Booked three nights here and ended up leaving after two. The location and price are good but the owner is rude as all hell, there is no atmosphere and the rooms are depressing. We booked a fan room, it was cool during the day but got humid at night so we wanted to upgrade to air con (200 baht more). She wanted us to pay the full 600 for an air con room even though we had already paid 400 a night in advance for the fan room. Absolute joke. This place might be cheap but do yourself a favour and steer well clear, it’s worth paying a few hundred baht a night more somewhere else, you will enjoy your your stay so much more.
Great location and nice for the price. The manager is really helpful and friendly.

Worst experience I had. The rooms were disgustingly depressing and lacking of charm, the bathrooms were small and old. The fan rooms have no windows and on the rooms overlooking the streets, you can hear any noise coming from the outside as the walls have an opening on the upper part. But most of all, the service was the poorest I've ever seen. The manager is very rude and seems not to like anyone. I heard constant violent shoutings, it was really depressing and scary. The hotel had no atmosphere, I didn't see any other travellers while I was there. The manager's son seems very disturbed, probably due to having such aggressive woman as a mother, and was himself very aggressive and annoyed by any customer that would talk with him.
