I’m very happy, the service was great from front of the house to back of the house. Everything is memorable at your resort, the stay seem like to short. Will be back to resort again, thank you so much for your hospitality services given. The staff is the asset of the resort, keep up good works guys.

Fantastic place to stay. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The resort is beautifully laid out and maintained. Situated on long beach it is the perfect place watch the amazing sunsets.

We stay at Lanta Sand Resort and Spa for 2 nights 2 +2 kids from 24 August — 26 August our room is A 21 is beautiful room nice and clean all the staff are very friendly start from front of the house when we check in and restaurant staff special thank for Mr. Nore bar staff we do enjoy special happy hour and Thank to Mr. Laan GM to take care us like his family. We strong recommend this resort as 5 star resort. See you next time. We will be back.

Lovely grounds. Room is fine. Bathroom huge. Offseason staff meant well but didnt do a great job with me, specifically damaging some clothing despite clearly given, understood and documented care instructions. Breakfast buffet was good. Beach side access very chill. Pool super fun. Massage OK but not exceptional.

I've had one of the best experiences here. What made the entire stay extraordinary was the staff. They are extremely helpful and concerned about your comfort. I'd like to especially mention Jordan and Ken. If you go there, ask for them.

We are now multiple repeat offenders. Our assessment "A place to chill", Think I am meaningful enough. Tripadvisor is very important for us to say a big, warm thank you or experience. … First a thank you to the management Khun Laan and Khun Leo, with their effort, attention and open-mindedness we are now framing our stay number 4 lovingly. We were surprised by a lovely hotel reception at the airport Krabi. The welcome at the hotel was like a return to our little Thai home. Loving embrace, joy and caring "for us " we got from the entire staff of the hotel. Your joy and warmth you showed us with cool welcome drink and refreshing towels, Her great smile and mysterious surprises. Courteously, we were both accompanied to our beach front bungalow. And again a surprise for us was the housekeeping service. With great deco, flowers and snacks Our home was lovingly put into scene with love to detail. Of course, a couple of souvenir snapshots were not missing. Now we got the new bar area to face. This was redesigned during our last stay in Lanta Sand. We expected a comfortable atmosphere in the bar area with lounge furniture, right on our doorstep. We will attach pictures that tell a lot more than words. A big thank you goes on to very important people from the hotel, because the guests are very close. Nong NOLAY "The Bartender and the Little Brother" Is the heart of the beach area.

Great hotel with really good service. Very nice and attentive employees. A successful holiday. We stayed for 15 nights in this hotel and would recommend it again and further. We had the deluxe villa with outside bathtub. The rooms are located directly from the garden. The pool and beach are only a few meters away. Thanks again to all the employees for making such a great time for us.

Super hotel, has gotten a bit old at some places, but it's all super clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful. This is our fourth Thailand holiday, and so far the nicest staff of all. The price of performance is really unbeatable! We can definitely recommend the hotel!

Not a new resort, but everything very neat and clean. Daily very good room-service, management seeks contact with the guests and leaves nothing to be desired. The price performance mispower is right. Very nice sandy beach. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach. Located along Long Beach,  Lanta Sand Resort & Spa offers beachfront accommodation with direct access to the beach. The hotel features free Wi-Fi and 3 outdoor swimming pools. Every room comes with air condition with cable TV, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities.  Private balconies and a work desk are provided.

Beautiful beachside location with great service. Location is very remote and quiet if thats what your looking for. Sevaral bars & restaurants on the beach within a couple of minutes walk, or get a tuk-tuk down town for a night out. Rooms are a bit old, needs a renno but overall a really nice experience.

Off peak September pay room rates you will upgrade to bungalow. Like the resort layout swimming pool seaside bar and beach. With new siri bridge connecting Saladan pier it reduce crossing time by ferry. Waiting Krabi & Koh Lanta bridge to be ready before we can reach the resort at undesignated time.

A world class hotel, everything clean and tidy. The grounds are beautiful and the staff super nice and friendly. Next year we come back.

Bit disappointing, expected way more bang for a buck paid. Not bad, just not that good either. Lots of children, mind you, and evening noise from nearby disco.

In this hotel we have already 3 times. I want to say that compared to last year has become worse. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. Not cleaned. The staff became less friendly. What got better is the more good breakfasts and new sunbeds. For the same money you can find a more comfortable hotel.

Great resort. Beautiful ocean. The food could be better (breakfast was great, but do not get the dinner sea food plate it was not good at all and we paid over 1, 000 baht for it so that was a let down), but there are lots of options on the beach for food. The service and people were wonderful!

Review is for the outdoor restaurant and bar only. I came here to sit in their lounge chairs and enjoy the ocean and both times they acted as if I either wanted to sit there for free without ordering anything, and/or demanded that I pay before even handing me my drink, as if I would walk out without paying. I am not a dirty backpacker and there was absolutely no cause for this kind of treatment. Bartender became upset and cocked an attitude when I asked what kind of red wine it is (which was silly of me, they know nothing of wines and wine types in Thailand), and then assumed I was asking to lower the price. Very poor customer service. View is wonderful. Red wine is boxed, old and awful.

Give these guys an A for effort.

Very nice hotel in a green setting, pool very friendly and the rooms are top. Very professional staff. The only negative point is that nocturnal animations are scarce.

Awesome Location… Just loved the place… one of the most beautiful beaches… Only one problem, they don't have any vegetarian food in the menu.

Wonderful stay at Lanta Sands over Christmas. Staff were friendly and extremely hospitable. All the facilities were great for a large family of 6, I forsee return visits! :)

Since booking public only positive reviews not public my review being negative we were at this resort in mid September an open yard works everywhere fenced off beach games for dirty battered children we had booked a Room with direct pool access which we have been replaced with a lower price of course at the same price poor breakfast, we were charged 1050 bath for a sheet that was dirty with the pencil we left the resort 5 days in advance I Said it all.

Breakfast buffet was not timingly and appropriately refilled. Although now is low season and less tourist, servicing staffs shud be even more than enough to serve limited guests. I can not imagine what would happen at high season.

Great facility with send small and modern bungalows and rooms. Staff friendly, motivated and armed with good English. Breakfast is not impressive during the off-season but definitely in order.

Nice and clean bungalows, very friendly staffs, good breakfast with western and thai food. It's close to shops, restaurants, atms and bars but far enough to be quite. Scooter are in new/good condition and the price is also fair (300b for 125cc automatic). The beach is clean, long and empty. Good resort for couples and families. I enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful resort in a good location and great hosts. Overall very much recommended.

Unfortunately Google do not allow me to reply to reviews unlike TripAdvisor. We cancelled Belinda's booking over 3 weeks before she was due to come and she was coming in low season, which meant that she had ample time to rebook and we offered our help, but we had to prioritise customers who were coming sooner that that. She was extremely abusive and has since written numerous reviews (some of which have been removed by TripAdvisor as they found them to be fake). We closed the resort to make necessary changes for the welfare of our guests and our guests alone, our guests happiness is our only concern. All those changes have been made now and the results are fantastic. Please don't judge us by one disgruntled guest who never met us, please take the time to read the reviews of those who have.

I booked this hotel and had it cancelled 3.5 weeks before I as meant to arrive with no explanation. When I asked for assistance to stay somewhere else I was also told that other customers who has booked to stay there in 3 days time also had their rooms cancelled and they were helping them. I was then brushed off and was told they couldn't help as many places were closed and they couldn't recommend anywhere. I found this disappointing and wrote a review on Trip Advisor. After I wrote my short review regarding the cancellation I got bombarded with emails from the owner (as I had given my email during the booking process). She called my lonely, old, told me she was going to warn whatever place I stayed at in Thailand that I was coming, told me to go internet dating (as I was travelling solo as my partner at that stage wasn't coming). If you see my review headed "All set to go and then cancelled" there was nothing personal about it, just a comment about it being cancelled. The owner ended up telling me (after abusing me) that the property was broken into and the guests all had their belongings stolen so they were upgrading. Clearly not a safe place to stay. Lack of security. Not sure what upgrades they are doing for their security. However the manager made a point of telling me she was upgrading for me, not her. Which made me ponder — isn't it an inherent responsibility of accommodation to make sure your belongings are reasonably safe?

Very nice resort, food in restaurant is good, rooms are luxureous and bathtub in the garden was nice. Nice pool and very friendly personell. Bit far away from supermarket.
