Good hotel as per location. Near Ao Nang night market. Rooms are spacious with large passage to balconies. Complementary 24 hr unlimited hot chocolates. But needs to be little attention on these … AC won't work properly in top floor room. No attendant to help or room service. Only the security is the multifunctional in nature. Electronic key often don't work. Room Cleaning from 2 to 5 pm only.

Great hotel, we lived in an improved room on the 4th floor! clean, cozy, pleasant room, cleaning is done when you hang a cleaning request on the door. View from the windows to the mountain and the neighboring hotels from their territories, the room has its own balcony, but it is very hot, as the sun is very hot. The bed is comfortable, soft and large, the bath is clean and pleasant. Every day they changed their shower accessories. The receptionist was very friendly with us, helped with any request. There is also a nice bonus-free cocoa in the lobby. In case of rain, you can take good umbrellas, as well as give out towels. Of the disadvantages is the lack of a normal restaurant, there you can get breakfast and drinks, no elevator, climb a little heavy, settled after the sun and heat. There is a pool, but we did not see, well, just because I do not understand why you need a pool, if there is such a beautiful sea?! Speaking of the sea — you can reach two beaches — to Ao Nang — 15 minutes in a leisurely step, to the nearest beach (forgot the name) about 10 minutes. Good location-walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pier, etc. 7-11 just next to it. Rooms are ok, but smaller than advertised, breakfast is ok-not bad, not great. Not sure if the same in all rooms (though the receptionist said they have a lot of complaints about it), the airconditioner in our room cannot be adjusted to a cooler temperature so we often woke up sweaty. Told the receptionist about it and she gave us another key card to turn the ac on while we are out to make our room cold.

Nice hotel in Ao Nang. However, if you want absolute peace and quiet, you should not book here. The hotel is located at the newly built Nigzt Market between the two large beaches of Ao Nang. However, there are many Ess — and shopping options. It is a popular street with a 7-Eleven right in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need for a longer stay. The rooms are also very clean and are restored every day. Refesses are also addressed (free extracture or more body lotion). In general, the staff is extremely friendly.
Breakfast is sufficient according to the price. Big plus: Egg products are freshly prepared with real eggs on request (omelette, fried egg, etc. ). All in all satisfactory and very good.

Everything is good, rooms were clean, Gallery had a good view except that they don't have LIFT :X You need to take stairs (my room was on 3rd floor and there were more floors) along with my luggage :x No helper available to carry your luggage.

Rooms are Good but this hotel have no lift or bellboy who take your laugage to 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor. So didn't recommend this hotel for heavy laugage trip.

They ask for 500 baths of bail that can only be paid in cash. The reception staff, at least the one who attended us was quite rude. The pool is ridiculously small. It has No elevator and has four floors. You have to warn them to clean the room, otherwise they don't. The room is fine but doesn't make up for it.

Booked this place for my honeymoon. Was pleasantly surprised when I saw 2 heart shaped pillows being placed on the bed… The rooms are well equipped with all basic amenities and staff is very helpful and courteous… plus the quiet surroundings made this a perfect vacation with my wife. The breakfast buffet was good but I think they should include pancakes and waffles as well! Overall a good experience and I would strongly recommend this place to stay…
