The hotel is located right in the heart of Nimman road. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. The hotel and room were perfectly cleaned and sanitized. I would recommend staying here. Either a family or business trips, you can never go wrong staying here.

I went there two weeks ago. At that day, the water wasn't working as the result of the main pipe was broken. I understand that is unpredictable situation but the way that the hotel treats us is so poor.
1. At that morning, nobody told me what going on until I had walked down to the reception. The girl at the reception told me that I can use the restroom at another hotel far around 5 minute walk. I asked her about the transportation for the my mom who has back pain. She said they have only motorbike. Oh god how can my mom took the motorbike so my mom decided to walk to those hotel.
2. When I arrived those hotel, the staff gave me two keycard for two room. But when I came in the room it liked the guess just checked out. Not clean up at all, Bedsheet, towel still on the floor. They did like we not their customer. They should prepare the clean room for us. So, when I checked out, I asked the stuff for the responsible in this case. The girl at the reception of Hug Nimman told me that she asked her manager and will send the voucher for me (The free of one night stay). I thought it ok even I checked in for two rooms. Unfortunately, today I just received the voucher but it isnt the free stay it just 20% reduction voucher. It mean nothing cause I can find the hotel price below 20% off from many agency website. That thing is unacceptable cause your staff said about free stay. I dont want any voucher but I want only the best respond from your hotel.
