Owner Nicolai is a Great Man. Thanks You for all the arrangements and the Anniversary Cake @migbight. Our room was decoratd as per recommend and the Staffs were really helpful and good. Got all of the tours in cheap price.

Very nice staff and a good quality service. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The only downside is the noise coming from the hallway which you can hear from your room.

I am actually staying at the Memory II that is right across the lane (and has the same owners). The rooms are great, with big comfortable beds and nice hot shower (great pressure). The best part is how friendly the staff are. They make you feel right at home. Great food and reasonable prices in the little restaurant. If you want to venture to the Beer Bars in the area they also own Memory Bar with great staff.

Just okay, there are better places available in the same price and in the same area. They don't even provide water bottles, the room is small and there are ants in it. Even the bathroom shower is not good.

Nice small boutique hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and bosses. Love the Interior design of the front desk and restaurant area. They also serving delicious English breakfast.

I was very disappointed in my stay at Memory Boutique. While it is close to the town, I felt the service to be very poor. Water costs money as well as beach towel rentals and pamphlet rentals. It felt like they were trying to make a buck in any way they could. Housecleaning never showed up to our room so I had to go down to the lobby to get new towels, toilet paper, etc. Overall, a very poor experience.

Well located, clean and adequate rooms, recommended for a few days. Motorcycle costs 200 a day. Taxi to the Airport 800 complete for all (3 people), minivan 250 per person. Everything can be booked via reception.

Hotel is nice and clean, has normal to small size bedrooms with all the amenitties, Wi-Fi, safe, hot water. The only thing is that you wont have any Cable TV. All the staff is nice and friendly, they are very helpful too. We stayed just 1 night and had no problems at all. It is located close just blocks from Patong Beach and closer to Patong Bars. Good price though.

Good place and good service provided. But most of the rooms don't have Windows and there is no good view point to see anything from here.

We stayed for a couple of nights, and were quite satisfied. The rooms are all smarty decorated and very clean. The building is a bit back from the main road (I guess about a block) so it is probably quieter than other hotels in the area. Close to some restaurants. Laundry service right across the street.

Big and very comfortable bed. A spacious room with everything you need. Breakfast Great. Every service offered by the hotel was impeccable. Especially my boyfriend and I appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the staff who helped us throughout with a smile making us feel at home. Very good breakfast. The idea of breakfast available until 10pm is also very nice. A thank you to all the staff for making our stay in Phuket so pleasant.

Wonderful place to stay right in the heart of patong, with hosts who will try and do everything to help you enjoy your stay.

Calm and decent hotel. Rooms are pretty neat and clean. Fridge, Safety locker and cupboard per room. Pool table at reception. Wi-Fi at hotel — good connection speed. Overall a very good experience. Alcohols are available as well.

Very good hotel with very nice hotelier! When we were lying with the scooter 8 km from the hotel, we were picked up and taken to the hotel. Rooms very clean. Distance to the beach absolutely fine. Can only recommend it. Thank you for the great stay.

Best place to stay in Phuket. Close to shops, 12min to the beach and all the restaurants. The owner is a Dutch gentleman, very friendly. The hotel has an amazing design and it is very comfortable.

Cheap but comfy. Just it quite far from the beach. There are 8 plug point in the room including bathroom.

I stayed here for three months and there is good reason for that. The staff are adorable, friendly and incredibly helpful. Nicoli the manager and his wife contributed to what I can only describe as a perfect stay. I highly recommend the hotel for these reasons along with the high standard rooms and great location.

Spacious room, helpful staff, and although small hotel, they are cozy and provide lift. No need to lift the baggage to upper floor.

Location is good, staff friendly, overall pretty nice! Close to the beach, close to Bangla road. Massages near this hotel. And overall very good value for money!

Was more disappointed than really excited about this place. Booked 3 rooms in same category. All had different sizes but paid same amount. Bathroom rather small and no shower curtains. While showering the entire bathroom got wet. Bed linen had stains. Overall the rooms were not to our expectations but the public areas like lobby and pool were great. It looked welcoming. Had breakfast which was good. Location is around 15min walk to jungceylon shopping mall.
