Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. No free breakfast included but that’s common in Patong. They have a restaurant but I didn’t try it. Free beach towels are provided to guests. Great value. Would stay there again.

I travelled there in June 2018 alone, and I really loved it. The location of the hotel is really nice, only 1 mins to the beach. The rooms are clean, and the staff (especially a mid age lady at the reception) is really nice. This person pays a lot of attention to your comfort, and make sure everything is fine. The only surprise I have is for the extra fee they charge if you need to check in earlier.

Stayed in an economy room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is, when we checked out of the hotel as usual they will check the rooms. A spoon is missing from the room and we had to pay 30 baht for it. One thing for sure we didn't steal the spoon. It was there on the first night, but after housekeeping the next day it was gone and we didn't bothered to inform the reception about it. During checkout according to their policy we had to pay… Anyway they apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that, this place is excellent for a budget hotel. Location is excellent, everything is just a walk away. Beaches, eateries, bangla road, tour agents, massage, souvenir shops, all in walking distance. Room condition is comfortable too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Patong.

It is a really budget friendly and nice place with a good location. The rooms are clean and they have a locker. You get two bottles of water per day (double room), I find it also very practical. There are many restaurants and supermarkets not far away from the hotel. The neighbourhood is safe, the party district you can reach with 15-20 minutes of walking :)

Clean rooms, amenities and ambience, very close to the beach. Position of AC was improper, we had to drag the bed within ac's range. Staff which helped us getting checking was customer insensitive. They need to smile while attending to the guests and be gently flexible towards customers. Indian Restaurant downstairs with mouth watering food. Also hand spray available in toilet, good news for Indians. A decent place to stay. The restaurant below the hotel serves extremely delicious Indian food. The staff is courteous and helpful. The place is close to Patong beach as well. Definitely a recommended stay.

Nice and cheap hotel, perfect location in Patong, far away from noise.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that wants quality for a very affordable price. I stayed for three days and added a forth since it was so good. If you want to be less than a two minute walk from Patong Beach and a five minute walk to Bangla Street then stay here. The staff all spoke English and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole area. Where to go and where to avoid. I stayed on the third floor the top. I can't tell you anything about the two other floors since it was quiet for such a active area. I intend to come back again with my family and I'm not going to stay anywhere else but here.

Nice and cheaper place to stay. Has a indian restaurant right downstairs on the left and a tour service at the right. Amazing people.

Just stayed there the last week of November 2017 and highly recommend. Clean and great location. 10 minutes to beach, 15 to bangla, and several restaurants in the immediate area. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It is worth the money you've paid for. The hotel is near the beach (around 100m). Accessibility wise — 8. Near anywhere Patong landmarks.

Second time visit here. Affordable price with good location. Excellence service provided (you can ask them for multiple plug, umbrella, tower for snorkeling). There is a new blue colour high-end hotel opp silver resortel with expensive price. Silver resortel don't have a big entry/lobby. Instead, there is a restaurant, travel agent, and money changer in-front of Silver Resortel (difficult to spot the entry). Nearby have mini shop provide everything and few minutes walk can reach Patong Beach. 10mins walk to Jungceylon and Banzaan Fresh Market (affordable lobster & sea food)

We have booked for about 12, €50 a room with window for 9 days. We would kindly welcome the staff is always super friendly and also meet almost all wishes if you have any. The view from our window is rather moderate as we look at the hotel wall but for the price this is not a disadvantage for me. The rooms are always very tidy and the furnishings are also quite okay.

It's a great budget hotel, near to the center of city, really close to the beach and the famous bangla road.

Nice place to stay if you want a quiet place in patong with low price. Less than 5 minutes walking and you will be on the beach. The recieptionists are cheerful and cooperative.

Very nice hotel and rooms are very good. Walkable distance from Bangla Street. You get access to Taxis, bike rentals, package tours etc just outside the hotel.

Good room… Indian canteen at ground floor. Drinks and shop at ground floor. Well maintained. You have Wi-Fi connectivity as well.

A very nice place, a smiling cooperative staff, clean rooms, a perfect location, 2 minutes away from Patong Beach, so close to restaurants and shops, many currency exchange booths around, several trips booths as well, and has a Seven Eleven super market right across the street. Generally, it is a simple place perfect for adventures in Phuket.

Pretty sad. After the change to a room on the second floor, the next two nights were upstairs noise noisy cat to distraction. The fourth night I went to the third floor view and front desk staff to reflect on this issue, they acknowledge that the cat upstairs but didn't solve the problem. Why in the guest room upstairs of stocking cat? Hotel clean and sanitary location, but the experience unpleasant! Breakfast minimalist recommendations to strengthen!

Location (Beach 5 minutes walk). Wai fai free. Scooter rental and car cleaning every day. Take package-without BREAKFAST (AROUND 10000rub). The pool no. A great option for those who do not sit on the site. Hotel for active tourists! The beach Kata Beach-10 km (on SCOOTER-20 minutes).
