Nice stay… location is best part. They have not given early check inn even after having rooms. We have requested as we were having kid with us they charged 1000 baht for it. Rest it's normal resort. And yes very poor Wi-Fi.

Location is good. But this is really a 3* hotel.
Friendly security guard.
They mentioned they have balcony, it is locked and you have to request from the front desk.
Breakfast variety is little with THB 300 charged.
Front Desk Manager is rude very particular with check out time. I was late for 15 min for the check out, she charged me THB 1000 before letting me in the room to collect my luggage. I was with 2 young kids.

We had a great time there. Food was good and staff people were really helpful nd they also take care of cleanliness.

Lovely staff and very helpful. Just don’t go if you’re a smoker! They let you smoke just outside reception with smoke going in the lobby and in the restaurant but they fined us 100 dollars for having ONE smoke on the balcony at our room which is obviously outside the doors … doesn’t make sense haha … very strange. Everything else great though.

Very Good hotel, Neat and clean. Stayed here 5 nights. Just staff are very rude always. Management should look into this, because hotel business is all about customer respect.

Nice clean hotel… Excellent location at Patong beach… Rooms are small but clean… however strangely there were no proper bathroom amenities like lotion, shampoo, conditioner or anything. Staff at check in was very friendly. Definitely one of the better hotels on Patong beach.

Good hotel stay with your family. Language is the major problem while you travel to Thailand. People at this Hotel are well versed in English and was very helpful. Has spa, fitness centre, and pool facilities. Haven't checked out food yet. Hence I am not commenting about the same. It's almost 1 hour travel from nearest Airport at Phuket. But it's worth the wait.

Near by 5 minutes walk there are good street and street market, walk across the road 10 minutes walk there is a pedestrian street, the street on both sides of many large bars, and then walk 5 minutes on both sides of the two wrong open-air food square, after 8 pm a lot of tourists local residents, very lively! Very wrong spot!

Really nice hotel. Good location: walking distance from the beach, walking distance from a shopping mall and many restaurants and cafes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Toilets are spacious and clean, but no toiletries included except shampoo and bath gel. The staff is very efficient. The breakfast is very generous and delicious, with a lot of choices (that's was my favourite moment during my stay in here! )

Quite an alright hotel. Nice lobby. Checking in and checking out was slightly messy due to crowd room is nice looking. But no balcony from level 3 upwards. The toilet door lock didn't work. But didn't bother me much.

Loved our stay here. The lady that organises the tours is awesome. Staff are friendly and breakfast buffet is huge.

Nice Hotel. Nice atmosphere. Good Geo-barking. Located near the market and shopping center, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was Delicious. Minus. No toothpaste, no brushes? Recharge and slippers in the room. 2 Towels are big and small ones are not present. The Windows on the balcony do not open.

Very nice property. It's very near to Famous night life area Bangla road. Also its at walking distance from Paying Beach itself. Do Visit it's terrace — roof top swimming pool, which has a bar as well. It has happy hour till 6 or 7 pm I guess. They have counter for arranging tours for Fantasea show, Phi Phi Islands, etc.

The overall impression of the hotel at 3, but for the excellent staff will put 4. The room is not bad, but it didn't drain the water in the shower, it fell off a shelf with towels, then broke down the front door) the Breakfast was not many favorite, fried bacon, a couple of times out of eggs (though it didn't come later). Or I snickering or hotel is really not…

Really good BW! They have got pretty nice breakfasts! Rooms service perfect. Room is big and clean! Stuff helpful! On the ground lvl there is a lady with a trips and travel! She has got nice prices and she is proffesional! Always offers me the best price and service! Swimming pool very nice!

Everything perfect, enjoyed 6days stay, nice staff, great house keeping, just having one problem lesser options for vegeterians in breakfast buffet.

Had dinner here and I wanted some Ribs. Since they advertise with: "best ribs in town" I figured it would be good. The meat was very tough and did not fall from the bone whatsoever, it felt like the meat was completely dried out. There was also twice as much bone than there was meat. Very disappointing overall. Only thing I liked was the staff, who were nice and attentive.

Excellent hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Wonderful rooms with great shower. Everyday the hotel change sheets and towels. The best thing about the hotel is that it doesn't too close to the main and noisy road (bangala) but close enough to patong beach.

Clean sleek operation… couple of small maintenance issues with room but were fixed immediately with no problems… try the smoked food in the restaurant the high quality was a pleasant surprise… some of the best restaurant staff I have come across in Thailand… will return …

Can't argue about the location of this hotel. Stay there and you will understand that you cant get more closer to the patong action than this. Other than that, staff generally good. It was noisy though (has to do with the design of the corridor and thin walls), so if you are a light sleeper, it can be a bit rough. Nice pool on top. Overal clean hotel.

I would give this hotel 5 star just on location alone. The very best of what Patong beach has to offer will be at your doorstep. Mall, beach, walking street, etc… all very close. Can be a bit hectic, but I found my stay relaxing. Rooms were clean, hotel staff good. I highly recommend staying there to be close to the action.

Very new interior, and in a great location, within walking distance to Jungceylon shopping mall, Banzaan fresh market, and Patong beach.

Food, staff, rooms everything was awesome can't complain and the general manager helped us with day trips best holiday ever thank you best western we will be back.

Rooms are TOO NOISY due to long tiled hallways on all levels and cleaning staff that like to have screaming conversations each morning. Breakfast is basic. Beds are a bit hard. Too many screaming Chinese tourists here. Need to do something about that!

The only advantage this place has is its location. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Vegetarians find nothing for bteakfast. Hotel staff is absolutely non co operative.

Prices are not expensive, with swimming pool, internal 4-star, overall really good, but have to let you carry your stuff to give them help, and tips.

Best hotel I stayed in for this price. Clean and nice room, good service, good working Wi-Fi, good breakfast and a nice pool.

Good price great sky pool rooms are large and bright. A bit of a long walk to the beach. But overall I would recommend this hotel. If price is your concern there are hotels across the street for 500 baht.

Great location. Love the pool. Nice rooms but a little on the small side. OK breakfast buffet that why I gave it a 4 star vs 5. The staff is A+.
