Rooms are clean and spacious. Beachfront is amazing. Great onsite facilities — swimming pools, gym, steam & sauna. Daily activities organised. Hotel breakfast has a very good varities and service staff were attentive. Tour desk was also helpful with booking of local tours. Overall a very nice resort to enjoy quality services.

Stayed here for 2N in Suite. Everything was splendid. Large clean room, Nespresso machine with variety of coffee capsules and TWG teas. 2TVs with large sofa. The hotel is super huge that makes you feel comfortable enough no matter how many guests are staying. Lots of in and out water activities to offer so I didn't even think about going outside. Good Italian restaurant with sea view. I really love the way they respectfully treat the mangrove surrounding the hotel. They keep it so well without disturbing the ecosystem while providing a good environment for the hotel. The real good side of this hotel are their helpful staffs and its sunset view. So don't miss the spectacular sea view in the evening as I believe it's best sunset you can find in Thailand! Special thanks to Khun Pang (the receptionist) for making our stay so pleasant!

Thanks to all the staff in Dusit Thani Krabi, everyone here knows exactly how to do their jobs. The arrival was truly smooth, got all the information I need from the front desk who was extremely polite and very informative. Restaurant's staff at Toh Kin Kao, pool side and Mangosteen were very polite as well, friendly and they all knew the best about the food they were serving. The room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed a nice hot bath with great water pressure. There were plenty of choices for breakfast, in which almost all of them were very tasty. I will definitely come back here as you keep go on with this level of standard. Impressive!

Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. We stayed for 10 nights and felt we could have stayed longer! We tried every restaurant and they were all delicious with excellent service. The room was fantastic and spacious and clean. And the pool areas were so relaxing and just steps away from the beach! So much to do from the hotel, and Ao Nang is just a sort shuttle ride away. I would certainly go back! Couldn’t fault our experience at this Dusit Thani!

Absolutely stunning. This has been our favourite hotel we have stayed at. From the area, amenities and the most courteous staff we have ever had the pleasure to have met. The setting is stunning, it’s immaculately cleaned and continuously maintained, there does not seem to be anything out of place. The food is lovely and a wide variety of types. We would highly recommend this stunning hotel.

This hotel is excellent, its on a lovely stretch of beach which is sandy and clean. The staff are wonderful, friendly and attend to your every need. There is lots to do on the resort and very family friendly. One of the best resorts we have stayed in, will definately be coming back here again. Just book it you will not be disappointed. :)

What is not to like, staff are super friendly, place is spotless and it feels like paradise. Only downside is a bit far from town and shops but so much to do here you dont really need to leave.

Large resort with all the amenities. Facilities are great, but the beach is just ok. The tide is mostly low during the day so the beach is wide and great for walking but we didn't see anyone swim. Rooms are modern and clean however.

Very good quality family resort. It has a lovely setting facing the beach. Immaculate grounds and gardens. Good food standards and selections in the restaurants. Very good quantities of bottled drinking water in the rooms and replenished each day. Very wide selection of restaurant food menus changed regularly. Really nice rooms and bathrooms have a full bath and seperate shower. Very clean. Well equipped gymnasium. Lovely swimming pool. Lovely sandy beach. Tour options available. Outstanding culture amongst the staff. We loved our week here. The one improvement is that they get a decent espresso machine and teach their people to use it.

Everything you want in a resort — great service/staff, great food selection, 24 hour room service, very comfy bed, kayak, sailing, two pools with drink service, golf carts and cool bicycles on large grounds, tour booking, beautiful sidewalks all around four walking. Quite Fair for Handicapped Persons (elevators, handrails, ramps)! Beautiful ocean views, cool breeze on the hottest days with plenty of shade. Clean and relaxing! Worth paying a little extra to have zero worries…

It's a great hotel! Good staff. The maids had genuine happiness on our faces at the sight of us. Cleaning in the room is done well. The floors are washed properly. The grounds are large. There are a lot of people, but we saw it "a lot" only at breakfast, the rest of the time there are few people. I don't know anything about lunch and dinner, as we didn't have a holiday here and ate outside the hotel grounds. Probably here many rest on the ticket. The audience is different, mostly Arabs, Hindus, Chinese and Japanese. A lot of vacationers with children. For children there is also a swimming pool and a house with entertainment, but I did not come close to it. There are also water and fish in the whole area. The beach is wonderful. Clean and plenty of space. You can rent a car nearby. I really enjoyed it here.

However, one is very cut off from the nearest city and the taxi drivers have all colluded on prices. Very nice accommodations! Staff very friendly and helpful. Meals are very expensive, for Thailand, if you do not buy an all inclusive package. Beach area is beautiful and well kept. However, there are a LOT of very sharp rocks just hidden from view at high tide. Aqua socks or surf shoes are highly recommended!

Nice clean hotel which is a bit older but very well maintained and has a huge facility. In the resort the prices are quite expensive for thailand. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is huge and delicious. In front of the hotel is not much going on a supermarket (seven eleven). Tip goes left the main road about 10 min down then come some very nice good lick bars and restaurants right by the Sea. On the beach on the right you can have a good massage.

We arrived at the hotel and we got kicked out because they said that there was no room. We were taken to a hotel worse and we complained to the agency. In the end they achieved that volvieramos to the hotel, when they returned they told us that we had not been told that we had done that, that had been a proposal by if we wanted to. We lost two hours of our honeymoon and for them to stay with more money. Very ugly for them.

I can only say about the beach. Compared to others, he's the best. Comfortable entrance, minimum of cruising boats, very clean.

Great hotel and amenities. Rooms are modern and large. They all have a balcony. The beach is one of the best in Krabi and spa, restaurants and bars are great. We also had access to the lounge serving alcohol and canapés in the evening. Overall, we had a great time. The only slight downside is some of the "package holiday" clientele but it didn't affect our enjoyment at all.

LIKES: What I most liked about Dusit Thani is that they sent me a survey during my stay to check how happy I am there and if there is something they could do to improve my experience. Soon after I received a personalised answer, so they really read it. This shows that they really care about their guests and it is important for them to ensure we had a pleasant stay. THE RESORT AREA is a big beautiful green park with trees and lakes. There are two quite big swimming pools as well as a direct access to the beach with deck-chairs placed in two places: on a sandy beach for those who wish to stay under the sun, or on the grass in a park in the shade of trees. The resort has several restaurants and bars, a gym and a spa. BREAKFAST was in a form of a buffet and it was excellent, nothing was missing there. What I liked most was the possibility to squeeze my own fresh vegetable or fruit juice and beautiful sea views from the restaurant. A few minute walk OUTSIDE THE RESORT, there is a small pleasant village with several restaurants, souvenir shops, laundry, massage places and a 7/11 (small supermarket) DISLIKES: The ROOM was ok, but it was rather at the level of a 3 or 4-star hotel, not a 5-star one. My room had a view into three white walls, which was quite unpleasant, so make sure you ask for a room with a nice view (most rooms have a terrace/balcony with a nice view). Another thing that I was missing was a POOL SERVICE.

This is a super hotel for those who want to spend unforgettable romantic days. Gorgeous pool overlooking the sea as it were a continuation of infinity.
In the evening illumination is simply super, however already hydromassage turn off, but instead plays romantic music most often sing in a live! The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly, creates an atmosphere that you are an honored guest in this hotel, the video from the front desk opens just gorgeous, and the rooms are cleaned very carefully and it happens all unnoticed to customers.

This is a truly wonderful hotel with the most amazing stretch of beach and beautifully tended grounds and gardens. We were made very welcome by their fabulous team of staff who managed to tend to our every need without us even realizing they were in attendance, they are a true credit to the resort. We had a standard room and it was clean, modern and the air conditioning was great, there are robes and slippers, an umbrella for when it rains and there was no charge for using t…he safe. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every day; nothing seems too much trouble for the Dusit Thani. We booked bed and breakfast but there are 4 restaurants on the resort with a good choice of Thai and international foods, one of the restaurants is an Italian and had an extensive menu. For Thai food we favoured the restaurant opposite the hotel called The Terrace. Invariably when on holiday, I usually find that when pottering around the resort I spot a hotel and think to myself ‘I wish we had booked to stay there’ – but the Dusit Thani IS that hotel and we would go back again in a heartbeat. Breakfast – is plentiful and of good quality, lots of choice and there’s an order station for waffles, pancakes, omelettes and eggs to order. Rooms – clean, beds are comfortable, good air con and well equipped (inc hairdryer) Beach – perfect, lots of beds, bar service if wanted, towels provided.

The hotel is located on Klong Muang Beach. It is embedded in a huge garden area. It has two pools, one of them a little smaller. There are usually enough beds, even if a lot is reserved. Shadows can be found among the many trees. The service is excellent. Highlight is the breakfast with a really great selection. You can also eat in different restaurants. You price range is however uplifted. Apart from the usual restaurants and Masagesalons, nothing is really going on around the hotel.

Stylish Hotel nestled in a beautiful landscape. The staff is enchanting, extremely committed, always smiling on the face and very competent. The hotel itself has 2 swimming pools, 2 bars, 2 restaurants and two beach accesses. The beach is a private beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Towels are provided by the hotel. You can also go on the beach for some activities such as kayaking or even a trip with the Longtailboat to the nearby islands (Chickenisland, Koh Poda, Raileh-Beach, Hongisland etc. ). From the hotel you can drive a few minutes more than by boat from Ao Nang, but it is nevertheless advisable because you are therefore purposefully out of the way of the mass tourism. Also on the beach is next to the hotel a small and above all culinary good restaurant including massage house. Both highly recommended.
The rooms of the hotel are very nicely decorated, also very clean and the staff for room management will read every wish from your eyes. So every day someone came over to the early evening and asked if we needed anything else (towels, water etc. ). The hotel also has a fitness centre, which has been modernly furnished. The equipment is partly better equipped than in home studios. Other Aktivitiäten such as cycling, table tennis or badminton can also be followed.
The breakfast is inspired by Asian and Western specialties, there is simply everything. Over black bread to curry.

Beautiful beachfront hotel. This hotel is perfectly located along a stunning beach which is quiet and calming. The swimming pool area is large with plenty of loungers and space. The views over the beach and sea are stunning. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast and in the restaurants was excellent, but they were very quiet. This meant they lacked a little energy and atmosphere. We upgraded to the club lounge, which had happy hour from 5.30-7.30pm, which was very busy and lively.

Nice hotel with good facilities. I especially liked the cafe bar which had craft beer and pool. However, there was construction work taking place when we stayed which is why it loses a star as I'd have expected to be informed of that prior to booking or at least at check in. They'd made provisions for a small temporary gym but it wasn't really sufficient.

Very nice facility. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is also very good. Outside the complex there are some very good Restaurants, and a supermarket and several massage parlors. The only point of criticism is the cleanliness in the rooms, which does not correspond to the level. Otherwise, the Hotel is very recommendable.

Lakes with Varami, ducks, fishes, etc. In the Morning getting to the balcony-a lot of different sounds of Nature! Great beach with easy entrance to the sea. Lots of sunbeds. Two large pools with bars. Three restaurants. Everything is clean! Outside The Hotel… Better not even go out… Waste your time. Special Thanks for the service! Tired of walking on the territory-you will be taken to an electric car in any point of the hotel! And Breakfast. Delicious, clean, for every taste. Six Kinds of Frresh! I Recommend to take club rooms. Nice Lounge area.

The resort was beautiful, the grounds were stunning and the staff were just amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had such a great, relaxing holiday. The buffet breakfast each day was great, and the Indian and Italian restaurant were delicious (but quite expensive) But the pool side bars weren't as yummy. The spa was also amazing (but really expensive). I would recommend doing the Hong Island boat tour over the Phi Phi Island boat tour, it's way less crowded and the islands are much more beautiful. The beach outside the hotel is also lovely. The only bad side was that the whole place is starting to age a little bit, and there was construction outside the back of our room, but it didn't keep us awake or bother us much.

Located 40 minutes from Krabi airport, the hotel is detached from the lively centre of the city which allows it to maintain a certain tranquility.
* * Rooms * * no need to rush to the sea views, they are too far away and the view is obstructed by a multitude of trees adoring the gardens. The rooms are very well equipped and follow the standards of 5 * hotel chain hotels "American" type.
* * Services * * the staff is very caring and will do everything possible to make your stay the best. A hotel manager is present morning, noon and evening to ensure that everything is going for the best, whether at the pool, beach, garden and restaurant.
* * Clientele * * this is where the problem arises. You have two types of clients. The customer who goes through a tour operator and who, at the slightest baht spent, seems to be traumatized. This customer prefers to go through the supermarket at the exit of the hotel or simply eat low cost in the vicinity of the hotel. You then have the customers accustomed to the hotel chain Dusit or the standard 5 * of American channels (Hyatt, Marriott, …) and who does not mind to pay a pizza at €10. As part of this 2nd category, at the beginning I was very surprised to find myself alone at the restaurant and in the end it became a habit. At least the staff is very caring. Better an empty restaurant and impeccable service than a restaurant filled and a service of very poor quality.

4-star oriental with high services, spacious rooms close to the beach, the beach like all of Bali better to go with proper footwear, returning to the hotel common services and good environment close to everything, when we were about to remove a defect was missing lighting in corridors, perhaps because of the extensive hotel itself, of the quietest of the area.

Very nice and comfortable bedroom. Services are all around top class. They will assist you with anything. Buggy service is available on call from your room to anywhere in the resort.

If you want relaxation and heat then this is the place to go. Personally, I dont like the transparent glass walls on the toilet but that is a minor niggle. The rooms are well kept and everyone is friendly. The buggies are fun if you don't feel like walking. There are some great views. Kids and young adults may get a bit bored unless they can amuse themselves.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Kind and professional staff. But I had experience at swimming pool. Several Europeans played water polo as they were in their own swimming pool. Even though I was hit by the ball they threw, they enjoyed playing water polo. I asked the hotel staff to stop it, but none of the hotel staff stopped them.

Decent resort property with a great Beach to adorn it. The mangroves at the property are amazing. The only challenge is that there are too many lizards, which make the travel to room pretty annoying.

We had a great time at this Resort… Lovely Beach and wonderful environment in and around the resort.

Spent a lot of time here when it was the Sheraton Krabi, now the Dusit have taken over management of the resort it's just as great a place to stay, beautiful well tende beach, lots of shady trees and beautifully lanscaped grounds. A very nice place to stay and well worth a visit.
