There's a story to tell me about when I'm staying, and the person next door to the room has an incident of missing things, but the hotel brushes off responsibility. The housekeeper came to work without full inspection, saying that the customer was not in order to store things, feeling unsafe because of the loss of property. I don't feel confident in the hotel's service, understand that there are safes in every room, but we lock the room every time. Only the maids and staff can open it, and everything that's in the room shouldn't be lost. Whoever is staying will take good care of your property. Alarm, sir.

Been here 3 times, best was the first at the beachfront villa but the tropical villa was good too. Loved the peacefulness and serenity, close distance to amenities. The resort has taken a beating from the COVID situation but still good for a luxurious stay away from the bustling city. Would love to come back again!

Very friendly people at the desk and at the restaurant. Breakfast was good the lady that cleaned the room did her work very well and was friendly. we did get a free upgrade wich we much appriceated The room was spacious and comfortable The men werking at the gate and garden did their job great. The swimming Pool and the surrounding need more attention, the bar was empty, no music or entertainment. No cleaning around the Pool, pillows were ripped, tiles broken etc.

The atmosphere is good, right next to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location close to shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet beach, hearty breakfasts. Competent staff.

It's second time to spend for holiday here in Tropical Pool Villa. Amazing view, atmosphere, with private beach, private pool. What else you need 🙂

Unhelpful security guard with impolite words to us who are guests for our friend’s wedding there. So Bad I don’t recommend here.

Arrived late last night, but already love this place. Every staff member seems happy, and they are genuinely smiling. Big room, comfy bed, great AC, plenty of TV channels in many languages. The property is super clean and beautiful. As you walk off the property, there are many shops, restaurants, and all the essentials in walking distance. This is day 1 of a 10 day stay, and I will be a return customer.

Great hotel, great location, great staff, but the hotel just lacks something, a bit of soul!

Amazing view, great amenities very quiet and close to nature. Simply loved the place. Definitely 10/10!

Amazing place!

Krabi resort, a big WOW! We had a great time staying in this beautiful resort. Everything was just perfectly awesome. We're so grateful for the free upgrade (from luxury grand room to luxury grand pool room). We loved the room because it's so spacious, quiet, clean, romantic ambiance, and plus we saw adorable squirrels just right at our balcony. We also saw monkeys on trees while walking around (no need to go to the zoo). You don't need to go far to have a piece of paradise coz Krabi Resort is a piece of paradise itself. The staff were polite and helpful. I also recommend eating at the resorts restaurant, can't beat the food, really delicious and fantastic Thai food experience. This resort is perfect for couples, backpackers, and families who just want a quuet, relaxing yet fun getaway since they also organize different activities that everyone would love and enjoy. We just can't get enough of this resort and we commend all the staff who work so hard to provide a well-deserved and excellent experience for their guests. We highly recommend it and we'll surely go back again here. Thank you, once again, Krabi for accommodating us! ❤

Terrible customer service. Tried to coerce us to pay for drinks which we didn't consume. The bar voucher had our room number over written and was timestamped for when we were not even present in the resort. The signature on the voucher did not match any of ours. Still the front staff rudely insisted we pay the bill or they will call the police. The bar tender outright lied that he served us drinks and was taunting and threatening us. We asked for CCTV footage and they didn't oblige. After 45 minutes of coercion and arguments we were just simply asked to leave saying there was some confusion without any regret or even a word of apology. And ofcourse the bar tender who called us names had disappeared by then. This seemed a deliberate attempt to recover a bill from us which they had forgotten to charge the original customer. Nit worth visiting just because of the front office staff and customer service.

Such a amazing place beautiful beach bungalow own pool service was fantastic food was great! going back next year this time to stay longer! strongly recommend Krabi Resort.

This is a very nice place to rest and more if you are in the villas with private pool. The Hotel lacks that sense of customer service to offer excellent rooms. Good breakfast although it could be better.

Wonderful place. Nice location, step out and all shopping walking distance, friendly staff and lots of recreational activities… enjoy your stay…

We have just stayed for a week at Krabi Resort… it’s been amazing! Great weather (the odd tropical thunderstorm at night… but umbrellas in rooms for your use) great people, rooms huge and clean… view from our balcony lovely. The best bit has to be the private area literally on the beach where you can lay and watch the boats to and fro from Island to Island. (plenty of trees for shade too. )
If you don’t want to eat on resort there are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the resort, although the buffet breakfast in the mornings is a huge choice and will keep you going most of the day.
Really beautiful resort, definitely recommend and would love to visit again:)

Amazing resort, beautiful clean grounds. Relaxed vibe, private beach. Can walk to town (restaurants, shops etc) from resort. Close to long boat charters. Also the best buffet breakfast I have ever seen/ had. Can't wait to return.

We had a 6 day stay here. It's an amazing resort. Feel like you in paradise, whilst still being in the centre of the resort close to bars and resturants. Beautiful kept gardens with a private beach. Plenty of pools, sunbed and bars dotted around. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a free room upgrade it was lovely and spacious and cleaned daily and two complimentary bottles of water given each day. The breakfast had plenty of choice for all nationality. Ate a few lunches here which were lovely too. It was our anniversary and the hotel left a bowl of fruit and a cake in our room for us. Our children had paid for a candle lit dinner as a surprise and the hotel staff set a table on the beach for us surround by candles and our own staff who served a 4 course meal. We were then serenaded by a duo amazing. Would definatly come back and recommend Krabi resort to anyone wanting a luxury holiday.

Amazing place so luxurious staff wonderful rooms fantastic we were upgraded for free to a villa it was to die for… beach and pool on doorstep could not be happier only been here just over 24 hours!

Unsure about how to rate this place. The day trip on the kophiphi islands was nice but the food at the lunch buffet made me sick the whole night… And I've never been that sick with food poisoning before.

Nice resort but prices abit high during peak. Best to research and go non peak while trying to avoid averse weather.

Stayed two nights in The luxury villas and it was fantastic.
