any other hotel. I decided to stay since it was one night, room was small but clean, restaurant took over an hour to bring out the meals ordered and got one out of 6 orders wrong. Called to arrange a shuttle at 10 a. M. For 4 p. M. Was told it would be done, come that afternoon, apparently had no record of earlier booking.

Modern hotel in the heart of Patong but some minor inconveniences that were definitely felt. The rooms were clean but that and the bathroom was small. The little refrigerator was supposedly "energy efficient" so all of our drinks were room temp or cool at best. There were no electrical outlets next to the bed so charging phones at night was not convenient. The lobby in the second building had no AC running so waiting for transportation of any kind was hot and uncomfortable. Also, breakfast towards the ending time would get so crowded that they turned people away. Now, the good things. Everything was super clean and modern. All lights controlled by buttons on the wall. I love that they had specialty nights for food. We went to the Seafood BBQ night and it was so yummy and definitely worth the price. The location could not be beat. Right next to Jungceylon Center and Bangla Road. Great to walk around and see everything. Many choices for food and night life. The hotel felt semi secure. You needed to scan your room card before you could press a floor in the elevator. But… You can also walk up the stairs which is wide open. For the price, it was good but not something I absolutely loved.

The room was nice … but I lost my stuff in the room a nice swim suit from Victoria Secret new one that my boyfriend get for me after stay there for 2 days my things are missing how can my stuff missing in my room.

Room was clean, spacious and adequate. Air-con worked well, hot water and shower pressure worked well. Buffet breakfast and dinner were surprisingly good. Roof top pool bar had nice views, water was clean and cool. Great location, close to everything.

Close to walking street. Hotel is ok. Staff is nice. Breakast buffet has to be paid for but it's good. The room wasn't bad.

This is the worst hotel ever, read this comment: they scam you saying you took the plushes from the room and they try to charge you for it. If you lose the room key they charge you 300 bahts (those cards worth like 5 cents tops). The staff incredibly rude and careless, especially the night receptionist and the other receptionists were beyond terrible. The room they gave me first night was FULL OF ANTS (room 407) and they did not even apologise. Also not all receptionists speak English well. They get a HUGE DEPOSIT of 2000 baht (60 dollars) or 100 dollars if you give in dollars. The tours they offer scam you and skip some points you paid and rush you through the tour. The free Wi-Fi is free for only 5 days and it is so slow that it is almost nonexistent. Select another hotel, stay away from those charlatans.

The hotel is good and they try to take care of the details, but at the front desk they have only the elementary English, as you have some problem luck. And don't even think about paying for high speed Internet service, a scam.

Spa, roof top pool. Clean and cozy room. Free breakfast, super good price, highly recommended.

Very clean, area attractions are nearby, shopping Paradise. The Van contained a genius 600 Baht.

Worst attitude staffs ever, except for "Ball" and Dew. Restaurant staff include breakfast buffet, are lazy, rude, lacks training and discriminatory! Especially all the woman staffs, only hovers around man, dont offer food and yells, makes faces at you if they dont like you. Choice are the same everyday, lots of flies and mosquitoes and cooks are stingy, dont even want to give you eggs… tea and coffee no taste. Pool is nice, but only opens at 9am to 8pm… and small, water is dirty, no one cleans, I saw the same plastics and stuff under water for 8 days staying there. SAUNA available. House keeping, okay, but hard to get amenities， only gives u two sets, even though you are 3 ppl room! Music at night last till 2200 or even later, you could hear it no matter in building A or B… not good for early sleepers or families with kids. Food and massage at hotel expensive. Location is good, 3 mins from jungcelon mall, 5 from Bangla St. 10 from Patong beach. No fitness center as advistised. Check in and out takes forever, as reception is a mess, no system. Though staffs are nice, try their best. Needs 3000 deposits, so do exchange thai baht in advance, not advised to use credit card, as refund takes 2 to 3 weeks… It only has design, hope the owners of the hotel see this and do sth about it. Your staff are ruining guests stay… losing profits! I got a lot of feedback during buffet breakfast from other guests during chit chat, and they feel the same.

Spent 5 nights here and enjoyed our stay. The location of this hotel is superb, right next to jungceylon and 2min walk to bangla rd. Room was a little small with no area to eat. How they expect you to eat room service is beyond me. Only one small table on balcony with just one chair. Bathroom leaked (flooded) every time you had a shower. Apparentlt this was a problem in my room only (A527). Great breakfast and overall the hotel is clinically clean. Tv channels are limited though — if you like news channels in russian korean and chinese then all good. I would stay here again as it is great value for money, however I would upgrade to a bigger room. There is a 3000 baht deposit upon check in which takes 2 weeks to be refunded bavk on toyr cars. Staff were friendly but no where near as professional as say the DusitD2. Wifi sketchy and slow as well. Overall a good hotel in a superb location.

Nice hotel price quality. The room were clean and with all commodities we'd expect. The pool were perfect with his view and cleanness too. The breakfast was nice, good variety of choices and fresh. Only miss good coffee. Everything has been perfect. I recommend it.

Liked the hotel, it's new, the rooms are clean, maid service daily. Great location in the heart of Patong! Currently finalizing construction of the second building with pool, sauna and gym.
