We had a great stay with a decent room, friendly staff and an amazing pool/bar area. The infinity pool right next to the beach is great and the decorations around it are really well thought-through. Definitely worth the price! 5 stars.

Price more than correct, location 1st order, everything nearby, friendly staff and very welcoming, clean, housekeeping done every day, good bedding.

I find the place average, the rooms are worn off and some are even in urgent need of refurbishing, specially with the prices they charge. The food is ok, I wouldn’t suggest the thai food to people who know and love what thai cuisine is about. The staff is very friendly and helpful tho.

At any time again, clean, warm showers, pleasant roommates in the multi-bed room, nice and friendly staff, good food in the connected restaurant, I will get there within the next 12 months!

We love it here. All the staffs are really friendly and polite. The room is clean and really comfortable to sleep. The garden in the resort is very lovely and beautiful. It is really few steps to the beach from our room. I really recommend Mango shake from sunshine restaurant, it's yummy. And the price is responsible.

Love this place. We are still here as we added extra nights. Staff are polite and wonderful. Gardens are nice and the beach is within 20 feet of our cottage door. Having the small town behind makes it very convenient for all your needs and a change of scenery from the ocean.

Lovely, friendly people, decent accommodation and tasty food! The only off-putting thing was all the cats… noisy and full of fleas.

So, we booked this without checking the reviews first. It wouldn't have made much diff tho because we wanted to stay close to the beach and close to shark bay but we booked very late so there was not a lot of options. The owner is prob gonna say 'please remove this comment as it's not fair bla bla' but we are a lot of ppl with negative experiences so instead of complaining about the reviews why not try to do something about it instead? Aaanyway; The good: We arrived at 11:00 and was given access to the bungalow straight away even if checkin isn't until 15:00 The guy at reception was nice Breakfast was ok. The rest: The room was not clean at all, we took off our shoes before entering but there was sand all over the floor among some other dirt. So after a while I just stuck with my shoes. There was spiders and spider webs all over, they clearly don't try to do anything about them. The bedside shelfs had sand on them. There was several geckos in the bungalow. We tried to chase one out and it ran inside a tiny crack between the wood and wall that was holding the doors. So the building isn't built very well. There was also a big gap under the front door where they could have come in. And when we turned out the lights to sleep the geckos were talking too each other in our bungalow all night. Most likely the geckos had pooed on the duvet after they made the bed so there was a couple of stains on them; but even when lifting the duvet there were some stains on the sheets under.

Room had cockroaches, and was unclean. Claims to have hot water water but was not functional. Also claimed to have Wi-Fi — neither did that work. Does not look like the pictures. Avoid.

Nice location, beach is okay, had a first-class beach bungalow which was old but okay. Staff is not very eager to satisfy their guests wishes, partly rude.

Great staff. Very good coffee. Lovely view and nice fresh breeze from the Ocean.

I have returned to Sunshine Divers next door to the resort with my son. The leader Natalie is just the same caring and thoughtful teacher and diver. Always has time to listen to people. Bungalows basic, but it is part of the deal when you complete a diving course. We even had a pick up service from the ferry arriving at 7pm. Excellent.
