A beautiful hotel, lovely room, we have the pool access room which is great for that quick dip. Good food, dinner, breakfast and room service, nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

They clean the rooms very poorly and the food is served very oddly. One soup, one appetizer, main course and dessert with one order for two people from one bowl. A different offer is in the travel agency and another on the spot.

Stayed here in November 2022. Whats not to like. staff was amazing especially Nanny she couldn't do enough for you. Reception staff and the lady who booked the tours. the rooms were fab. The chamber maids were brilliant our rooms were cleaned daily. breakfast was good. Never hungry. Brilliant location for the bars Street food and the beach. can't wait to go back in November.

Staying in the resort is comfortable and great. The resort is within walking distance to good food and shopping for wonderful items. Highly recommend the place to stay.

Ms Katie and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Very prompt when help us needed. Location a bit inner but the environment are quite n relaxing. Rooms are cosy n relaxing. Food are also delicious.

Close to the beach, lovely room had to pay 6k for an upgrade. breakfast the worst we have had in Thailand cold eggs and for some bizarre reason we were asked to put a face mask on to collect food. need to improve on your food then it will be a very good place, lets the hotel down so much.

Every single one is friendly, courteous and professional. Staff are very friendly, caring, and concern for their guests is of the highest priority for them for your every needs absolutely beautiful hotel, love it here It is not only their beautiful and comfortable facility but also the hospitalities. We are staying at Krabi La Playa Resort now for the 4th time, they have been our first and only choice every time we visit Thailand for a vacation. The management and staff are of the best you will find anywhere. They are always friendly, willing to do anything and everything for you at any time of the day or night. The rooms are spacious, spotless, neat and clean. Their food that is served at the hotel is also of the best, with a manager that clearly runs a tight ship in the kitchen and dining area. They go out of their way to make any special occasion even more special, even if it is just a birthday you are celebrating. My grandson happened to fall I’ll now on our current visit and was admitted to hospital for 2 days, and one of their staff personally arrived at his hospital room with a basket full of fresh fruit for him. Their caring, empathy, and concern for their guests is of the highest priority for them. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to spend time in Krabi and you can be assured that you get everything and more that you pay for.

Great hotel. Slightly off the beaten track, down a side road but only a 2 minute walk to the strip, so best of both worlds. Very clean & staff can’t do enough for you. Great swimming pool.

What. A. Place! Amazing! As soon as we arrived we were spoilt! Everyone is super friendly and Staff are super hospitable. Hotel is super clean and it has all the things you need! Breakfast is lovely. And the timings are perfect. The room is really spacious and has all the amenities required for a two week stay from home. It has a gym, so it was just what I needed whilst away too! The pools are lovely and warm and the hotel was so quiet you basically had it to yourself. Covid procedures were really good. They made you feel at ease, but it also felt clean and well sanitised. I would highly recommend to all.

The staff is rude and racist. The guy working at the reception (don't remember his name sky or taj) want us to take a room at this hotel, was making faces was thinking that we couldn't afford it. Rooms were clean and food was great. However his behaviour just wasn't acceptable.

I was very lucky to found this hotel, The Small Hotel Krabi as this is my first time travel to Krabi. I stayed there from 5/7-9/7 5days. I emailed them last minute for transport to pick me up at the airport due to flight delayed. When I reached Krabi Airport, the driver was there ready to bring us to the hotel. Check-In was very smooth with warm welcome from the very friendly staff who always ready to share with us place of interest. I must thanks Khun Pon, one of the senior staff who recommended me to some good restaurants with very affordable prices. The hotel location is very convenient to go everywhere, room is very clean and spacious, breakfast buffet is good. Most importantly the price for such good quality hotel is a super buy. I strongly recommend for people who are travelling to Krabi to book in The Small Hotel Krabi! I will definitely come back again for sure. Thank you to all the staff who make my holiday so enjoyable.

Its walkable distance to beach and Ao Nang night market, the price is affordable and a lovely stay except the the washrooms are dry people who are used wet washrooms would have a trouble here, rooms are neat and really nice breakfast that it's a really nice place to stay.

Comfortable hotel, cool rooms and pool and both of the most popular Krabi beaches in availability.

We stayed here for 2 nights, excellent location, courteous staff, nice interior and Food. Swimming pool outside the door with jacuzzi is added advantage. They have 2 swimming pools, one on the ground floor and another one on the roof. Beach though is below expectations, very low water level and untidy. One can't take bath in there. Nice and clean roads. Wifi keeps on getting disconnected and asked for re-login. Air conditioning touch pad should be next to bed or provide remote control. Rest everything great. Would love to visit their other properties as well. Highly recommended to everyone. Hotel staff was really courteous and helpful, one of them walked on the street with me to find the taxi for airport.

My husband had a birthday on the day of staying at this hotel. In the evening we decided on almost a massage, in the morning agreed all paid. What was our surprise when we waited outside the massage room for 20 minutes. It turns out not to write down the room of our room, and go in principle to get a service to another hotel. And the money was taken, but not warned. Well done! Neither congratulated nor apologized. They still have repairs and tomorrow we need to move to another room for 2 days. What's the anti-loyalty? You can't wait until we've had a rest for two more days. I think it's nonsense. The day before cleaned up on the fig, tea did not put. The balcony was never cleaned. Who like, and we did not quite like it. You can certainly live, but there are better places.

I booked a suite with pool access. It, like most rooms here, only had windows to courtyard pool. Only advantage to suite was it offered a little privacy from the pool. All other pool access room offered no privacy unless curtains were completely closed as anyone in the pool could look directly into your room thru two large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors. If I had to book again at this hotel I would book a room on the second floor overlooking the pool. If I came back to Krabi I would probably book a room somewhere else that offered a view of the water.

The hotrl is near to the beach, many restaurants (halal and non-halal) and easy transportation. Whether with tut2 to explore aonang or van to explore farther.

Have been staying in this hotel for seven years and can only say it is a super great, small but very reasonably priced hotel.
Rooms are very clean and tidy. Pool with sun terrace on the roof. Delicious breakfast buffet, little children. Short distances to the city or the sea Nice, friendly and helpful staff.

Great boutique hotel. The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are themed and tastefully done. We stayed in the Thai Suite. The pool is awesome. The hotel is a little out of the way but you can use Grab for transportation to almost anywhere in the core for about 70 bhat. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time we come to Ching Mai.

The Small Hotel is really good! The people working here are very nice and also are are the room, the food and the pool. I like it a lot.

A wonderful little otelchik. Almost perfect service. The staff smiles and happily helps in everything as soon as possible. Good location. There is a rooftop pool. Minus: no sea view rooms.

Very nice hotel, small, cozy, very close to the beach. He has a very competent staff. One day I failed the air conditioner and we were refreshed to the minutes. It would improve the Wi-Fi connection, and at breakfast they might vary some day, still advisable.

Great hotel. Service-5 +. Two pools. The girls at the front desk help solve all the problems. The pier on Riley Island is a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, very beautiful, attentive staff. I only spent the night to catch the shuttle to the airport. Even so, the staff left us a bag with a breakfast to take in at dawn. I recommend!

We had nice time in this hotel. Were there for three days. Rooms clean, each day fresh towels (even when we didn't reqiered them). Stuff very friendly and helpfull. Nice swimming pool at top of the hotel, with nice view. Only issue was with Internet, unfortunately a lot of time it was disconecting us. Wi-Fi router needs improvments.

Very comfortable stay. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Pretty much everything you'd need. On par with hotels in the UK such as Marriott etc. Large shower — easily fit you and the wife ;) (yes we're on our honeymoon)

Have expectations not upto mark.

A very comfortable and well-located hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi. Rooms are large and clean. The buffet breakfast featured a good range of western and Asian foods. There are convenience stores, money exchange and great places to eat in walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel has superb rooms, on the ground floor the room directly overlook the indoor pool, just the class!

Most ghastly dinner experience ever — DO NOT EAT HERE. We were conned by the charming hostess who served my wife a very stale fish* (this was on display but she assured us we'd get a fresh one). My son's hamburger was distinctly suspect (wafer thin, 'chef' weakly said he got from the market but could not prove its provenance) — it looked more like undercooked cured fatty pressed meat. 'Chef' did not know how to prepare prawns (he'd split the prawns but not removed the entrails). Our barbecued tiger prawns were barely cooked & whiffed of staleness. I could go on & on — do not mistake this place — it's next to the Indian 'Nameste' but they do not actually have a signboard & they have a roadside display of their seafood. The hotel & decor looked fine, which was what initially attracted us to this place. * 'chef' actually tried to BS by saying he had to overcook the fish to get rid of the fishiness! (ie. Hide the staleness).
