Spent a 3 night stay, the friendliness of the staff.

Family run hotel which makes you feel like one of their own. Went in January and still have warm feelings for our time there. Couldn’t say enough about our stay!

Amazing place clean rooms friendly staff.

The only good things about this place were the pools, comfy bed, spacious room, the bar Meeting Point on the beach over the road, and Lucky Tree restaurant around the corner that had the most amazing food! I don’t like to give a bad review but there was nothing else good about our experience here and I would never stay here again.
— Breakfast: what a joke! We paid in advance for the buffet breakfast included in the room booking (buffet breakfasts aren’t generally cheap) to find out they weren’t doing it due to low customer numbers, and instead we were given the choice of eggs or fried rice or just toast. We got the eggs to find it was one egg, toast, some uncooked cabbage with half a cherry tomato, and a slice of “meat” that was so bad we gave it to some cats who didn’t even eat it! We asked for more food, the answer was no. We asked to be refunded for the future breakfasts but were told no, with no apology. They said we’d get fruit but we never did. We prepaid alot for the buffet breakfast and this was so unacceptable and such a rip off.
— Staff: the two main ladies were unhelpful and unfriendly unless they were getting money for something eg laundry, scooter hire. They seened uninterested and rude when we inquired about anything else. The cleaning ladies were friendly and lovely. My partner went to the pool for happy hour and the lady there said no to him wanting a drink because she “didn’t have the key” to the fridge. Well go and get it!

Very well. I find this hotel nice with a family atmosphere. It feels very good.

This place is a solid choice for the koh lanta khong klong beach area. The rooms are affordable and offer great comfort. It's about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. I'd reccomend eating at sone of the family owned restaraunts on the main road. The pool is really nice and the staff were super friendly. The shower pressure and temperature is not great and their were minor misunderstandings but nothing that stopped us from enjoying are stay. I would more than likely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at pinky bungalow. Rooms were a really good size and the beds were super comfy! Best sleeps I've had in ages! The hotel also has a really great pool. Staff are really friendly!

Exceptionally good value. Located just off the main street in Lanta, it's easy to get to the beach and restaurants near Khlong Khong beach. We hired one of their scooters for 250THB per day for each day we were there. The pool was great. Everywhere was clean. Breakfast was decent. The rooms are clean and large. I expected less for the price and was pleasantly surprised.

Wonderful complex! The welcome, the friendliness of the staff! Very clean on the site just like in the rooms! Near the sea which is unfortunately rocky but in tuk tuk, a 6 minute long beach is located, an extra beautiful beach! I recommend without hesitation.

+ The grounds are top, there are two very nice pools with comfy Couches. You can also make a great pool day and the rooms are large, modern, tastefully furnished in stone optics and clean + incomprehensible comfortable mattresses (the best bed of all our Thailand Accommodations) + very nice staff + Super location Central on the Island. All beaches are easily reachable by scooter, 10 very good and cheap small restaurants within 500 meters, without which one would be moved by tourist crowds + scooter rental for 250 baht/24 hours always available, totally easy and the price is fair small defects: — The Daily room service could be better. Bathroom is not cleaned at all, beds are made but not newly purchased and towels changed only every two days — the grounds around the pool are basically clean, but here and there there is garbage, which is also only partially cleared — the service at the reception would have Hil Fsbereiter can Be. One evening we had to take away food for the room and could not get cutlery, although the hotel has its own restaurant — we wanted to be picked up from the pier, unfortunately no driver was there (then took us such a tuk tuk) — prices for the services are too high. Ferry to Ko Jum'a incl.

Nice Bungalow, nice garden, nice pools, all well maintained. Rent a scooter without a problem. Rocky beach at 200m, provide bathing shoes to enter the water. The staff are nice and smiling, the hotel restaurant serves a good breakfast and good Thai food in general. On the balance sheet: a very good value for money!

Nice place to stay. Enjoyed the clean room, view, pool, and location. The woman running things was very nice.

We had a "luxury bungalow" which has been around for years. In our opinion, this should be refurbished.
The cleanliness was OK but not good. For example. The Spiders weave at the window, no idea if you see them in the photo).
The hotel is certainly okay for a couple of nights, but there is much better for the money or even for less. For example Coco Lanta Eco Resort.
The pools were clean and well maintained, a scooter can also be rented directly at the hotel. However, only given delivery of the passport or 10.000 Baht deposit. This is a bit odd when you stay at the hotel.
Conclusion we would not book again: ( (Price/performance).

Mamanong is wonderful! :) Very friendly and helpful. We have been with her three times and have been very well cared for every time. Whether with scooter for rent or trips to the islands around Lanta. This year we have landed at your guesthouse for the first time. And although it is slightly more expensive than other accommodations, it was very nice there. Large bed, air conditioning, upscale facilities and a very nice facility, which is kept in fire by a very friendly team. Also the breakfast buffet which is served down the street in your café, but that should change soon. :) On the last day, Mamanong had another surprise for us and designed a honeymoon suite for us:) No SPECIAL price! Thank you again and as I said: Mamanong is wonderful! We'll be back. ;) Greetings at the place!

Quiet and cozy bungalows. Good service and service. Two swimming pools and a hammock to take a nap.

My favorite place in Lanta! Very nice resort with friendly and helpful staff. They also have a nice restaurant that serves tasty food. The swimming pools were lovely and the bedroom was clean and modern.

Nice and comfortable place with great rooms and soft beds. The resort is relatively new (2014) with good pools and a nicely manicured Green space. Our biggest issues were that the rooms weren't ready for check in (they accommodated by rushing to get us in). The pool furniture was old and not very comfortable. My lawn chair was made of wood and was literally falling apart. Also, the cushions were hard as a rock. I would recommend investing in more comfortable outdoor furniture. Keep in mind this resort is not on the water nor does it have good amenity space to lounge and relax with exception of your room or pool side. If you want to side around in a large group you will need to walk down the road to a bar or restaurant. For us we were literally just there to sleep and we're very comfortable. If I were here to stay a week or more and wanted a real resort experience I might try elsewhere but the price was good here and the fact it's new and clean is a bonus. Also, they have excellent patios for the rooms which was a plus for us. I would stay here again for sure.

Mamanong Kha! She, her husband and the team are extremely helpful, spread a totally good mood and are almost always responsive. Both the bungalows and the rooms are large and clean. There are two pools. One rather moved to the bungalows and a slightly larger one upwards. Behind the upper pool is a three-storey apartment block. Those who are at the top can overlook the pool, the complex and the action. The sea is visible. There are plenty of scooters to borrow and all are extraordinarily good at shooting. From the complex to the sea it is almost exactly 3 minutes. On the street below are ATM, lots of restaurants and small shops. The beach section is one of the most beautiful to Ko Lanta. Totally relaxed atmosphere, many beach pubs and beautiful atmosphere.
We totally felt comfortable. We've been to ko Chang, Ko Mak, Ko Kood, Phangan, Samui and Libong. Pinky is really good.

Super clean, all pretty new, nice line. Very concerned for the clientele. So from 16-17h the one pool was taken by children but more — for this there is then a pool for adults;-) ) ) ) The beach is about 200m away over the main road, where everything is taken care of — RUHE or PARTY. The chilly music on the beach and the cool bars give a certain Jamaica feel. You can also get good coffee there.

Great experience. We had the double room with direct pool access. New rooms, clean and the staff at the reception was really friendly. It is also easy to rent a motorcycle to drive around the island. The breakfast is a buffet and also there they seem to be friendly ;) massages you get directly in a hut close to the pool!

Hotel well the people who work in this hotel always with the same smile the masseuse was friendly and the room OK and the two pools well so much as my loved one.

The room was very nice and clean.

Nice hotel, lovely pools, helpful staff. Breakfast isn't great. Bread, cereal and yogurt mainly. As the other things are cold. Wouldn't recommend renting a bicycle from here as the shop they use isn't great, all the bikes are useless and they won't refund you. Very comfy beds here, showers great, nice little patio area. Would stay again.

A very nice bungalow, but we hardly had Wi-Fi reception in our bungalow.

We just think it's great here, mamanong helps where she can and the bungalows are clean and well maintained. Would keep coming here.

Really beautiful place to stay in koh lanta. Very clean! Near many restaurants (including their own, which is down the hill). Khong klong beach is just a few minute walk along with some beach bars. They offer scooter rentals at a fair price. Mama Nong and staff are lovely! I loved this place so much that I came for 5 days and stayed for 2 weeks!

We had such a great stay at Pinky's. Mama Nong has got to be the hardest working woman in Thailand, and she's so sweet. The pool and gardens are well maintained. The rooms are decent size and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying on Koh Lanta.

Beautiful setting, friendly staff, peaceful vibes, huge shower compared to previous places we've stayed. Don't be dumb, just book!

Good hostel, the swimming pool is good after a long day, the personnel is very pleasant and always have smile. The restaurant is good. Only one problem, the Wi-Fi doesn't work well, and we had problems to keep connection open.

Nice place to stay. Clean and cozy, but during stay new building was developed and it was noisy.

WORST PIZZA EVER I had serious reservations about ordering a pizza in Thailand but I needed a break from rice and noddles… first mistake I headed to Pinky Restaurant… second mistake. After a long wait I was presented with a half melted mound of cheese with a few mushrooms sprinkled on top. It really was the worst pizza I've ever had and definitely the worst meal I've had in Asia. When asked if I was enjoying my meal I decided to provide feedback. Third mistake. They just flashed me the "Thai Smile" and brought me the bill. The Manager blamed the poor quality of food on a new cook and didn't offer a discount or refund. Stick with the Pad Thai :-)

Excellent stay. Extended our stay 3 times as we loved it so much! Comfy bungalow, lovely pool and good location to food out in main road. It's set back from the street so it's nice a quiet. Really recommend staying here if on koh lanta. You get a kettle, free water and fab air con. 7/11 just a 5-10 min walk to get supplys. 5 mins to beach. Middle of island — fab base to check out the rest of koh lanta.

We probably felt in the bungalows very, everything is new and very clean and well kept. Mamanong cares about their guests and the staff is very friendly.

Great small pool, the boss is jovial and very commercial, the bungalows are very clean and very nice. Quiet, halfway between the beaches and the city. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, self contained Bunglows, clean with all required comforts. Mamanong and her staff are outstanding, very friendly and welcoming — Koh Lanta is a magical place.
