There was terrible and horrible experience on my vacation during I was staying in this 4 star hotel; I and my family checked in for 2 rooms 2 night. Room 1: There was bad smell from re painting, so I requested to change this room. Room 2: It was so dirty, there was a spider web in tissue paper box, there was lizard poo and spider web on clothing rack also, the peak point was that was the cockroach poo inside the roll of toilet paper, it was disgusting and I found some dust on the bed. Then I called to guest service about this problem and after that some housekeepers came to my room and cleaned it. During they were cleaning, I saw a lot of dust and some dirty on the floor when they swept. The cleaning cloth for wiping the counter and shelf was turned to black. The staff informed me that my room just reopened as the 1st time after COVID-19 situation and we were the 1st guest for this room. I thought it should not happen like this to anyone and the hotel should be ready when they reopened. The last thing was broken air-conditioner, it could not adjust the temperature. It was so hot and I called to guest service for 3 times but the technician still did not come to my rooms until 1 hour later. In late evening, hotel manager met me at my room, did apology, asked me what do I want, and informed me that they just were cleaning other 2 rooms and invited me to check whether I could accept or not. It was around 2.5 hour to take the solution, for me, it was too long and suffering.
