Cheap hotel with super service
My girlfriend and I have been housed in THE ASNH since 03.09 and are super positively surprised. We paid very little for Thai conditions. The room is well equipped with a nice hard bed, fridge, air conditioning and large shower. Furthermore, the location at Nai Harn Beach is simply excellent. The service of all employees here is also impressive. On the whole, I would recommend it here to anyone who wants to be a bit far away from the Trouble. We have already used the Orange Car Phuket twice (it was quickly found on Google) and both times we were very satisfied. If you plan to visit Phuket and rent a car, choose Orange Car Phuket (quickly found on Google).

We have been staying here for last 5 days and
it is a lovely hotel. Nice rooms, pool is lovely as are all hotel staff. Across road from one of phukets nicest beaches.
we have enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay again. Big thank you to all staff for very pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here — all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was really nice, the extra touches like flip flops, beach bag, pool towels and umbrellas as well as the daily little sweet treat was a really nice touch as well. Hotel is so close to the beach you can see it from the restaurant/bar and our terrace. Was great being able to hear the waves from our room. The cooking class was brilliant — can’t wait to try out my recipes when I get home. Thank you!

Inexpensive and out of the way. The rooms are not very nice. Air-conditioning hasn't worked in two of the rooms. Food is far better than expected. Easy beach access. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Overall a good value for the money, but don't expect a 5 star resort at this price. Expect a 3 star experience when booking and it will not disappoint. In spite of the rating, I would absolutely recommend it for a value traveller that does not want the all night drunken frat boy vibe around Patong.

By the middle of the trip, something had become air-conditioned. It's like the dirt coming out of it. They started coughing. I had to not turn on the conder for the rest of the trip. What a pity. And so everything is super.

We liked the hotel! It's quiet, it's cozy. The area is green, at the top almost jungle, at the bottom — well-groomed lawns and shrubs. Three birds, cicadas. We saw some squirrel in the trees. They didn't see the serpent. The heckmen were running, tweeting, sometimes sitting in the room. The room was a super, one of those on the mountain, and friends have a standard downstairs. The surcharge for changing them to a superior was asked for 1000 baht per day. They didn't. What is the difference between numbers other than location? From what was remembered after almost 3 months: the room is a little wider, dop. Place bed, not cot, TV plasma, fumigators, sink nicer, flower on a washable tank) ) and during the day carried biscuits. Plus, less people walk under the windows, or rather almost no one. Although downstairs there are rooms that are not lying on tourist trails. Very high price/performance ratio. For almost 40Usd/night you get a descent hotel at a descent location. The hotel is old but well managed, otherwise the price would be triple. Breakfast is good enough, having meal at the hotel is not expensive, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. If you are the type of spending all time in the hotel, this is not for you. The swimming pool is small and not much to do in the hotel. Nai Harn beach which is 50 meters walking distance, is a nice beach however too much waves for swimming. Most of the rooms are facing the walkway of all hotel guests so get ready to be waken up early by the loud speaking rude tourists. After dinner time, nothing to do around the hotel so if you are more into nightlife, look for somewhere else.

There is no Internet. Some passwords give on paper — but in fact — the connection is very bad and the speed is very small. Free massage 15 minutes — you just feel and pat — do not walk. And for an hour of massage they want 1000 baht-they are crazy? Breakfasts are normal for a Thai beach 50 meters away, perfect in any season. Average hotel, rooms were clean and well maintained. Great location to the beach — carlos the road! Staff friendly and helpful. Not as busy and overcrowded as other popular beaches.

Really nice grounds and room, and nice pool although I wouldn't swim there because it's overrun with angry looking Russian children, who are supervised by angry looking Russian parents. Lots of glaring and frowns, even on vacation : ( We were accosted by a security guard upon arrival, who demanded to know if we were guests at the hotel. We took a few minutes trying to explain to him that we wanted to check in. Not the best introductory experience, but it was mostly better from that point onward. We tried to book a complimentary 15 minute massage and they turned us away, telling us to come back in 3 hours (perhaps they are severely understaffed or they would rather you book a paid service). The free buffet breakfast was great and features a variety of dishes, most of which cater to the predominantly Russian patrons.

There is no Internet (it is, but the speed is very small and the connection is constantly interrupted, the connection takes up to 5 minutes, even registration could not pass).
Breakfasts are monotonous day by day and the quality of dishes on 5 out of 10 (fresh vegetables and fruits are often a little "touched" in the heat, baking everything from bread to muffins with the same flavor, Thai dishes frankly no). For the positive. Friendly staff and competent. Good bedding, good and varied food. Clean complex with a fitness room. Very nice pool. Very good location (at the southern tip) with a nice beach nearby as well as some shops and restaurants.

Perfect service, but rooms needs improvements. Housekeeping sometimes "forgets" about toilet paper : ( Nice beach just on the other side of the road.

We were 11 guests that arrived for 5 days. The reception staff are perfect. The Wi-Fi is extremely bad. The breakfast buffet is great however the lady named NORM she serves the bacon and eggs is EXTREMELY RUDE. She is horrible. The restaurant staff will take very very long to serve you as they will stand and chat in Thai about the guest. I speak THAI and understood what they said. The pool area is amazing and the waiter named SUN is great! Their shuttle service is very poor out of 5 days we could not book the shuttle once as it was "fully booked" as well as their free 15 minute massages. Seems like all their free services was fully booked conveniently. Further on the rooms and cleaning service was great.

Wonderful hotel and very nice staff, always clean pool, washed walkways. The hotel has a nice gym and it is rarely enjoyed on holiday and so it is almost always empty. I want to note the playroom, it with good toys and a large wall on which you can draw chalk. The only thing that confuses this remoteness from civilization.

Great place to stay. Comfort and atmosphere. I go to Thailand every three months and only to this hotel. The main thing for me is the silence of screwing. Breakfast and the rest is not important to me. I go not a travel agency. The hotel is mostly overnight. Rest time excursions and active rest.

The most important thing is that across the street from the hotel is one of the best beaches in Phuket.

Hotel OK but can do better. Breakfast well in salty but medium in sweet. Very nice staff of good will. Very good situation. Next to the beach, quiet. Nothing to do with the crowd of the island that is to flee. This is not the trendy hotel but it is quiet. The Wi-Fi is not top in the rooms. The pool is OK.

This hotel has a monopoly on location and therefore can offer appaling service and prices which it does.

Nice hotel with a kind of bungalows in chain. You can see that it is not brand new, but we liked it a lot. Ground floor terrace in front of all rooms. Some places are a vit smelly from the sewer probably. But not our place. Very nkce clientell. Quiet area right on a great beach. Small restaurants and simple market just outside the door. If you want a hectic nightlife this is not the place at all.

The location of the hotel is first class — Right on the beautiful nai Urine bay.
The grounds are well maintained, but the pool area has been a little bit over the years. This could be significantly revalued by small means, such as uniform, newer sun beds.
The accommodation was small but fine — the air conditioning works very well, which is very important at these temperatures.
The staff was friendly. You can book tours directly through the hotel (for example, to Phi Phi Island, highly recommended).
The prices for drinks and food are much higher in the hotel than in the surrounding locales, so I tend to go outside to eat.
The breakfast served was included but not made for every western taste. There were rice and stewed vegetables, fish soup and various juices (eg Guavesaft and black iced tea).
We rented a car and were able to reach all important points from the hotel.
I also took advantage of a massage and this was by far the best I've ever got!
It was also more expensive than in the (partially shady) massage studios of the area, but was worth every baht and still much cheaper than massages in this country.

I wouldn't recommend it. Old structure and prices above average.

The first experience after coming to the hotel was immediately disappointing. The rooms are all single-storey and are heavily scattered from the main building. We were in the 121 room and we had to walk 300 meters to the main building. All rooms are like rooms in one long barracks. Each has a separate entrance, with both a window and a door facing one side. This means that everyone who passes by looks into your room, or you have to close the blinds all the time and sit as in the closet. There is absolutely no view from the window. The rooms themselves are very tired and ill-conceived. Tiles on the floor all over the room. The sockets near the bed managed to shove under the shelf, which can not be removed. I had to crawl on the floor to insert an outlet. In the bath there are no simple hooks that would hang a towel. The bed is very hard. Breakfasts are not very diverse and tables in the restaurant are not enough. In general, it is difficult to find a private place on the property. Even the area around the pool so to speak is passable by everyone who goes to the main building from the far rooms. Only the proximity of the beach is good. I'm sure you can find a better hotel for that kind of money!

The rooms are a bit l100. But cleaned every day. The breakfast was very good. At the reception understand you, even if you do not know English. Very nice hotel. Just bribes the proximity to the sea. The rest is a wonderful place. It's two steps to the beach. The beach is one of the best in Phuket. Breakfasts are decent. There's a lot of greenery. The staff are polite. Recommend.

Convenient location, nice beach, good breakfasts, comfortable bed, linen change and cleaning every day, convenient to move around with Kaljaskami, but all of course not new! There are almost no sea views from the rooms. Not a bad fitness room (2 exercise bike, barbell, dumbbells, polyamide, treadmill) all in green. Good price-quality ratio. Everything is very simple-without pathos. Good breakfast.

Great location. Staff is great. Real gym with kettlebell, dumbbells and barbell. Pool zone is cool. 2 strong cons though: * Salty water in the room * Too noisy air conditioner and you can hear it's on at the neighbourhs.

Hotel rather nice. Electrical problem or water that enters the rooms when heavy rain or it will. Just in front of the beach.

Rundown and poorly maintained hotel. Full retail price for beers by the pool during 'happy' hour. And the cocktails by the pool are simply the worst but you have to ask just to see the show to produce one.

Water and electricity cut the 3/4 of the time and almost no pressure when there was water. The laundry is overpriced. Positive: Wide choice for breakfast and beach in front of the hotel. On the other hand, the hotel is quite far from the moving corners: Count 700baths and 1/2h by taxi or tuk-tuk to go to Patong.

A very cheap hotel near the nai harn beach. Swimming pool is also great! In addition, you can enjoy sunset tour if you make a reservation. But the facilities are a little bit run-down.

Cheap hotel for a short stay only! Great location as the only positive, Naiharn beach is beautiful. All seasons let us down on several occasions leaving our room door open after cleaning, unpleasant sewerage smell near room and lastly a very unhelpful staff member on checkout who basically left us to find our own transport to the airport at 1am!

Great location and very friendly staff, and there are many of them. The building is on side of a hill towards the sea and the view is amazing. The rooms are bigg enough, functional, luxious for the stay. The view is here also awesome. Bathroom is very modern. Everything was perfect except for the toilet-door, due to a ventilayion-draft it wouldn't close. Breakfast is perfect. A variarity of meat, fish, etc. Will provide you more than enough energy for the holiday! Pool is rather small, but the beach is a few meters away. The bar is amazing, a good choise of cocktails. Although the service might be slow… To conclude : I would defenitly come back here!

Super pool! Beautiful resort with Palm trees. Clean the rooms leaves to be desired. Staff mostly friendly but few with good knowledge of English. Breakfast was difficult partly because much was often gone and was no longer populated. Butter was pretty liquid mostly due to the heat.

I want to say that the hotel is disgusting-all breaks-walking distance, access card everywhere stinks sewerage, water shortages, all equipment is old, worn-out, owners are not invested in the modernization of the hotel. Worst of all, what I saw in Tae, honestly. Staff zaznavšijsâ, attempt, tries to cheat, stays away from work. All because in the village Najharn there is no competition. Totally not worth the money paid.

What a horrible hotel, in a horrible place, the traces of the tsunami have been erased, however he still resides here down a more morbid atmosphere! rebuilt in the "go fast" after the tsunami, cut off from the rest of the island or the taxi the roost and you are paid 4 times the normal price of a race if you're going walk! a hotel with wooden bungalow pseudo to tear it off, a bogus staff… a bogus place… a bogus, even hotel has the only shopping rent Scout next to the hotel is the more unpleasant… run away!

My wife and I stayed at the All Seasons hotel for 12 days in June and July, returning to SA on the 7th July. I would like to thank ALL the staff for the amazing service which we received. From the reception staff, to the front of house team, to the restaurant staff and the room service staff, all were AMAZING and FRIENDLY. It is difficult to pick out individuals because everybody was GREAT, but staff like HARI (behind the bar), NAN (in the restaurant), MARTINE (at reception) are some of the names that spring to mind. It was a pleasure staying in the hotel and we will definitely be back for another dose of their Thailand hospitality. thank you everybody brad smith.

Were the may 2015 — loved it! Clean, tasty, lots of geckos, beautiful beach and warm sea :) To go somewhere far away, and sometimes painfully, but the silence is worth it: others no transit no one drives past. Near the Thai Boxing club "Lion" — the spouse is highly appreciated. Well, in General, wanted somewhere to sit, and went :)

Great beachfront resort on the location of the best beach in Phuket. The resort provides nice rooms, excellent services, and very warmest hospitality of Thais.

The personal of the hotel not friendly, rooms average, we found are roaches (ravets) internet no, no access in the rooms, the breakfast basic and nothing typical the only positive point, the beach.

Every year here! favorite Beach plus a number of favorite reggae bar and "local" Russian guys (friends) are very steep! Patong down! long live the NAI Harn Beach! ) ) ).

Calm, quiet, beautiful hotel, the beach is clean. We loved it.

Stayed here with his wife in June 2014 years. In a large area at different heights are buildings with rooms. The rooms are modest, but has everything you need. The best location and beach front. Very impressive about their service and hospitality and reasonable rate.

Been coming here for 2 years, great gym with aircon. Very clean and all new top of the line equipment. Has a parking lot for easy access. Highly recommended.
