SHA PLUS HOTEL, SUNSURI PHUKET We got married and choice this amazing SUNSURI PHUKET. We also choice SUNSURI PHUKET because the location at Nai Harn. "The Best area" in Phuket! Calm, easy to exercise, walking, beautiful beach… The whole atmosphare. What can I say, one of the Best experience we have had! This hotel is outstanding with a Staff who make your stay fantastic. We "talk about " Reception, Restaurant, The Chef, Room service, housekeeping… yes whole of the Staff. The Pool villa we stay in was so romantic and fantastic with decoration for Our Day. We will of course come back! Special thanks to Khun Pook who helped us with SANDBOX and our wonderful experience at SUNSURI PHUKET.

Nice & warm welcome hotel, very good sleep on the great bed & pillow at spacious room. Zzz… love breakfast & dinning out door for the fresh air. Small shop has a good stuff to buy for a memorial there. Will be back for sure❤️

Highly recommended for drip coffee picnic set. All are prompt and nice service. Staffs are so helpful and friendly, especially Khun Pook, her service is exceptional, professional and go the extra mile. Thank you Khun Pik at Nai Harn park also the staff at front reception as well for taking very good care of us.

I DO recommend. Very nice rooms, staff, location. Etc Suggestions; 1. Improve wireless coverage. Signal is weak and devices need to re-authenticate often. Often it does it does not even work. It’s very frustrating. 2. Improve restaurant staff English proficiency so that they can take orders correctly.

Best place staff and location in Phuket.

This outstanding gem tucked on a slope provided a picturesque view of the lake and the distant sea. The resort was well equipped with numerous facilities. The location was perfect to take a short stroll to the beach or nearby stores. The staff there were warmth and helpful. This being our sixth time returning to this resort whenever we were at Phuket, never fails to amaze us. We also have used the Orange car Phuket twice now and have been very satisfied both times.

Had two wonderful weeks here. Great room on the top of the hill with seaview. Excellent and sevice minded staff at all levels.
Breakfast and food in general of good quality but even if we could use 3rd floor we choosed to have our breakfast downstairs due to better choice of local dishes and quicker service.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. I cannot stress how friendly all the staff members were — there was never anything that was a problem to do or to get for you.
My son loved the play area for children — the staff there have the kids 110% attention all the time… felt totally safe leaving him there.
The hotel is situated within 5 mins walking distance to the beach and if you don’t want to walk they have a beach shuttle that operates all day.
The pools and slide are well kept.
All in all we would definitely go back to this hotel — would recommend it to anyone wanting a carefree, affordable and all frills holiday.

If you are used to driving an ol-inclusive to Turkey or Egypt, then you will not like the buffet.
The restaurant in the hotel is somewhat pricey, but the cooking is very tasty.
The pool is multi-level, always clean, the grounds are very well maintained.
The hotel is very quiet and almost deserted, for a relaxing holiday. Partygoers will be bored there.
Judging by the reviews I read before the trip, not everyone was happy with the cleaning in the rooms. But we cleaned well, even washed dirty dishes, which the child constantly left on the balcony
And the orchid flowers were laid all over the room. However, it seems that the floor is not always washed, more often just sweep.
You can take a free bike to go to the store or the beach.
Yes, and in principle, the hotel provides its guests with absolutely everything: the room had a shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, and toothbrushes, even a beach bag and umbrella, in addition to the standard: shower caps, soaps, cotton buds, etc.
However, the hotel does not have its own beach, the beaches there are all common. And the sunbeds are paid. It's quite expensive, if you take the whole company,
So we just bought a big umbrella for the walk, and the towels were sloted under it, right on the sand.

The hotel is impressive and we got beautiful view. However, check in was a big hiccup. They messed up our rooms (we booked 3 rooms of different prices) and kept insisting that they gave us correct rooms (we specifically asked, at booking time, for a room with twin beds and reminded them again during check-in). And this was all done in Thai, as we are Thai, so language barrier is out of the question here. Just can't imagine how it would be if it had to be done in English (like in the cases of foreign tourists). All rooms (that we know of) are situated on hillsides, meaning you will need to walk up stairs and maybe more stairs (if you stay in those buildings with no elevators), unless you hitch a ride on one of their golf karts. Good things: rooms are very spacious, rain showers were nice, good water pressure and very good A/C. Bed was REALLY comfy (if you are into soft beds) and that blackout curtain worked extremely well. Very big balcony and did we already mention the view? Breakfast. To be honest, we did expect more from breakfast but maybe that's just me. Some items were very tasty but many dishes didn't really live up to expectation. We rented a car so getting around was no problem but if you don't have wheels then it's gonna be a bit difficult to get around. The security guards were very nice and attentive.

Everything is great! The Rooms are super. Pool, grounds. Breakfast is good, everything else is great!

Very nice and attentive staff … unfortunately the restaurants are way too expensive. Price performance unfortunately not ok, as the offers outside the hotel were significantly more attractive.

A very nice hotel with a lovely staff and always smiling, nice and Nice. The pool is very well compartmentalized with a children's Party, jumping, shallow and hallway. The all inclusive offer is well presented and offers meals in the form of buffet lunch and often a la carte at night, we really have the sensation of a restaurant.
Shuttles are always available on request to get us up or down from the room to the front desk as the buildings are separated and there are a lot of steps for few elevators. This is the black point of the hotel which is not suitable for disabled people.

Still mountain hotels do not imply easy evening walks on territory. Yes, there is a rough vegetation, but on slopes, and tracks only for golf. Climb on foot high. The pools are great but the sunbeds and shady places are few. The beach and pools are provided with separate towels. Cleaning every day, bottles of water, hygienic sets-all available. Breakfast is plentiful, but not very tasty.

The hotel is very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and the food is super. It's cool.

At the bar lack of choice, only Locau alcohol. L wait also and long. Shut up too late at 11:00.
After this hour there is no more chance to spend a moment with friends.

For people in all inclusive it's still average as a snack but pay so that restore it.

Great so far — nice clean hotel with plenty of space by the pool and a short walk to one of the best beaches in Thailand. Amazing scuba diving nearby too. Staff are friendly and the rooms very nice.

Staying at this place now… lousy hotel… run down… over hyped. Please don't believe all the reviews you see… just not worth driving all this far away from Phuket. Stick to a number of other branded hotel and resorts options at this same price elsewhere… Second day… the hospitality of the employees, the personal touch and their effectiveness to receive feedback however is something that softens the blow… I am now inclines to give a sexond chance. Also due to the surroundings of the Nai Harn Beach… where sometimes you feel you are in Dreamland.

The hotel is charming and suitable for honeymoon couples and families. He's so big, we meet only if we wish.
We eat well even in buffet formula.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The service seems to be their priority even on a Saturday night at 9pm and we need a doctor.
There is a Lake next to run and a gym for sportsmen but there are also carts available for the lazy (or couple with strollers) that bring us to our room where at the beach which is beautiful (only 5 minutes walk). We did some paid excursions but we would have been able to stay eight days in this hotel and we would have enjoyed it as well.
Their partnership with the Kappa Club is of great added value to us French. On the one hand because the staff is French and on the other hand because they also organise cultural outings (Thai courses, Thai Boxing courses, market visits, Temple visits, schools, etc. ) at no extra cost.
The team is therefore full skill level. Not intrusive but available. They're really top!
The TOP: bedding! A comfort without a name. With all the people we have met, we are unanimous on this.
The DOWNSIDE: night revelers outside the hotel who will not disturb the big sleepers but my husband who is sensitive to noise came out with ear plugs and was no longer disturbed.
We will return and this time with the children.
PS: we were upgraded to a villa with private pool.

Loved the spacious rooms, the ever-friendly staff and the pool. Their buggy service is quick and efficient, but if you're not very mobile, it's not as easy to get around the villas. Transport options are a slight challenge so I'd recommend this villa for those who are simply looking to relax and chill away from the maddening touristy crowd. Take a walk/jog around the area and you're bound to discover something to see or do!

The hotell is great with a very friendly and happy staff. The only thing is that the poolbar need to improve their pizzas and hamburgers.

Very nice resort with big spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and amenities decent. It's on a hill and spaced out so he prepared to walk up and down slopes and steps. They do have a buggy service for pickup and drop off. Our first room had an insect problem, but the staff moved us after we alerted them. A short walk from the beach and across the road from the lake.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. From a pleasant-free large parking, a multi-level pool, a very green area, speaking staff, to the sea 5 minutes on foot. Of the disadvantages-the better the room, the higher it will have to go (in my case, 144 steps-7 floor). This is decided by the possibility of delivery to the number of electric helmets. Well, the same speaking employee is not the most polite person against the background of Thai staff.

Nothing to report, very nice pool! Service/staff impeccable and honestly one of the best service I have seen in a hotel, very very well maintained, proper food.

Stayed here with my wife for 5 nights and great overall experience. Staff is very friendly, clean facilities, and cozy atmosphere. Only minor quibbles, such as typical resort mark-ups for certain things and some areas in need of refreshing or updates, but nothing is broken or damaged. Very family friendly, and loved walking down to Nai Harn beach or taking our scooter to Rawai or other local spots. Would stay here again.

RELAXING, beautiful and so quiet. The pools are INCREDIABLE. The staff are so helpful. Highly recommend. We will be back. Its in a quiet area with beautiful views bit on 10 minutes to so hussle and bussle. Perfect for us.

I love this place / the location is very near to Naiharn beach. The staff was very friendly and room is very beautiful and clean.

A bit far from the craze from Patong beach and far from the airport, only reachable by taxi. Amazing swimming pools. One evening the restaurant ran out of mango sticky rice we received apologies from the Chef himself and next morning we got it together with our breakfast.

Great pool and the rooms are huge! Nai Harn beach is so much nicer then patong where the water is clear here.

A cold reception for unpleasant say, an 'all inclusive' very particular, bar open from 11: 00 to 19: 00 only! When we do tours, I'd tell you that you're not about to see the color of a cocktail. The pool bar: three people there work, one that made cocktails and who incidentally gives you towels, another who looked at and the third that made the Bill, don't be in a hurry. The morning buffet is rather hearty, with hot dishes of kitchen Tai that strangely, you won't find at the buffet lunch and dinner! Restore slow lunch and tasteless, the map for the main course and the dessert service, constantly missing half of the dishes and deserts. Closest nice from the soup of the restaurant 4 stars, no restocking, mediocre food, bad desserts, a buffet of fruits (pineapple) often empty. One night, around 10:30, we finished dinner with a couple of French met in the hotel, the servers cut us the light to make us understand that they wanted to leave! Of the unheard.

No use of Chinese? The hotel is very nice, is not surrounded by convenience store, the location very quiet.

Good idea with the hotel, but for those who do not like noise and ready for physical activities) ). The hotel is on three levels on a hill, offers transfer services to buildings and back again. Very good hotel, well located close to Nai Harn Beach, one of the most beautiful beach in Phuket. The rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. The pool bar is well appreciated in the evening. The breakfast is great, with lots of choice. The only downside, the increase in rates from one year to the other.

A very good hotel. Solid 4 ka! There are no cons.

The sanatorium is located on the mountain, solid steps and slides. All superior rooms are on the top of the mountain. To get to the number you need to call the reception machine. It's very annoying. Breakfast awful, cold pancakes and muffins and all pastries. Constant problems with the air conditioning or noise, or condensate flows (the problem of expensive rooms). The hotel is huge, but in the entire one restaurant with very limited menu. The child to feed there is nothing. The nearest cafe is fantastic. Had planned to stay 9 days, but ran away after 2 days in Patong.

This hotel is separated in tiers on a small mountain hill. The more expensive; the higher. You get good service here (need to ask for it though), they opt to be very speedy. Going up the hill can be done by golf cart driven by the workers or by foot and elevators. This is a hotel to choose if you want to relax. If you like busy, choose one closer to the middle of Phuket. You will love this hotel the moment you set foot to the reception. Remember this hotel is far south of Phuket, it takes about an hour to get to the airport and pretty much anywhere else.

Good sea, good service, good rooms, but little costly Best on Nai Harn Beach by price/comfortability as for me.
