Unfortunately, after 5 times of halogen in this hotel I must say that this, the fifth time is grew last. The policy of the hotel has become so rigid since 2009, our first time, to this part that now we have just deccisso not to return. Every time the reservation made directly with the hotel, total payment in cash made at the time of arrival, (5 night or 21, as we are listen in the first 2 times: November 2009 and November 2010). My husband climbs and she really enjoyed climbing in this area. This last time we arrived the last 21/04 and we saw understood so many changes, much more Muslim staff, instead of Budisti as it was before. I do not know this aid to the new policy, but at the time of Chek in have made us "list of all that not if he could do, " and to do it the consecuente economic fines. The first evening my husband asks for a estra blanket at the front desk and they told them if he had to pay ' a 800 THB per night '. I went to talk because I couldn't believe it, I asked 2 times if it was a 4 star hotel/Resort? Finally, what I understood the next day, which was the manager asked me to write in a form: "Because we wanted another blanket" and in 10 ' there would be the blanket in the room.
The next day, quieter I asked to speak with the manager, there I saw that it was the night before, and tempted to make her understand that: as a guest I had felt offended and also in. A very violent situation for asking: "Why did we want another blanket"? He continued with the speech of the hotel's poltica. And finally he told me that one extra blanket meant: "more washing work for them"; I said, "I'm sorry, but that's your job. " The day before at our departure, and after requesting the booking of the hotel transfer and if the service continued, as years before, to change of room in a smaller for 2/3 hours after the time of Chek out?. Of course we were told that it was only possible to pay. That "maybe they could" give us a room to take a shower before we leave. And around 15:30 I see an envelope under the door: the famous manager had sent us "a Reccordatorio" of our departure. Next day and again the time of the Chek out. And if we wanted a room for 2/3 hours more there was the Estra to pay of 800 THB per hour. Address Letter to me. We felt thrown out and guest of low quality. My husband is going to talk to this manager and had to hear that it was not true that they will be 5 times that we are in the hotel.
As mentioned: November 2009, November 2010, 15/20 days each time. November 2013, 2 weeks already with our son. April 2015, 15 days. And now: April 2018, yes only 6 night.
Always pay in cash for the entire stay upon arrival.
We are in the north of Italy, in the Dolomites, we work with tourism. My. Husband Hà a restaurant in. Mountain and I have worked a lot in hotels 4/5 stars as babysitters and also at reception, never felt in our area of a similar mistreatment.
Only positive: The kitchen is improved.
Ps: If you want to throw the money and get us treated as a dog, come along, this is right. The right place!
PS2: We cancelled the transfer of the hotel and we went quietly alone.
