We’ve been here for the last 5 days with our 3 teenage children. This hotel is faultless — the staff are probably the best we’ve ever had in the world, so attentive but super friendly too, they literally can’t do enough for you to make your stay so special. When we arrived all staff especially Jib in the beach restaurant made us so welcome and relaxed The grounds / pool beach all perfect The Lady Sarjon boat is an amazing experience — we went to the Similian islands and yet again — a faultless trip The NYE celebration was brilliant we all absolutely loved it. Beautiful setting, I’d highly recommend it and would love to comeback one day 🙏🏻 Will be sorry to leave tomorrow.

Such an amazing place to stay. Top… Top… Top of everything, staffs, service and location you don’t need to go everywhere else. I had a few nights here but the experience are absolutely wonderful. I will be back for sure and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the resident manager Mr. Kade & the entire staff for their great and ambitious support during our stay at the Sarojin hotel. Due to sickness, unfortunately I had to stay at the hospital in between. Even in this situation the staff was very nice and helpful. They called me, asked me about my condition and even wanted to come over to visit me.
After my treatment when I came back, I found wonderful flower arrangements in our room as well as a “Get well soon” card from the entire hotel team. In addition to that, they prepared light dishes especially for me and sent them to the room. This kind of helpfulness was extraordinary and we appreciated it a lot. Thank you so much for this! In general — the hotel is very nice, quiet and you feel like living with the nature. The Pool Spa Villas are amazing. The furniture, the smell — just everything fits. The housekeeping team is doing a great job too — our room was always very clean and nothing was missing at any time. A special Thanks also to the waiters in the breakfast restaurant. You were so kind and caring to us. Dear Mr. Kade thank you a lot to take care of us like this and fulfil all our wishes together with your team!

A relaxing and beautiful destination to unwind. Wonderful service, amazing snorkeling and beautiful beach all contributed to our stay. Particularly loved the spectacular food and bar overlooking the water during the waning hours of daylight and into the night.

Understated style and elegance. Tranquil surroundings, exotic manicured gardens, beautiful pool amongst tropical trees and plants, delicious offerings of gastronomy in both the Thai and international restaurant, along with a caring team who cater to one’s every whim.

As soon as you pull into the hotel drive you realise this place is something special. Fro. The moment we stepped out of our taxi we were treated like the most important guests to ever arrive. The staff were amazing and knew who we were even before we met them. The room which was a jacuzzi suite was amazing and had everything you needed. It was the perfect romantic retreat. The bar and restaurant we excellent with lovely food and drinks. We really appreciated the free to use paddle boards and boat and the leisure stuff even gave us a lesson on sailing so we could use the boat. We went on the boat trip to Surin Island on the hotels luxury boat which was a fabulous experience and highly recommended. The staff are amazing. We are frequent travellers and this place was definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a romantic relaxing holiday in Thailand.

Wow. Staff incredible and genuine. Nothing they wont do to make you happy. The service could not be better. The food is next level. The room is fantastic. The facilities are really great also. Only thing that I think could be improved is the gym.

A beautiful place with staff eager to please. I love the spa — great massages in a beautiful setting. Breakfast is anytime, with plenty choices. Cocktails at the beach for sunset are very well done. Lunch and dinner are solid but not outstanding, with a choice of Thai or Western restaurants. We did not leave the grounds except for "excursions, " the resort really is the destination in this area.

If you would like to stay at home while on a vacation this is your place… the Sarojin focuses on the quality of stay, relaxation, feels like home experience. The food buffet is not really a buffet, you must order it meal after meal after meal, which I definitely love! all foods a ready for “Food Photography” as they are served with beautiful presentation… there is a night restaurant nearby, price is not so cheap but, you will love to have a romantic dinner there. Again, the beach is not really white sand beach. Lastly, the Service is outstanding…

From the moment we were picked up from Phuket Airport, we felt like part of the Sarojin Family. The way each of the staff greeted us and looked after us, made us feel as if we were the only couple there. We would like to thank The Sarojin for making our honeymoon absolutely beautiful and memorable! The Waterfall Dinner is breath taking and we would recommend every couple to experience this wonder. A place of great tranquility.

We stayed at the Sarojin fortunately 14 days for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We've never had such a wonderful trip before.

Great hotel. Cozy calm. The staff is very polite and good-natured. All the Help. Four days ago I was stung by a jellyfish in the sea. Appealed to the lobby I processed some liquid rubbed by the staff member of the hotel though I did not ask. And the next day they brought me a dermovate cream from the pharmacy. Paid only for the cream of the Dostsvka from the pharmacy free of charge. Anointed two times and it's gone. The breakfasts are super.

If you are lookig for a perfect “HONEY MOON” or looking for a “NICE QUIET OUT OF THE BUSY ENVIRONMENT” this place is perfect for you. the best part of this hotel is the 1. Service is beyond friendly with beautiful welcome flowers for you. 2. Hotel room interior are amazingly designed with zen, forest & modern combination. 3. Breakfast is one time per day but you can order unlimited food while you can. 4. At night there is bar nearby the shore with oooozing amazing food selections at decent price. 5. The pool is not for fun activity, its more of a relax mode pool. overall, its a life worth living feel… btw, don’t be bothered when u suddenly felt somebody entered the room, it means they change the bed sheet for your hygene and put some cute surprise on your bed. Anyways there is an option “don’t disturb” thing. (find out to yourself)

A beautiful resort about an hour outside Phuket. Friendly service, great food, beautiful scenery. Very helpful in coordinating activities, English speaking staff, and rooms are spacious and modern. We didn't spend too much time on our phones while here, hope that says something haha.

Incredible hotel. We stayed for 6 nights on our honeymoon. The staff are amazing and the food is exceptional. Make sure you do the boat trip to the Similian islands, the snorkeling is as good as the barrier reef.

The resort for Peace seekers with garden paradise.
The check-in is very friendly, cold towel, refreshment soaked, very pleasant with a view over the beautiful and well-kept garden area.
The location is right on white beach where you can take very long walks and around there are some nice and good Thai restaurants.
The beach area of the hotel is "quite narrow", the beds and towels are very comfortable but may not be on the water due to a legal regulation, but must be at the hotel/at the bar. That is why you are partly in the shade, because the recliners must not be slipped and no parasols can be placed.
The plastic bar is unfortunately the only thing that really disturbs the eye and does not fit into the picture.
Also the plastic and the mud on the beach which were partly caused by the resort itself, e. G. Straws and the fireworks of a wedding party of the resorts were unfortunately not always removed, although we have told the executives there was not improved. I wish this point of criticism would be implemented more consistently by the management and the employees would be taught a certain understanding in dealing with plastic at the beach?!
The resort has a wonderfully beautiful spa pool in the garden area, the beds here have always been well documented, but it is very quiet at all times.
The bar has a nice view of the beach and the cocktail selection is very good and varied.
Breakfast is offered a la carte to 17:00am!

From the moment we walked into the reception area the staff made us feel so special and that lasted throughout the whole 13 nights we were there. Everything was very relaxed with great pool, gardens and plenty of shade if required. The temperature of the pool was like blood heat so you felt as though you were in a floatation chamber. Great food — compliments to the chefs. Room 603 ground floof garden was absolutely fabulous, spacious and comfortable. Fabulous quite beach with miles to walk. An outstanding stay and very difficult to pick a weakness. Keith and Gill.

I would not rate this place 5 star simply because its like living in a jungle. Non of the only pictures showed this. Its a jungle. We also had a snake in our room! Worst experience ever for our honeymoon.

Spend some time here. You will not regret it. Impeccable service with little touches of brilliance that will stun you as you don't get this elsewhere, at least not in my travels so far.

Attentive staff and cozy spaces. Khad the manager at the time was super friendly and planned out a perfect excursion for the activities we asked for. We joined the Christmas Eve dinner which was lovely and ended with a memorable moment of lighting lanterns.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. Upon our arrival, well trained staff members were available at every moment to help us with our bags and any requests we had were fulfilled immediately. The proximity to the beach was also very nice and the breakfasts were excellent.

Elegant Hotel of small size, placed in a beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool.
The rooms are with a Zen atmosphere the bathroom very particular.
The beach is very long and lonely but the sea is not clear because they beat the waves.
The space for the sun loungers on the beach is not much because the two side hotels tighten it while the rest of the beach for km is completely empty.
If you are not looking for a very exclusive place also the price is a bit high!

Top hotel, raised ambience, staff and service polite and courteous. Bar and restaurant right on the beach.

The Sarojin is a really fantastic hotel! The staff is more than just polite and attentive! You are read your wishes from your lips! The facility is also first class! Everything is green and designed with love! The pool can also be seen! You have several possibilities on loungers! And since it's not that big, you always find a place! The beach is also very beautiful, but you have to take into account the ebb and flow! This makes the beach shrink and grow accordingly! Only the prices are quite high but this is for 5 stars + normal! But right next to it is a great beach pub where you can eat really well and for small money!
My conclusion is, if I have the wherewithal, I would always come back here!

Super quiet resort. Top service and amenities. This is where you come to rest.

Great resort to relax. Staff are very friendly and the restaurants are top quality. We enjoyed the happy hour cocktails between 17:00 and 18:30 while watching the sunset. Similan Islands snorkelling tour was good but pricey.

The Sarojin is an excellent resort! The beach is accessible through the resort as well as a waterfall within walking/biking distance, and two restaurants and bars. Everyone speaks very good English and make it easy to experience Thailand. My only complaint with them is their promotion of UNETHICAL elephant tourism. We did not go through the Sarojin for our elephant experience so I am keeping my 5-star rating, but even in the pictures of their "elephant owner for a day" excursion, you can see the bull hook used to abuse these gentle creatures. Elephants only perform commands and give rides when they have been broken and abused! We went to Phuket Elephant Sanctuary which The Sarojin driver was more than happy to take us to. Please do your research before promoting unethical elephant tourism, which is very prevalent throughout the entire country.

Read other reviews which were highly rating the resort. We were not disappointed. They exceeded all of our expectations of 5 star service. Amazing friendly staff. We felt very welcome. We experienced amazing service, ate fantastic meals (they even cater to food allergies such as, gluten free) and enjoyed the views and ambience of this resort. A large variety of optional events which were entertaining and romantic. It may be more expensive than some of Thailand but I believe it was well worth it. Cannot recommend this highly enough and would definitely return. Many thanks to all the staff at the Sarojin ❤️

THE best place for a GREAT relaxing holiday. Food was fantastic starting from Breakfast to Dinner. SUPERB staff very helpful and friendly, I could recommend it to anybody! SIMPLY THE BEST!

Beautiful resort. The service is great, beach small but amazing service (and its private use comes handy). Kayaking, paddle boardinh and sailing available free of charge. Great food (but be prepared to spend. ) and a great wine list. Possibility of being overbooked is real so be aware of that. I you are looking for a romantic place in the area, secluded beaches and a great quiet resort this is it (no kids under 10 allowed which is definitely a plus for couples without children). Would definitely recommend.

Hotel confidential is good, but what a disappointment when we arrive at the beach restaurant, a "box" without charm and in the suspicion of beach dedicated, ridiculously small with a pontoon boat that disfigures the landscape

Had our honeymoon here. Awesome place, friendly stuff, great food.

I recently witnessed some unsafe, reckless driving by one of the Sarojin vehicles. Whilst within city limits the car was driving well over 60km/hour, was attempting to over-take traffic using the left side lane of highway 4 and swerving out over the double yellow lines that mark no overtaking. To over take. This happened shortly before a busy stretch of the highway approaching a junction and the market area where there are many pedestrians and slower moving traffic. I was driving at the time and felt seriously at risk in the proximity of this vehicle. A warning to other sedate Khao Lak road users and pedestrians!

The Sarojin is simply sublime. I have no words. Breathtakingly beautiful. Service absolutely superb — the staff are preemptive of your needs and wants. Pure, unadulterated luxury and the highest standards I have ever had the good fortune to encounter.

Best 5 star outside Bangkok! If driving from south no road signage for turning on left after KL turn is between Marriott and before Pullman hotels.

Had an incredible stay here at the Sarojin for a week on our honeymoon. The room with the private pools are awesome, the pool area and beach are great to hang out at, and the whole experience was wonderful. We did an elephant adventure when we were there through the hotel and it was awesome! Highly recommend that for anybody staying at the hotel. Both the Thai and Western restaurants were good, but I feel like we ate at the Thai restaurant more because we just kept wanting to go back there. Someone gifted us a dinner for two on the beach and wow we have to say — amazing. They set everything up for you out there right on the beach around sunset, cook all of the food just a few feet away, and even set up lounging chairs to relax after the meal is done. Just an incredible experience all around. Big thanks to Yuth who took us to and from the airport, and even stopped at a couple places along the way to show us around! We appreciated it. Will definitely come back if we find ourselves traveling to Phuket again!

Heaven on earth. If you have the opportunity to stay here, you absolutely must. I had the thought "Gosh, a banana fritter would be delicious right now" and boom! they appear with a fritter out of no where. I thought "gosh, those sea kayaks look a bit grim" (on a day trip, not Sarojin kayaks :) and boom! Fear our guide and Mr. Kay our driver put down towels in the kayak so my bum doesn't even touch them. I think "Oh dear, I forgot the bug spray in the room" and boom! they have bug spray waiting at my dinner table. These people think of EVERYTHING. They are practically telepathic. Unreal. Go. Now.

Absolutely wonderful, went in November 2013. The 'all day breakfast' was a very clever idea, we wouldn't bother with breakfast and have it as lunch instead. Then eat at any of the local run restaurants on the beach or at the hotel for dinner. Staff were so nice, I would go back if the other half wasn't so keen on exploring new places.
