Feel like at home, very good services.

Definitely recommend — so many good things to say about Once Upon A Time Boutique Hotel.
Staff: Kennedy and Pomello are so welcoming, friendly and happy to help you with a smile from the moment you arrive. They really make your stay wonderful.
Location: Inside the walled city it is perfectly situated close to everything. You are away from the noisy bars, but in a short 1-2 minute walk you are at the temples, restaurants and heart of the city. Right on the corner is a 7-11 and ATM, and directly across the street is a restaurant (we did not try it though)
Hotel: The decor is a beautiful blend of dark teak wood mixed with a little colonial/provincial. It is cute, designed beautifully and has modern amenities. We had a loft room which was perfect for the 3 of us. It is much like a lovely coffee shop, but your home for a couple of days.
Breakfast: You are offered a choice of 4 items for breakfast made in house each morning. We chose the scones, fruit salad and breakfast sandwiches — all were delicious and presented beautifully. Coffee, tea and fresh orange juice.

This boutique hotel is awesome. Me, my wife, and daughter stayed here for 2 nights and were impressed all around. The design is very attractive and the pictures posted online don't do it justice. The entire space is clean and welcoming, and so are the staff. The staff were so helpful all around. My wife was heading to a massage in town and asked for help getting a cab or tuktuk. The front desk girl went out of her way to get a proper driver, then ensure they knew exactly where to go. Also, the breakfast is prepared for you at the time you request the previous evening. The options are tasty and fulfilling. We plan to come back here next time we end up in Chiang Mai.

Just the best. Ask the ladies for the boiled eggs they are experts. Lovely boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff… I will definitely be going back later this year…

The quiet elegance of the ancient building boutique hotel, even the details are filled with a sense of design, let people has home of feeling, in addition to the hot water a little small, the other was perfect.

Friendly staff, great room, healthy and beautiful breakfast, nice small Thai restaurant next door, amazing photos at any places. Finally, kids are warm welcome. Thank you so much, and see you again.

Beautiful old heritage house at the quiet old town of Chiang Mai. I love their breakfast especially; would be better if they do provide local Thai style breakfast as one of the option.

Felt like in heaven. The stay was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. We had a very good time. The way it's built is amazing and with having fantastic staff to look after you is just like icing on the cake. Will recommend everyone. There is much to say about the hotel and the staff but I would say the best way to have an experience is to be there. (once upon a time).
Thanks for giving us such a great time, we really enjoyed our stay.
