➜ At the Marina Boat House There is also the pier of the Arisa Speedboat. They go to Kho Phi Phi Tonsai Pier every day at 13.00h. We booked from Khao Lak (minivan and Speedboat) and were then brought directly to the pier with a stopover in Krabi. Worked at the beginning somewhat chaotic, but then had system as about 12.30h then the people with the tickets came. The boat was good full but almost only locals.

Stopped by for a coffee. Strong aircon was a good reprieve from the outdoor heat. I am giving 1 star, as I asked the front desk lady to help me call a taxi, and she said it would cost 600 baht (I had previously paid 400 baht and that was already marked up). When the driver showed up, he said 400 baht was fine. I later learned from the driver that his regular rate is 350 baht, and the lady had pocketed 50 baht. Imagine if we had naively agreed to 600 baht — she would have kept 250 baht as a "service fee"? unethical for a guesthouse establishment.
