I stayed here from 16/04/19 to 18/04/19. Very nice location near the beach. I definitely recommend rent with the Orange Car Phuket. Great service, honest people and the cars are in good condition! Very big hotel spread out on the hill. Nice view from rooftop restaurant and pool. Good b/f, modern rooms and toilets. Couldn't count the number of pools it had.

Best holidays trip
Just visited thailand phuket krabi bangkok. Sea sun sand sea view room was awsome. We stayed 4nights with sea view room. Amazing pool hotel is near the beach walking distance. We loved that location. And we rent a scooter in the Orange Car Phuket. (orangecarphuket. Com. ) Great experience. We ll visit again soon thanks for the hospitality.

Great hotel
I read the reviews and I was nervous because of the negative ones but when I stayed at this hotel I’m not sure what the other people are on about?
The hotel is clean, the service was great, the view is amazing and the food is fantastic!

Very bad experience. We were supposed to check out by 12PM and done early check out since we were waiting for our cab to pick us up. Unfortunately our cab got delayed and the hotel staff people refused to provide us even a glass of water and told us to purchase from nearby shop. Very unfriendly staff.

This is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in phuket! In budget — family friendly — AWESOME FOOD! Just dont miss that if staying here. Plus the views from super deluxe rooms are worth enjoying! Very helpful staff :) Highly recommended.

Paid for an Air conditioned room, ended up with a table fan as the AC never worked for the 4 days we stayed. When asked for a room change, we were asked for an additional 800 THB per day. Unsupportive front desk. An argumentative supervisor Ms. Jazz. Not a great experience.

We had booked 1 double deluxe room in advanced. But the room was very damp and smelly. Took us efforts to get it changed. Thanks to kung. She showed us 2 more room to select of our choice. Breakfast has great variety for vegetarian as well. View from pool area is amesing. Patong beach is 5 min walk from here. 7-11shop is right besides the hotel. Lot of food and massage options nearby.

Very nice hotel. Initially on entering the hotel you will have a question in you mind that have done any mistake booking this hotel. But after you pass through the reception and u walk through the endless corridors, thats the moment u will have a feel good smile on your face…. Trust me this is a huge hotel. And the staff in here are friendly too. Especially the panorama view rooms are amazing…

Amazing hotel. I stayed here for 3 days and I loved it. My room was on 5th floor. Pool view. Beach is nearby and staff is very co-operative. Nice ambience. Must recommend.

Pathetic rooms. Air condition not working Team sitting at reception is un-professional Bathrooms are small and not cleaned properly Not recommended at all. Better go and stay in guest house but one should not come to this hotel at all. Had a very bad experience.

I got the Sea facing room. Breath taking view. I could see the entire city and the sea. The room and the bathroom is very spacious and very clean. The room is cleaned daily. The bed is very comfortable. The balcony is big and nice. Swimming pools are very clean and separate towels are given. I had a little problem with food.

Very poorly maintained and a lot of Chinese very noisy impossible to rest at the hotel.

Very disappointed, the pictures are very deceptive. Cleanliness is really to be desired, smells of reassembled disgust.

S3 has a unique building architecture and is spread across varying land levels. We had a room on the last building top floor sea view facing and the view is breathtaking. The resort here is lively and you will always see some hustke bustle at the reception as well as the pool. The room service is a little slow but acceptable, considering the clean rooms and breataking view. The food is that we tried was good and is a little on the costly side. Even the massage costs close to 2000baht which you get on the roadside parlours for 200 baht. All in all a great resort for all kinds of holiday goers.

Location: one of the best. It's right next to the patong beach. So most of the rooms are sun set view rooms. If possible please try to book the C or the D block. These rooms will have the best views. C rooms are with jacuzzi. The food and the breakfast options are one of the best. The Bangla road and other shopping destinations are within walking distance. The only issue is faced is the language. The staff is not that conversant with English; thus it becomes a little tricky to explain everything. My ACs were not working so it became quite difficult to explain. However once they understood my problem they quickly changed my room and upgraded it too. So overall it's one of the best places to stay.

The hotel is cool. For breakfast a large selection of different food, both Thai and European. Room cleaning was every day. The hotel restaurant has a very good kitchen.

This is the best resort I have visited till date. We got the best package and best room. The staffs are well behaved. Breakfast was good enough (even if you are vegan). They host an amazing swimming pool, bar and restaurant. I will surely visit and stay again.

Absolutely horrifically unprofessional service by many of the FRONT staff. The HR and management team of this resort must immediately take action into reevaluating and retraining the staff in the FRONT LOBBY to ensuring that their service offered is at least somewhat professional. Nobody is paying money to be mocked at and pointed at each time they walk through the lobby by staff. If there is a language barrier between two parties, the staff need not immediately gain frustration and start yelling towards the customer. I have never written a review for anything before, however, due to the revolting service my family and I have experienced, this is a PSA to ensure nobody else has to go through what we did. (The rest of the staff were amazingly welcoming, thanks for making our stay just a little bit better)

Everything was great, the room overlooking the mountain and the jungle, the quietness of the beauty, the balcony with the glass. In the condo room, bathroom with shower, fridge TV phone, the hotel has Wi-Fi, a bed with blue backlight and does not squeak:) ), of the Cons: there is no full closet for things (there is a shallow with a rack under 2, 3 hangers and no shelves), otherwise OK, but The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The price is very short.

Was in this hotel in 2013. The hotel was very fresh, the staff is friendly. Beautiful view of the bay from the upper floors.

Decent resort and facilities. But given the price and photos I did expect a lot more. I enjoyed a place I stayed in central Patong for half the price. However saying that, the staff were lovely, they definitely made the trip perfect for us.

I would not exactly say that it is the best hotel in Phuket, the staff aren't exactly the best at advising people what the hotel offers. The cleaners are not the best ether as I was in my room unwell and one of them just came in right through the door without ringing the bell. The coded lockers aren't fully safe ether as I left my wallet with my card in it just before I went out and when I got back I went to check my wallet and it was gone. I reported this to the reception team and they didn't really do anything about it nor did they allow me to cancel my card over the phone. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay.

Very good resort. Lobby doesn't look like much but as you go into the resort it is beautiful. Very good customer service.

Place is good and location is very much near to patong beach. Staff service can be improved. In house amenities can be better. No veg food option apart from rice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Most understood a bit of English. But the cleaners didn't even understand us when we asked them if they were doing our room next. Some days we would come back at 3:30 and room still not cleaned. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything that's happening next door. Apart from those two things the hotel is quite good and nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived earlier than check in time and was told to wait 2 hours but ended up waiting 40 minutes which was great. Our room was spotless and we were given 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday which was great! Our private pool was shared with 5 other rooms next to us but we didn't mind. The restaurant has great breakfast lunch and dinner with a nice view and a pool with a cocktail bar and live music on some nights. Although Banglar road wasn't too close (about a 30 minute walk) and the view from our room wasn't the best, the hotel was great. Just be prepared that this hotel is very big with about 3 or 4 different buildings so you could be walking around 5 minutes to get to your room.

Good location. The 4 star is definitely a drag.

Everything in the hotel is OK, but there is one minus which for me was of critical importance: total lack of sound insulation between the rooms. Snoring, talking, laughing in the adjoining rooms, renting bags down the hallway — all this was audible for two weeks that I was there. Never had a good night's sleep.

We stayed there for 3 days! Simply awesome… morning buffet was really good! Rooms were spacious, rooms with private pool access was neat enough! We stayed 2 nights in the room with private pool access … only one issue was u dont feel the pool to be so private enough… people from the opposite building and and breakfast area can easily get a view of ur pool! Service was quick and efficient!

The staff are great! Service is great! The photos of the bathroom is exactly what you see! Yeah it's walk from one end to other! I've managed with my MS! Just the bed is too hard for me but they did put a underlay to help.
