A beautiful spot with stunning beach. Clear water, soft sand and shade from the sun if needed.

War ok … Rooms were purposefully furnished … Breakfast so lala … Terribly it was that the loungers with towels were reserved by the guests … Already at 9:00 you got no more lounger by the pool or on the meadow …

Beach front bungalows are beautiful, peaceful and spacious. Located on quiet part of beach so perfect for relaxing — swim in sea or pool, you can swim out to a small reef to see some coral and tropical fish. It's a pleasant walk along the beach for sunset, bars and restaurants. Equally, the resort bar is great too and the Thai food tasty. Pizza in their wood fired pizza oven was also superb.

All in all the place is okay. The sea reseeds very far because of the tide so you have to walk quite far to bath in the water. The pool is ok but not very clean. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

Disappointed! After going past all the beautiful rooms we are taken to hidden rooms and that are just unsaleable!

The pool and public area is great. Nice location out of the really busy areas. Room and En-suite were average at best. Poor breakfast. The staff's English was not good… quite difficult to communicate.

Very nice resort with everything you need, it’s definitely not luxury but it’s still very nice. Rooms are clean and modern (after the renovation they did) and the air conditioner cools things down fast. The resort is located right in front of a swimming beach with the warmest waters I’ve ever felt! No problem getting in, that’s for sure. At high tide it’s very shallow for the first 30’ but gets deeper after that. Snorkeling is pretty good nothing spectacular but you might see clownfish and anemones which are very cool to see in their anemone in their natural environment. Make sure NEVER to step on any of the coral or else there may not be anything left. There are lots of sea urchins so make sure not to put your feed down anywhere but the sand or you can wear water shoes to be safe but the urchins can sometimes still pierce through water shoes. The pool is also very nice it’s actually a tiny bit cooler than the ocean which is nice sometimes. The resort has lots of lounging chairs and a beautiful grass area under the palm trees. Breakfast is pretty good though nothing too fancy. If you order food from the restaurant it’s amazing! Best Pad Thai I’ve ever had and the salads are superb. Your located in a really nice spot that’s not too far away from the town. Overall it’s a really nice resort with lots of things to do if you like water.

Very quiet resort. The bungalows are kinda small and dated, but have everything you need. The location on the beach is nice with some nightlife just a 10 minute walk along the beach away, although this feels like more of a family atmosphere. The breakfast was good.

Sad to say but mediocre. We stayed only one night in this hotel in the end. I do not recommend it.

Dilapidated and poorly run resort is the best way to describe this place and I wouldn't recommend staying here with all the choice available around Koh Lanta. Listed out the pros and cons Pros — Hotel is on a quiet and easy to swim beach — Polite floor/kitchen staff (however see cons below re management) — Large rooms — Buffet breakfast — Nice common area around the pool and big beachfront to spread out on Cons (unfortunately there's quite a few) — Breakfast is a buffet but quite basic in options especially when you're paying $80 AU per night — Bed bugs (we had them in 2 separate rooms) — when confronted about this management was combatative and went as far as suggesting we brought the bed bugs. Only after much arguing did they agree to clean the room and sent us to a local doctor who I assume told them they were likely bed bugs as the manager only spoke briefly to us when we first returned from the Dr and no follow-up on following days — Rooms and furnishing look run down and very well used — Not particularly clean — we checked under the mattress when we were bitten and it was filthy, which suggests a thorough cleaning is warranted Overall a disappointing stay as we were there for 5 nights and every night we were itching from the bed bugs. By the end of the stay we each had about 100 bites on us. Very frustrating experience as we had pre-paid. Recommend choosing elsewhere.

I have not stayed in the hotel and cannot comment on that, however I'd like to express big gratitude to the administration for their understanding and flexibility. I made a non-refundable booking, which then I could not, unfortunately, attend, and they were incredibly helpful in cancelling it, despite it being against the T&C. Thus, although I don't know how the hotel is, the administration and great! Thank you!

No one I recommend absolutely not the setting is noisy dirty very poorly laid out. The rooms are very simple, the bathroom deplorable (very unpleasant smell which is also present in the room, it is like in public toilets not maintained, with that the bare minimum, can light…) The reception service forces you to pay the extra things, they add "taxes" for a payment in CB… Short deplorable a very dirty place that is not made to relax in this setting.

Our visit was a pleasant one. Staff was perfect and location was great. However this is prime example of bad management, where they are saving almost on any investment back into facilities. I would recommend this to someone who plans to not stay at the pool whole time or is not expecting everything super clean and new. Maybe in more expensive cabins you can find it to be better.

If you love the place to relax with great location, friendly staff and yummy food. This place need to be on the top of your list. There are bar and restaurant offers variety choices of drinks and food. Their pizza is supreme. I and my girlfriend are going to re-visit this place again with tons of our friends next year. Cannot wait to be back.

The hotel is in a good location. There are no cafes and shops nearby. To eat it is necessary to leave for 2 km.

Stayed there for 3 days. Regretted every single minute of it. The 'resort' has avery morbid environment. There is nothing that could make you feed good on a holiday apart from the great company of your better half. Apart from the environment, the food is pathetic. None of the servers understand any bit of English. We were lucky they understood that we didn't want any meat in our breakfast. The pancakes were raw both the times. I would never go back to this place.

Has a morose feel to it, especially in the low season. The rooms are clean and nice. The view sucks beqch was littered with plastic debris. The room is expensive and way better options further south for cheaper prices. The restaurant food quality is bad and very few options. About half a kilometer walk to town. I would never come back to this place.

Big problem of sewage disposal = horrible odor. Otherwise the family room was rather good despite its kitch decoration. Hotel Cam and restful with a beautiful park and a beautiful beach qd it was cleaned.

We really liked this place. Super friendly personnel, great view over the bay and fantastic food! Also really close to the centrum.

A quiet resort secluded from outside hustle, part of Long Beach perfect for morning walks/joggers. A perfect beach for small children to swim in the bay. Nice pool with "waterfall". Nice secluded bungalows with everything you need. Good food in the hotels restaurant, you can choose to sit inside or out in the garden where it's sometimes BBQ. Also close to a lot of nearby restaurants, you can take a short walk on the beach to get there. Walking distance to Ban Saladan or you can take tuktuk for 50thb. Beachbar close to the pool with nice seating area and lit candles in the evenings. Hotel can arrange pickup from Krabi airport in a large minivan with a/c and included ferry.

Awful! we booked a room for 5 nights and even upgraded to a room with ac. Cockroaches and different species of lizards roamed the room in hoards! they were allover! we were shocked! we asked for a different room, a clean room without lizards and cockroaches but they were not willing to give us another room and said we would have to pay more. I wanted a normal room to enjoy my honeymoon with my freshly wedded wife, simply a cockroach and reptile free room! I didn't care about not having internet or the room being dirty at this point. They refused to supply such a room and also to refund us! later they wanted us out of the hotel because we asked for an acceptable room. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I suggest you pay a little more and stay somewhere else. This was truly a horrible experience and I can only recommend against this hotel.

Be sure to ask for a bungalow in the 1st row! More on the day cost only 100 b! Gym is not finished yet! Service is great! Very clean! Good breakfast, Thailand!

Beach is OK for lanta standards, terrible compared to other islands. This resort is at the start of the beach, the ones in the middle get the better part but are a bit more expensive. Food is good and it's close to good bars.

Problem at check in, a snake inside the conditioner! They tried to take off but was not possible then they said is gone don't worry, but we wanted to leave and they didn't want to give us another room, just offered to pay more for a better room! When they saw us with luggage leaving they offered a free upgrade in a much better room in front of the sea! So at the end we liked it!
