A wonderful resort with amazing views! The rooms are very clean and well fit out for guests. A great patio with a lounge and whirlpool overlooking the ocean. Breakfast is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would return!

Pui is a very caring manager who went out of her way to make us welcome. Lovely resort, quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Lovely food eaten in an exotic setting. Very impressed with the rocky beachline, made it feel different to other resorts.

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff! Brilliant stay from start to finish, clean and the rooms are very nice and modern. Pui the reception staff has been amazing and sorted everything for us and has gone above and beyond to make our stay perfect and easy. A massive thank you to this incredible hotel!

Hotel is just great! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel by it self have a nice location with a stunning sunset in the evening. See view villas have a view on a see straight from your bed. But be ready to climb a few steps to reach them. There is also hotel building with easier access but it doesn’t have a see view. Rooms are clean. Bottles of water are brought every day even when u leave “do not disturb “ sign. The beach is rocky but there is a small entrance to the see. In the evening all paths are lighted with lanterns. Gym is equipped with basic machines but it’s enough to have a proper workout. Brakfast is delicious with choice of Asian and western food.

We stayed 5 days and everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable, nice and clean, in addition to giving directly to the pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food delicious. The best hotel in Ko Lanta.

Room neat and clean, the first floor tenants can directly into the pool, very convenient! The beach is also not far can a walk in the past! Overall speaking is very good a good deal on the hotel!

Had a great stay in a hilltop bungalow room. Room was clean and well furnished, pools were great. There's a funky little bar down the end of the private beach that we enjoyed. The beach was all rocks at low tide, but at high tide there is enough sand to get in for a swim.

My friend and I spent 3 amazing days at the moonlight exotic resort! It went too fast and we didn’t want to leave this little paradise! Great location and well decorated facilities, cozy sea view bungalows, tasty cuisine and cool bar, addicting massage on the beach, and and breathtaking sunsets. The rocky sand beach gives you a sense of privacy and charm. The staff is super friendly, and accommodating, special thanks to Ken his special care and sweet attentions (we felt like princesses) and Film for his good mood and tips. We will definitely come back!

Great location, highlighting its natural environment with palm trees and Rocky Beach. The whole setup is simple, and that’s all you need. We had Beach Villa and couldn’t of asked for anything better for the cost. We’d come again!

The beaches of the hotel are not the best of the island, there is a lot of rock but the rooms and the setting are very nice.

This is actually one of the best resorts on Ko Lanta. I’ve lived in the apartments and both kind of bungalows. Nice standard. The service is great, everything is clean and small nice private beach. Location close to Klong Nin.

Extensive modern resort on a quiet bay. The complex is largely well maintained and has great relaxation options (loungers and hanging nets) right by the sea. The beach is very rocky and only limited for swimming, but all the more beautiful for it. However, the (small) pool at the beach area didn't seem quite fine.
We liked the spacious, modern room with a large comfy bed. The restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails (medium price range), but two times the starter only came after the main course. However, this did not bother us any further.
The hotel offers a scooter rental service, which we have used. The scooters worked well in shot and also got us over the mountains in pairs. The Moonlight is located almost exactly in the middle of the west coast of the island, making it ideal for excursions in all directions, such as Old Town or the jungle to the south.
On the road to the south there are also several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
In general, the service was good, only laundry can be done much more cheaply directly opposite in a small shop. Transportation to the airport can be arranged at the front desk.
All in all, a pleasant, relaxed stay.

We stayed at a room on the ground floor — the pool access right outside the back door was very convenient and the room itself was stylish, with a really comfy bed.

Super friendly and english speaking staff at the lobby office. The deluxe access room (with the private pool) are awesome! The hotel also have an acces to the sea with a small private beach. Super nice place for a romantic escape ;)

My Fiance` and I stayed for a week in December. It was a lovely place. The rooms were simple, stylish and sophisticated. The toiletries smelled lovely and we utilized those rather than the ones we brought with us. The food was tasty as well. We ate the extensive morning brunch buffet and dinner off of the menu almost every evening. Bar drinks were also very good and the bar tender, Pat, was nice and accommodating. The purpose of our stay was to celebrate our elopement. Moonlight, Marisa, Nelly and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. They arranged the extensive flora which covered the sand "aisle", the pergola which was adorned with spiraled greenery, orchids, roses, lotus and lilies, and the bridal bouquet must have weighed 20 pounds and was equally as beautiful. Marisa also arranged for a stylist to come to our room to prepare my hair and makeup on the day of the ceremony. The officiant was super nice and delivered a lovely service. The special "off the menu" food, wine and champagne that was served at our private table overlooking the ocean bluffs were equally amazing. The entire process was stress free and beautiful. I cannot say thank you enough for all that Moonlight Exotic Bay Resort did to make our wedding an absolutely beautiful and memorable occasion. We hope to see them all again in the future!
