600 per night for a good sized room with balcony, hot shower and a proper matress.
Good place to stay with lots of features and helpful staff. A little out of the way though.

Staff is not helpful, annoyed by requests. Speak barely English. The rooms are quite dirty. Can not recommend. It's not a guesthouse or hotel but an apartment house for long term stay. Mostly Thais stay there. Avoid if possible.
