Dont do it. Mildew in room, mold in bathroom. Awoke to breathing problems and a cockroach coming out of the space between the box spring and the mattress. 21 USD dollars a night for a good location does not justify a night of mold and mildew exposure. Hazardous!
Stayed here about 5 years ago. Still looks pretty much the same. This time though, the standard room I was given had only one dim ceiling light, the aircon filters were completely clogged up. Waited a while for maintenance to come and clean it. It was still not working. Had a sleepless night. It is a budget sister hotel to Eurana sharing the same compound. Great location in Chiang Mai but could do with a bit more work.

The hostel is exceptionally nice. The first-floor rooms are small but fine for Budget Travelers. The second-floor rooms are very nice and large. The staff is very helpful and the small Lobby and dining area is comfortable. For 100 Thai baht you can use the nearby Hotel pool.
