On arrival, the guy at front (old man) doesnt seem very friendly but later, turned better. Not very quiet at night but thats due to location possibly. Its located in rush old town.

Good value for money and close to a very nice area with a lot of bars and restaurants. However quite familial so if you want to rest in the morning forget it.

Good location near bars and restaurants. Stuff aren't helpful. Rooms have got standard equipment. Bathroom is very small with uncomfortable shower and without ventilation. No liggage store.

I like this place, stayed a few times, quiet, clean, nice furnishings, great value, great location, atrium style layout, parking.

Trigong Residence (aka Zen Rooms) is in a fantastic location within the Old Town. Plenty of access to excellent bars and restaurants, and very easy to hail a tuk-tuk or songthaew as it is just off the main road. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The bathroom was a little small with the shower right next to the toilet with no divider, causing the room to get very wet, but was standard for Thailand and no real issue.

Excellent value for money, helpful people, clean environment weekend spent there with my family. Located at prime area from where you can visit Chiang Mai's every corner and where you can taste different food. Weekend and money well spent planing to visit next year again.

Tv, fridge, aircon, hot shower, big double bed… And at a fantastic price. Quiet location, near great food… I'd come back!

I am wheelchair bound (T12 paraplegic), and travel alone independently. This place has rooms on the ground level which is ideal for me. The rooms are spacious, and providing you use a 16'' wheelchair you can get into the toilet/shower area which is also spacious. The shower is close to the toilet, which is ideal for me as I shower while sitting on the toilet, so you can do all your ablutions in one spot. The rooms come standard with a TV, fridge and air conditioning. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by, which is also very convenient.

Value for money, quiet place within the city. Room is spacious, clean and comfy. Balcony to dry clothes, air con, fridge with bottled water.

My favourite accommodation so far. Comfiest beds, best Wi-Fi, really great location. Quiet place. You get a large fridge, flat screen tv, balcony, but no safe. I would definitely stay there again.

I love this place. I have stayed in a couple other hotels in Chiang Mai and I am thrilled to have found this one. The room is perfect. It's actually decorated. The bed is soft and comfy. If you are familiar with the area then you know what a rarity it is. It's also very clean. It smells nice. It's cozy, pretty and the AC, hot water and internet all work perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay and will always be the first place I go when in Chang Mai. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Location has some great places to eat nearby. A great location for a base when exploring Chang Mai. This is a budget stay, but one of the best for my travels.

On the positive side, rooms were clean and fairly priced. On the negative side, noisy barking dogs.
