Just avoid this place. I don't know were to begin, would give it 0 stars if I could. Got there by accident, my phone died during the way from the airport to the hotel I had booked. As I remembered the area but not the name of the hotel I'd booked I decided to look on my gf's phone which was the last hotel I saw on booking. This one was near the area so I decided to enter and explain the whole situation to the receptionist and ask if there was a reservation under my name. She told me that there was a reservation made under my name and gave me the keys to my room. Quickly I charged my phone and as soon as I opened my email saw that this wasn't the hotel I booked (mine was 2 blocks away). I went downstairs and told her that I hadn't booked that hotel and told her the name of the hotel I'd book. She called her manager and she demanded that we payed 600bat for the clean services for the next day. I explained the receptionist that I didn't touched anything in the room (spend literally 5 minutes there only charged my phone), that I'd already payed the other hotel and that she had told me that there was a reservation under my name (when there wasn't). I asked her several times if I could speak to her manager to explain the situation but she refused and started yelling in thai. Had to pay 600baht because she lied to me.
