Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is so friendly, the accommodations are beautiful and clean and the area is very walkable with great food and shopping nearby. The hotel coffee shop is a new favorite and free bike rental is very convenient. I would definitely come back.

Clean, large rooms with free amenities. Free snacks and water. Good AC. Great location, Helpful staff that even gave me a note in Thai to tell a red pick up truck can exactly where to go to catch a bus.

Unfortunately, Google doesn’t have Zero or minus scale to rate this hotel quality. Have you ever experienced a room downgraded? A mistake that caused by the hotel mismanagement but it chose to punish its customers instead of taking responsibility itself. This happened more than five years already but I never got any chance and time to tell this story. I am sure the hotel must remember this incident as well. I booked one room, a medium rate of this hotel, everything was fine until we arrived the property, the checkin gave us a bad news that the room I booked was under renovation, so they moved us to another room. They claimed that it is bigger and better, however, it turned out that it was a smallish one, a bad one, one without windows, the lowest one of the hotel. I could smell something wrong and dishonest. So I asked to see a room we booked that a hotel staff said it was not ready. I wanted to see what kind of renovation they claimed. Why was it so sudden? Why couldn’t they inform us much earlier considering we booked their rooms months before. They said No, they couldn’t allow that. Bla bla bla It was clearer and clearer once I asked more information. I knew which room I booked, I did some good research before booking was made, I knew which view I can expect from that room and I paid a price for that one. I knew its location in their small colonial building.

The family room's spacious with a hall and two bedrooms. Loved that it was really clean. They have a lovely snack bar too. Only downside was the in-house cafe having poor air conditioning.

Beautiful place. Very friendly and attentive staffs. Walls are a bit thin, you can hear people talking.

Retro feel hotel for a reasonable price. Centrally located within walking distance to plenty of food and the mall, and only a 15 minute taxi to either the airport or night markets. Bathroom was clean and came with basic disposable amenities. Bed was clean and a good size with a curtain / mosquito net. Balcony was facing another building so don't expect a view. Complimentary water in room, snacks upstairs, and takeaway breakfast available. Tap card security to both building and room.

Wonderful stay with my three kids at this boutique hotel! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is fabulous.

Enjoyable stay, perfect for the price paid. Fun decor, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Not a 5 star hotel but not priced as one either. Great location, breakfast served in coffee shop up front. Altogether, would recommend without hesitation.

Style "yesterday" rather successful.
— negative points: we had a direct view of a building, so to say that we had no view at all, not really respect for Ecology with the systematic renewals of towels
— positive points: the period atmosphere with the fittings, telephone and antique furniture (the air conditioning is not of period), the free snack available from 11am to 7am the tomorrows.

Noisy because the walls are thin, but very nice rooms with high ceilings in a great location.

One of the best and exotic hotels in Nimmanhaemin area. The hotel decoration makes we feel quaint and attractive. The price is reasonable and affordable with good service as well as good location.

It is very cute hotel. The staff is very helpful. There is 24h snack bar. Breakfast is very nice. It is good location for night out too.

Great building, a former international school and restored into a great boutique hotel that is in my opinion extremely good value and set in the nicest district of Chang Mai.

The coffee shop is great! I enjoyed the French music that was playing.
