Living in the garden with pretty plants, very convenient to the beach. But AC quite noisy (it's fine), generally good.

Very nice hotel. Quiet, good vegetation. Helpsome staff. This is our second stay and we really love this hotel. I travel whith electric wheelchair for the forst time. No problem either at the hotel or the city. The pool has an elevator for wheeilchairusers so we can come out into the pool. And there are special wheelchairs to take us out into the sea. Even a wheelchair for walking at the beach. There are a playground for children by the lobby.

Very friendly staff, not crowded beach, great rooms. Just top for people who want to enjoy this unique atmosphere in a beautiful country and a very good Hotel with international guests. There, I was not sure for the last Time.

My favorite Hotel in Khao Lak, nice place, nice room, nice staff, nice boss, restaurant serve good and authentic thai and international dishes.

Satisfied and good first impression. Very nice, green and well located hotel. Private beachfront with good sun and sunshine places. Nice and helpful personal. Nice checking and explaining room facilities. Clean, fresh and secured. We really recommend for vacation. Well organised places for smokers and nonsmokers. We will come back again next year and we will recommend to our friends and hopefully they will come with us.
Some proposals for improvements:
1. Invest in two professional coffee machines making different kind of coffee like latte and cappuccino instead of present not working properly
2. Maintain and oil machines in gym so they will be not so noisy
3. Add information if the food on breakfast is gluten free in similar way as you inform about vegetarian food.
4. Decrease price to hire bicycle to 50B per day /person or make it free of charge. You can hire moped for 250B comparable to your price 150B for 4 hours and person your bicycle are too expensive
5. Reconsider possibility to have breakfast in the sea restaurant. You have facilities as not many hotels have, why not use breakfast to promote your food and restaurant at the beachfront?

Nice & cosy stay. Definitely best accommodation stay when at Khao lak.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach chairs should be exchanged as almost all of them are broken.
The hotel service could also be improved. We checked in online and had to print out our boarding passes. So we are at the reception and asked for it. What was no problem though, we had to pay every sheet. This has annoyed us.

Very well maintained hotel complex with beautiful garden. Beach and pool very good, everything very close (restaurants, bars, shops).

I found the hotel top. The rooms are clean, the people are very friendly and the foot was one of the best if you get in Khaolak.

The hotel staff is lovely and the green outdoor areas are super beautiful and perfectly maintained.
The hotel is bordered by a superb beach and the pool is very nice (although closed at 7pm, which seems to me a little early).
The breakfast is also very good, it is not complicated to find its happiness.
On the other hand, our experience in a "safari room" proved very disappointing and the value for money, at the time, quite mediocre.
A safari room is the cheapest room (€95 the night anyway) and is composed of a caravan attached to a micro-bungalow containing the sanitary. The idea is nice, but it was very difficult to sleep there because the AC had to be installed at 30-40cm above the pillows… so it took: getting used to the noise of the machine at 20cm from our head, not bumping up and finding the right compromise between the penny Ffle Icy on the head and die of hot.
Next to that, the bar/Resto was also relatively expensive for the area (110THB the small beer as an example), probably because there is no other public bar/Resto on the beach.
(I would have put 3, 5/5 if it was possible. )

Exellent massage place on the beach.

Feel like in heaven… thank you for making me so happy… this helpfully very friendly stuff… the view… the room is made perfect for me (wheelchair) the beach (including a beach wheelchair) … the food… the garden and Sam (the boss) is doing everything to make handicapped people happy… thank you.

Amazing place next to beach and next to main road's all restaurants!

At first I was not too impressed, thaught it is more like jungle. BUT it is cosy and nice hotel next to beach. Beach itself was narrow at high taide, but sand was smooth and you could easily go to swim. Personell speaks English and they are very friendly. Breakfast was good and they have cooler room for vegetables cheeses etc. Although pool filter system broke down during our visit, I must give full five stars.

A lovely quiet place for a leisurely stay.

It is a small beautiful hotel, with a neat garden, different room categories. We have a garden room at the back and it's nice in green, large and adequate. Breakfast is good and tastes, fruits and sausage/cheese are in an air-conditioned glass chamber, so fresh. Only recommended.

Positives: Clean rooms, constantly being put together here stuff like leaves from the trees. Breakfast is very tasty especially the Thai things taste very good, breakfast is certainly more choice than when you have breakfast at home so you can not complain.
Staff is really helpful and always polite and at the smile.
All in all, a really super facility.
The only negative thing is that it is not quite so new anymore. Like, for example, the pool could use a smaller refurbishment and renew the joints again. But we were less bothered by it.

Nice resort, now in the next time determined only to 50% occupied.
Rooms and facilities are very clean, the staff is very friendly and always helpful.
The main street with shops and restaurant is only a few minutes ' walk away.

Little Nice resort, they all bother. The breakfast buffet is good, every day comes another Thai soup or chicken with rice, noodles or other. Khao Lak is in itself just something for those seeking peace, the hotel is just right. At the pool and on the beach is still space. By the way: the staff, like all Thais, is absolutely fond of children. We would like to come back.

A good place for a relaxing (even with two children;)

Nice resort. Near the beach. You will enjoy. Quiet and the view is amazing.

Dishonesty on website and by employees the pool and the beach are not wheel chair accessible and my wheel chair got stuch ib ione of the many holes around the hotel but I was ignore by at least all the staffs that walked by one of my friend slip and broke his arm by the pool area and the hotel refused to take any responsibility. Basically this hotel only care about your money after they got your monry, you are totally ignired when you ask for assistrnt orservice, the only answer is no speak English. One of the most terrible vacation experience. I should have walked across the street and get a much better service.

Excellent place for wheelchair people “all area” wheelchair accessible. You can wheel around the hotel just by yourself no need support from other.
Reception area, Internet room, Restaurant, Pool or seaside space to sit and relax plenty of space to roll around ^_^
Inside the room – balcony, toilet, shower station just roll ^_^
Exercise room – hand bicycle for athlete wheeler.
For those who want to wheel on the beach or travel to waterfall nearby, the hotel provide big wheel roller to take you around.
Come and try this cool place and you won’t regret ^_^

Perfect conditions for rest a lot, we loved it.

Super system, everything was clean. The staff was friendly. So I imagine a holiday :-).
