We got picked up and transferred to our hotel by Jeff where we then met Tata. Both are very friendly and very super helpful, getting our luggage to our room, explaining everything around the hotel, one needs to know and also where to go for dinner or purchasing a SIM card etc. The room is cool, even without AC or fan, as long as one keeps all doors closed. Some people might find the mattress too hard, for us it is perfect. The appliances in the bathroom work well, the water is warm and its temperature can be controlled easily. If you're worried about someone getting into your room, every room door has an additional locking option on the outside where you can place your personal lock when you leave for the day. The hotel is quiet day and night and close to street food markets, 7eleven and other shops, (small shop right next door, open during the day only) as well as a bunch of small restaurants and shops on the east side of it which we still have to explore though but in general close to a lot of places. The most interesting will probably be the Sunday Night Market which is within 20 — 30 minutes walking distance, next to the East Gate.

Very basic rooms, but the service, advice and welcome you get from the staff here more than make up for it. Will definitely be back.

Nice location welcoming staff. You can book excursions and your trip to your next destination. Very clean and warm showers. Blankets are clean and warm. No cover around them what can make it a little more sweaty, however you find that in most places in Thailand. Complementary bottles of water on arrival.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The biggest problem, however, was the penetrande smell of the canal which could not be escaped.

Good owners. Bikes are in rent for 200baht. Not expensive.

Don’t really understand why they have such a high rate. Spent couple days and than moved to other place. Got the place at ground lvl beside the owners family I guess and have to get up at 7am every morning with the noise. Don’t really like that kind of people who call me dude when he see me first time in his life. The water wasn’t hot. Few sec warm the rest just cold. The Wi-Fi wasn’t work almost half of the time. Room is clean though and price good so don’t expect much and than you will be fine.

We got old little room in the first floor, so if anybody spoke, we heard everything. Fan made strange noises and it smelled sometimes. But it was the cheapest room in there, I hope. Staff was nice and very helpful, they cook there and sell drinks and other stuff. It's in the centre of Chiang mai, so you can get everywhere.

Situated close to the north and east gate and right next to Wat Chiang Man, this guest house stands out for it's location and warmth of the people in charge. Roos are bit old and not the greatest but the common area is lively and lot of information is passed on by those at the reception. Wi-Fi is decent. Would recommend for stay in Chiang Mai.

Best tips from two most friendly guys out there! Good standard of accomodation. Fresh towels, free water, good Wi-Fi.

We stayed here 2 times, clean room, basic but has all you need with private bathroom. We found the food here is much better than other restaurant around, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, price is cheap also. Free pickup from airport for booking min 2 nights. Staffs are supper friendly, Tata, Five and Chef are easy to talking and willing help you book any trip you want, they will give you a map and show you something around town, good value for money. Thank you for hosting us.

Cheap accomodation, airport shuttle and super friendly staff.

The young family who runs the place are terrific. But the clientele are quite, well, lots of sex trafficking.

Very helpful front desk, staff are always trying to help, they have a tour desk and bike rental, its close to everything, the rooms are a good size. My room was outdated and the fan directly above the bed wasnt to my liking, but extremly worth the price, wouldnt mind going back.

Nice guesthouse, the owner is food, all staff able to communicate with English n very helpful! The surrounding is very nice, although room is a little basic, but the overall experience compensate every little cons.

Fantastic service in a great location. Rooms are affordable, have Wi-Fi, and are quaint, and the staff running the place are fantastic and hospitable. Be sure to ask them for recommendations for cooking classes and ethically-run elephant sanctuary visits if you're looking for things to do in the area.

Rented a 125cc scooter for 24 hours for just 200 thb. Selection of helmets and lock. Bike in perfect condition. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and genuinely pleased for your custom. Would definitely recommend for scooter rental.

It is original place with the friendliest personnel ever! Had great time and also best meals from their cook EVER. 10/10 I recommend this place! People here speak fluent English and will help you get around the city pretty quick.
