Made me feel like a criminal What a nightmare! I tried to contact them to ask for a late check out through agoda = no answer. Sent them a direct email the day after = no answer Sent them a second email after few days = no answer I called them and a lady with a very poor English replied that the person who answers the email is not around. I asked her about a late check out and she replied I need to send an email, which sounded to me like a joke looking at the past experience. After another 2 emails they got back to me with a confirmation of a late check out for the price of half night. Once I checked in, the lady at the front office (Nicky) welcomed us with a very annoyed tone. I informed her about the late check out and she replied that it's not possible. I showed her the email and she looked at me upset mumbling something in Thai. Suddenly she requested me to pay a deposit of 4000$ Bath which was not mentioned in the email confirmation. I passed the amount since I was very exhausted from the bad experience and headed to the room. This is where the unbelievable happened. Around past midnight I hear knocking on the door of my room. Outside the room there was Nicky and who appeared to be a Supervisor. He was pointing a finger to my face and they accused me to give them on purpose 3000$ Bath instead of 4000$ and to give them the 1000$ bath remaining right away. Shocked from what happened I first requested to move the finger pointed to my face and then requested to have a look at the cctv camera before passing any money over. The supervisor with a very angry tone replied that they counted the money and there was 1000$ Bath missing hence this was my fault. I managed to keep my calm and requested to speak with the hotel Manager and go through the camera with him the day after since I was already asleep and confused. After few more minutes of arguinjg these two people left and reminded me several times that I need to check my money. Fist thing in the morning I approached the front office and requested to speak with the Hotel Manager about the inconvenience of the day before. A lady (I can't recall the name) told me that she heard about what happened the day before and apologized since they found the money missing. Very angry for the abuse received the day before for no reason I requested again to speak to the Hotel Manager and the lady informed me that he will contact me since he was not around. A day went by and nobody contacted me, hence I went to the front office to ask again without success. Another day went by and finally a lady told me that he will speak with me soon. I met the Director of Operation who listened to the whole story and apologized for the inconvenience. I asked him to have an apology from Nicky and the Supervisor directly for the horrible experience I had to go through. In the evening I received a small platter of fruit without any note which I sent back since I didn't request one. I bumped into the Supervisor and Nicky several times and only the Supervisor apologized once while Nicky every time looked at me annoyed. Needless to say that this was a terrible experience and what shocked me the most is that nobody cared to try to fix it. Just don't go there.
