Family friendly, with hot spring and icy pool. Nice atmosphere.

Hot (thermal) springs are just super! As well as a cold pool.

Loved. Two pools with hot water (about 38 degrees) and one with cold (about 16 degrees). It's all clear. 400 baht per person for the day. Don't get a lot of people. A beautiful restaurant with an extensive menu. Mostly Thai cuisine. But there are pizzas and steaks. They cook perfectly. There's a wine list.

It's a beautiful place. We came to the springs and enjoyed not only them, but also from the hotel. If possible, I recommend visiting at least once. The hotel is 5 stars, and the prices are there for all the relevant. That's the only downside. Otherwise — all liked it!

Poor service and bad food. The pool area was however nice. It was lovely to spend the evening in the hot water spring pool, except from the mosquitos which were a lot. Clean and spacious room. But thats about it. The service was poor and almost unfriendly. Its my seventh holiday in Thailand and I have never met such an uninterested and non-service minded staff as in Hotspring. It was as if the staff didnt want any guests, like we — the guests — were in the way. Not the experience you want when staying at a hotel. Possible language difficulties are no excuse. You can still be friendly, which was not the case in Hotspring. The food in the restaurant was straight out bad. Cold beef salad, untasty sweet and sour chicken, the hamburger did taste very bad and we didnt eat it due to the severly unpleasant taste. The breakfast was poor, very few options. Last I want to mention the mosquitos. The hotel clearly doesnt act on the issue which one can read about in other reviews of the Hotspring. No spray was offered, in fact nothing was done to prevent the mosquitos. My 6-year old daughter had so many bites on her back and arm after swimming in the pool and having dinner in the restaurants. With this review I can only confirm other Hotspring guests reviews that complain about the food, mosquitos and escecially the really poor service.

The second time is here. Sources of the theme, the people are not many. There is no infrastructure around. There is a wild beach on which it is possible to collect a decent collection of shells. In the plants in the territory teeming with the fish launched from the Sea of different breeds. From Phuket by car is not far away. On the way back there is a lonely café on the seashore. A friend said that the owner of Thai sold it to the European and there is now all the same, but the price is 3 times higher.

Love this place. A bit far away from Phuket. But so quite! Amazing mineral pools with hot and cold water. But too much chines tourists — too loud.

We stopped by for one night before our flight out of Thailand. The resort looked amazing when we first arrived. The facility has two outdoor hot springs, one indoor cold bath and one central swimming pool. The water was slightly murky, and there was algae growing on the edges of the walls. The facility itself showed signs of lots of wear and tear (was probably an amazing facility when it first opened). We still enjoyed a great day here. Water felt comfortable, left refreshed and ready for our 20+hr flight back to nyc. The food here was also very tasty. Finally be careful of the mosquitoes, we all got bitten multiple times.

The facilities and the surrounding area was lovely and exceeded expectations. Breakfast good and was included in price and the service during breakfast was excellent. Food and drinks off the menu were expensive for the size of the portions and the taste of the cocktails. However this didn't spoil our trip. The next day before we went to checkout I discover my girl friends car has been crashed into (she is Thai so no communication problems with the hotel). We alert the hotel and we suggest they show us their work truck as we saw it parked across the way from our room. We can see the paint and scratches match up between the two vehicles. It really doesn't take an expert to see where the dents and scratches have come from with white paint on our car and silver on theirs, where the vehicles have transferred colours. Mistakes happen we are very understandable people. However the treatment and service we received by the hotel and in particular the GM is totally unacceptable and for this level of hotel I suggest they send her away for guest relations training. I think she forgot we were customers. We were made to feel like we had created a problem and it was our fault. No compassion what so ever. And we had to spend the day until 6pm for the situation to be resolved. Not until the end did we receive an apology which was in no way sincere.

Swimming in the hot pool is not a transferable pleasure! And then in the cold!

Clean hotel, is a separate small house, is blocked by the bushes, concealment is very good, the room is very large, a double bed and a sofa bed, next to a hot spring, water a bit hot, preferably a hot bath before going down. Behind there is a matching swimming pool, about 1.5-meter deep, there are steps down. There was a small pavilion and two beach chairs on the side of the pool, and there was a lot of activity, and I couldn't believe it was a tour group.

Overall a nice place. Score for restaurant — prices are 4-5 times higher than Phuket, the portions are very small, not tasty, was asked to make not sharply, but made it so impossible to eat. In the photo the size of saucers from under Masaman curry, also ordered just the rice, but the rice soaked in curry, has remained untouched on the plate, because very serious. Direct strictly do not recommend to eat here!

Very hot water, no improvement for three years, towels look like rags to throw, whirlpool broken…

Pleasant way to spend an afternoon. Service can be a bit of hit and miss. Service has been getting worse of late. Difficult to even get towels on arrival and drinks take extra effort to secure.

Vacationers in Phuket on the day with the night to drive to this hotel. It is located near the island coast. It is very calm, clean, almost deserted atmosphere in the style of the tropics. The main miracle — four kontrastnoi pool with the water temperature (very hot, hot, room temperature cold). Or when not thought that in 32 degree heat so it's nice to splash around in hot water, and then quickly jump into the cool. Replno — effect of the sauna. Very relaxing. And evening to sit in a restaurant in the style of "Marina"! The room rate per night — 4500 — 12000 BT, depending on the queries. You can just come for the whole day without food 400 BT/person Children — 200 BT. To be honest I saw the kids the hotel is happy to accept free of charge… By the way, this is the only beach in the area where you can sfotatsya without the presence of crowds of tourists.

The heart goes up, quiet, fine food, super pool, hot water springs, Simply The Wellness oasis of superlatives, But the price is also corresponding. Life is beautiful, but expensive — you can also have it less expensive, but it is also less beautiful.

This resort is beautiful! We are on our honeymoon & travelled Bangkok, patong, phi phi now here & it's certainly what we needed! Feels like we have the place to ourself it's so peaceful & relaxing! We went for the honeymoon villa, pools are beautiful & bed very comfortable:) robes, toiletries etc inc. Been to the spa today & treat myself to the spa package, worked at about £50 for 2.5hrs your lucky to get a 30min treatment for that in the U. K.! And I came out feeling like a new woman, would definitely recommend this place it's a shame we dont have longer than 5 nights!

Nice pools, good drinks, kind of pricy but good.

Ticks all the boxes. The Hotel offers 2 thermal pools, one very large pool and even an icy pool! The setting is beautiful and the grounds superb. There are two restaurants, one overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the pool and gardens. Food prices are reasonable. The Hotel is upmarket, with accommodation ranging from lovely rooms to private villas. If possible, stay in the Low Season when the prices are more affordable, although it is definitely worth it!

Amazing place. A true paradise on earth. Great for recreation and meditation. A bit remote but it's rather an advantage for its purpose. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Surrounding gardens are magnificent. The beach is more like an ocean shore but is totally suitable for swimming.

To be honest I'm not if the hotspring is real or just heating under pool with added sulphur.

We made our decision to come to this Resort from Canada based on the information on their Web site. Not only that we made right decision but we were so impressed with amazing details in this resort which are not mentioned on their Web site. Simply said; this is a paradise place. Two circular pools with God given warm water continuously flowing, surrounded with dense floral natural decoration makes you feel relaxed. Third, large pool between the hot water pools is good for swimming and socializing with guests from all over the world. Last, but not least is an enclosed cold water pool with conditioned water from hot springs. This one is really something out of this world. Beach is a walking distance where we enjoyed beautiful crystal clear, warm water of Andaman Sea and clean, unspoiled sand on it each afternoon. Accommodation in villas with own swimming pools offer 100% privacy, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated inside and outside, in typical Thai style. This Resort has many other buildings architecturally in beautiful Thai style, where you can spend sitting, enjoying sceneries and listening to choirs of singing birds. Staff at this Resort is very friendly, helpful and focussed on individual needs of guests. The smile is always on their face to prove that Thailand is a place of thousand smiles. We will go again to this Resort where we spent impeccable 7 days this month. We recommend it for seniors and for young parents with children.

From Phuket Town close by car 400 baht entrance per person, quite fairly. Snacks, water and other drinks better take with you. There is a restaurant and bar, but prices and welcoming little choice …

What a beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. Fantastic hot pools. Ice pool. Giant standard temp pool and the friendliest staff. I recommend to anyone for a relaxing break.
