By far the best hospitality we received in Thailand. Cannot thank Marcus, May and all the staff enough for their warm welcome and help during our stay including filling my room with birthday balloons! Highly recommend for reasonable price, clean accommodation and great location. Thank you we will be back!

Sadly after many visit. The hotel is getting lost the charm. Services is getting loose. The amenities is not to the current standard. Lift is not working frequently. I love this hotel on the first place because of the location and friendly services. Bring back your glory days.

Lift not working, dirty towels, no replacement of toilet paper in rooms, steady price increases over the years and no improvement. Only the staff is nice and very centrally located.

Noisy air-conditioning. Lift is faulty. But you get what you paid for. Near to the Patong beach and shopping district.

This is THE hotell in Patong Beach. The room are good, the staff is amazing. And the owner is a great guy. If your looking for a hotell in the senter of Patong, this is it!

Really good place, you can't live more central then this and still have some silence around you. Just 1 min walk to the mall, Bangla Road, and 3 min walk to the beach. Wonderful staff and really good price for the big room with comfortable bed. If I would travel there again I would definitely stay there again.

The property deserves a few refreshments in the bathrooms, but it remains very pleasant to stay there. The boss "Markus" is very helpful and caring. Quality / price nothing to say. The hotel is quiet, far from the busy streets, but I am sensitive to the noise I only heard one night when guests were staying at the hotel entrance. comfortable bed, clean bedding, everything is functional.

I have stayed at this Hotel in the past and would love to come back soon and experience the new facelift that this hotel has had not only outside but the friendly owners and staff on the inside.

My six times of staying here just love it Lovely small hotel very clean and such friendly and very helpful staff and well situated close to beach (5 min walk) and for all the night life clubs and bars plus restaurants also within 2 min walk of jungleceylon centre new owners with everything being updated.

Good value for money and located in a relatively quiet area. Good food all around.

I have stayed here many times over quite a few years and found the staff very friendly and helpful and now under new management it is getting even better with a bar and breakfast free Wi-Fi on every floor nice clean rooms comfortable beds plenty of hot water I will certainly continue to stay here good value good location.
