We loved this place. A lovely & modern resort, in a beautiful and relaxing location. All the staffs were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We found our bed to be very comfortable and our villa was very spacious with everything we needed. A lot of activities to keep you and kids busy.

I was impressed when I came to Phuket and I was impressed when I came in, and I received very good service from reception. The restaurant la sala is delicious. The service was excellent. The staff here are all lovely, smiling, good service, we hardly have to request it. Take good care of our family, almost be special. Thank you, Mr. Ma, Mr. Richy, Mr. Kik, mr. Beer, who took great care, was very impressed, and promised to come back.

All facilities available for relaxation and fun, but the only disadvantage is one hour far way from the Phuket city and most of the tour companies didn’t recognized it. So not suitable for vacation.

Very nice 1 bedroom pool villa, complete privacy and well maintained. Breakfast was a little busy but from very good quality.
We used the bike to drive around in the area and played tennis every evening. The beach is secluded and very beautiful.
Beach bar was top.
The service is top and personal very friendly. We will be back soon!

The villa is better then the pictures shown, a decent sized pool and great sun deck for you to relax! Rental company the Orange Car Phuket in Thailand. Good cars, insurance and good service. . Just PerfectThis was just a perfect place, the location and surroundings is pure paradise. The Villas are dreamish and gives you the possibility to have a very privat vacation. The staff incredible and always ready to help even with renting scooters in Orange car Phuket. They can deliver/pick up the vehicule at your hotel. I cannot praise the place enough, if you ever consider going there, I have one advice. JUST GO!

Me and my husband stayed in a One Bedroom Pool Villa and loved it! We never had a private pool before and now I cant go back. Lovely and private. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms (look just like the photos on their website).

One of the nicest villa resorts around. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate guest requests. The resort is surrounded by nature which makes for a peaceful stay. The only improvements could be made on the food.

Whilst the decor was impressive the service we got at dinner was terrible. We were made to wait about half an hour before even being served drinks. Luckily we had brought water with us for the kids in the group as it was extremely hot and we had been given a table outside. When ordering we were informed that we would be served three types of rice with the meal. However when the meal did finally come out we were told all the rice other than plain boiled rice was finished. The food was ok, nothing special and not what we expected from such a highly rated restaurant. Disappointed!

Lagoon villa is just amazing. The hotel staff, food, location… you name it. All great. As all over Thailand don't expect a bug-free rooms … but this will never drop any of your expectations… this is one of the hotels that it's reality is better than the pictures posted online. So enjoy.

We didn't stay, we attended the sales presentation. Armin, the salesman was very nice, explained everything and was not pushy at all. They gave us the rewards as promised although we didn't buy. The offer itself is good, lots of options and great deals but we will give it a thought first. Other reviews say they were pushy and gave us second thoughts about going but we took the risk and it was worth it.

The best experience 3 days and 2 night at Anatara with very friendly and service mind staff (expecially khun Peach at breakfast session who always take care both of us very well. ) the room is very clean and comfy. Specially thank you to khun Sayamon for facilitate us.

Incredible amenities. Restaurant, spa, and mini bar prices are quite expensive but almost worth it. This is one of the premier resorts in Phuket.

Pool villas are beautiful and very clean. Food is excellent (if not a little pricey). Beach close by, but the private pools are nicer.

A quiet city is not very prosperous coast beach natural beauty This century the last natural environment life no commercial smell is worth a visit to this.

Resort Hotel, which belongs to the Anantara group, is located about 15 kilometres from the airport, and visitors are not as crowded as Phuket's most popular Patong beach, with large and medium-sized swimming pools within the park, as well as facilities and fun courses for toddlers or children.
Of course, bicycles for adult visitors, as well as full-time coaches for swimming pool sports. There are basically one bedroom, two bedroom villa, or three bedrooms with various types of villa options. It is for different numbers of families, or multi-person friends can have their own more privacy space of different choices.

We did not stay in this resort. We stayed at their sister company's resort just across the road (Anantara Vacation Club) but we go to this resort to enjoy some of their amenities and the beach. Walking around some of the other resorts in the area, we can say that this one is our favorite because it is not as busy as the other beach front resorts. The place is so serene. You can hear some small wild birds from the surrounding trees.

So first of All: this is by far the hottest resort in Thailand we have ever Seen. At first glance… but the positive first: the friendliness of all staff is really worth a compliment. Not the daily laughter that you know from thailand. No, These are really nice, polite, courteous and always friendly. A perfect service from maid to Breakfast. All 100 Percent. The breakfast itself is a dream. This diversity and quality is unrivalled in thailand. Perfect. Thank you for this service.
But: The hut has come in the Years. The ravages of time are gnawing, especially in this climate, at the villas, which are built mainly of wood.
The wooden footbridge around our private pool was Rot. The nails and screws of the wooden planks were partly an inch Out. Barely thinking about running Barefoot. The closing strips (also made of WOOD) were partly missing.
We would always overlook these "little things".
But what really annoys: even when checking in, the credit card is blocked at 70, 000 baht. Yes, exactly. These are: 1.866 Euro (as of November 2017). We also tried to make a so-called Anantara vacation club Membership. You also have to enter your e-mail address when you register.
This resulted in a daily newsletter.
But the best thing is that you will be asked for your departure at Check-in. Actually a super-forward-looking Idea. Our flight went only after an 8-day stay, in the evening at 20.25 o'clock from Phuket.

Looks nice. Was only here to attend a timeshare presentation, but from what I saw, it seems like a nice place to stay. But quite far from patong (over an hour away)

Because a credit-card holiday event went to Chiangmai's Anantara resort last year (it feels good), so the wife wants to do it again this year, because last year, the manager said he gave a special price (990 dollars, but later thought it was OK) and gave us a chance to come back to the Phuket resort. But this experience does not add points, but a little deduction, although the room photos look fierce, actual stay will feel the room private swimming pool and kitchen and other laundry facilities, but the spring feeling and the swimming pool and even have a cigarette butt, and the hotel staff efficiency is not too good, children's playroom is a little messy, The big pool is not too much fun instead of the same group of Marriott is better, and near the beach. I paid 7, 000 coupons on check-in, but no change, we booked the next day. Our two children were under four years old when we were at the seafood buffet.

Good location. Good facilities. Attentive and helpful staff. Definitely recommend for that "special" trip away. ☺

The villa is in excellent condition, the surrounding grounds, are highly maintained.
It feels so comfortable, and safe for my young son to wonder around the complex.
Highly recommed Anantara vacation club, because they tick all of the boxes.

The resort is very beautiful, the opposite has a small restaurant and supermarket but very expensive, you can borrow bicycles to the outside convenience store. Half as cheap as the price.

If you want to avoid the touristic crowds of the south of the island, if you want to be surrounded by an amazing nature, looking for a top quality service then this is the place. It is very beautiful and relaxing, it's a must see! 2 things that I would recommend to change to the managers: — Keep the speakers inside the room. It is really great to listen to the nature, so it's quite sad to sometime have your neighbors playing loudly their Spotify playlists, particularly at night (the hotel provide bluetooth speakers that you can take wherever in the hotel). — Have all the prices with the tip and taxes included, instead of having 10 + 7% to add every time (and there's still space on the receipt for additional tip). Having said that, it's a real paradise on earth, I can't wait to have the possibility to come back one day.

Spectacular villas. One could happily spend days inside without coming out, I'd equate these to fantasy suites with private pool, outdoor shower and living space, all beautifull appointed. Food and bev prices are 'international prices'. Save 75% and walk out to the little mall located beside the main entrance. Mall food was excellent. During our stay the related timeshare sales machine was in FULL SWING and their 90min presentation (120 min actually) gave us BH 10, 000 that we put towards our drinks tab and spa:) it was a good deal.

One of the best resort I've ever stayed in Phuket. You've got your own pool right in front of your bedroom! It's an ideal place to relax and enjoy the many facilities at the resort. The staff are friendly and greets you with a smile most of the time. I hope to be back again, knowing that I can get a good rest and privacy in this resort.

AMAZING! SPEECHLEES about this place! the service is great, they make ou feel like home! Food is great, we loved the breakfast! drinks at the pool bar delicious, people are so nice and fun to talk to! The villages are the BEST, you will want to stay there all the time! but you need to take the tour to phi phi islands! Totally recomended!

AMAZING atmosphere! The pool villa room is unbelievable! Great restaurants, awesome breakfast which looks like a mini market! Bikes everywhere to go around and a great common swimming pool area! Love it.

This place is absolute paradise. The private villas are almost too perfect to leave, but venturing down to the pool and beach is worth it. Lots of loungers at the pool, in the pool and on there "pseudo beach" so no need to rush to claim. The only knock on this place are that it's food and drinks are exorbitantly priced for the area (expect to pay US prices) and really subpar compared to the wonderful food we found in Chiang Mai and Bangkok.

Amazing place I highly recommend it for couples. Since its a jungle bungalows we found a large spider in the room. Staff was really nice they helped out killing it. But spoiled the stay.

Perfect place to spend time on.

The 2-bedroom villa is huge and the pool spacious. The rooms are nicely funished and equipped with necessities, which shows a lot of thought has been put into it. Room service is efficient. Everyone on the property is friendly and warm. It's truly resort of all smiles. Special thanks to Christian for all the wonderful drinks and to Cookie for taking care of us during the stay.
