The place is nice, we loved the garden but we get a bad experience since we paid extra to get a deluxe room with kitchenette but we get a regular room with no kitchenette. When we asked at the reception, they offered a microwave as compensation. The air conditioning was leaking and we had to ask two times so they could fix it. When we left, they ask to pay for a glass from room that we didn't broke or anything, was just taken by the cleaning lady to wash. We had to explain many times to different staff about it! I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely not going back. Better choose Miami hotel for example.

Worst experience ever! We booked the room from booking and we paid more than the basic room so we can have a kitchen and when we got there, suprise there was a standard room and they didn't want to give us the money because the room was a bit bigger than the standard and they said that booking made a wrong description. They wanted to charge us for cups that they took it from our room, the staff was not friendly… do not recommend!

Nice hotel with very spacious room! The garden is nice to rest. The pool is in another hotel in 200m (Miami Resort), Super Panorama at sunset with the sea and the beach behind. Breakfast is chosen the day before and is served per person. Rent a scooter and travel agency on site.

The place itself is ok, but it has few amenities. They claim to have a pool but is actualy located in another hotel 200 m from the location. Breakfast has to be ordered the day before and you would expect fresh food, but that isn’t the case. We got fermented juice on day 1. Staff is friendly and nice. Rooms are clean when you get there but the days after the maintenance could be better.

Loved this place. Very good value for your money and the guy at the front (San) was very friendly and really made our stay there memorable. Planning on coming back with the kids next summer. :) Also, the restaurant close Cook Kai is phenomenal.

It's a really good and decent place, everything was spot on.

Nice accomodation, only water in the shower was quite cold. Breakfast ist served and very good. Guests can use the beach of affiliated Miami Beach Resort.

We stayed here for 5 days in December and had an moderate experience. Service: The personal was friendly but not as well as other services in thailand. They tried to make money with their offers (rent scooter, tours). Rooms: The rooms were very new and the first look shows impeccably clean, the second look was unpleasant dirty. AC was helpful in the heat and truly quite in comparison to other hotels! The Wi-Fi is steady poor slow. At the terrace and in the room were ants. No towel holder in the bathroom. Breakfast: Breakfasts is in there partner hotel Miami and can be free served on your room optionally. The choice of meals are sparse but tasty (e. G. 2 toast, fried eggs and one coffee). Tour Offers: The price to rent a scooter was 500 baht, what you can get on the side stores for 200 baht. We dealed to the lower price, but the scooter got a crack in the tire after one hour. The profile of the tire was extremely flat — too dangerous for rainy weather. The offered island tours are more expensive than travel agencies or other well serviced hotels. Location: The beach Lanta Klong Nin is 100 meters over the street, straight forward from the hotel. We could not swim on this area when the ocean is going turbulent, because there were rocks underwater. You can use the swimming pool of the partner hotel Miami, which is 300 meters far away. A mini market was nearby. Summarized, the price/performance was not appropriate. Cheaper offers for similar hotels in the neighborhood.

Very nice apartment style hotel. Good breakfast and value for money. Very friendly stuff. They have cooperation with a pool from a hotel nearby. Pool is directly at the Beach!

Amazing value for money. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Location is very quiet near to the beach. This is more like apartments rather than Hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. You have great restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner just three minutes walk. The rooms are super clean and beautiful. I will recommend everyone.

Good value for money. Calm, clean and quite modern. Close to the beach, minimarts and restaurant/bars. Minus for the hard bedmattresses.

The Good: Really nice place and quite modern looking rooms that seem very clean. You can rent a scooter straight from the reception for 250 baht at time of writing (April 2015). They are part of the Miami Resort just across the road and down the road (1-2 min) walk where you can have breakfast at the beach, use the pool or go for a drink. Very good value for money. The (not that) bad: Had the feeling the owner was always after trying to get a little extra somehow. He sent us to a petrol station where 5 minutes up the road suggesting to put 100 baht of petrol in, although we managed fine pitting 40 baht and it turned out there at least 4 petrol pumps on the way to the one he sent us to. Also when asking for a tuk tuk he said 300 baht, my lovely wife said no and got it for 175 baht herself straight from the tuk tuk guy himself.

Great new family owned resort on "best" Klong Nin. 2 minutes to the beach and midway between the area's best restaurants. Owners and staff are very nice and helpful, good beds and great room! Recommended!
