Great Hotel nice service food and baverage very delicious value price.

Nice room. The ambiance is very good. Impressive service.

Nice place staff can be very nice jakapong and the other driver who drive the buggy’s very nice people and very helpful that make sure you get to you’re room safely. Nice rooms. But the only issue I have me and my wife order lunch twice and tell them what we want two times we go tell them and only one lunch come they forget mine and my wife wait nearly one hour to eat together her food go cold and we ask we’re is my lunch they forgot after telling them twice so definitely very disappointed my wife lunch cold no real sorry or complementary drink nothing. So disappointed there.

They were extremely friendly, well organised. The rooms were very clean and the beds were ssssssooooooo comfortable. The location is so tranquil and the sea amazing. They organised transport to and from resort. I am very impressed, I would stay here again. 😁

We like this resort, it’s easy to go to the beach, it has sunset point and bar restaurant. That’s nice location.

The location is fantasic. The Staff are very approachable and nice. Hospitality is all impeccable. The extra checkout which makes stay even more value. The room was absolutely beautiful with a lovely views. Highly recommended!

Nice villa, but they first tried putting me in a cheap room, even though I booked and paid for the villa. Had problems with power and AC as it randomly turned off. Staff very willing to help but could not really fix it… Room apparently only had 1 key so if I wanted it cleaned I had leave mine behind.

Not impressed. Pictures they use to sell resort look good. This place is anything but the grounds were terrible burning garbage in a pile right in front of our room, and never anyone in office. When we went to check out no one around so I guess they will just keep our deposit.

The venue was what we paid for. Phi Phi is more expensive in general than some other areas. Might be interesting to be there when the nearby thai boxing training takes place. You can also pay for a coach and try fighting in the arena.

Awful experience. We had a paid and confirmed booking, but when it came time for us to check in (at 2:30 p. M. ), the Phi Phi Chang Grand had given away our room. Oh, they’d received our booking and money — I saw the printout with my name on it. They just couldn’t be bothered to keep up their end of the bargain. So, they led us off property to a nearby “nicer” hotel. Third floor, no elevator. Oh, and the room hadn’t been made up yet. “Wait ten minutes, ” they said. It’s an hour later and I’m writing this as I wait. Room still not made up. In short, the Phi Phi Chang Grand appears to be a disreputable operation where you, the unsuspecting visitor, loses.

Awful Service, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, no room available despite having booking confirmation and speaking with them the day before. Tried charging an extra thousand baht for the room they "didn't have" was told later by the island information desk that they have lots of problems with the Chang Grand Hotel and failing to honour bookings. Do not recommend.

A very nice place with great views. They also have a pony at the hotel as well as many cute and friendly cats and they does not bother at all, it is great for kids but I am sure the pony feels a bit alone as he is the only one on the island. Easy access, everything is available near the hotel. But… not perfect as the rooms were not perfectly cleaned.

The Second time is here. It Pleases everything. The Only thing is Wi-Fi is weak.

Great quiet location. Bungalow Villa Very Cozy.

Good rooms and accommodation. Very poor Wifi, bad air con (some rooms don't work at all). Poor attention to domestic issues, but if you point out the problems, they will try to solve.

Aircon takes 1h to make the room a little fresher. Intermitent whater. Wood hard matresses.

Ideal location, 10 min walk from the pier, hustle & bustle of the beach/tourism area. Far enough away to be quiet at night for a decent night's sleep. Wake up to the sound of the local birds singing.

Not a resort and definitely not a spa.
