Two buildings. Once side is nice. The other is average Thailand quality for hostel-hotels. Breakfast included is a great value with made to order eggs and toast, instant coffee and local fruit. Book your own excursions elsewhere to avoid local commissions and gimmicks.

Viss was so friendly and helpful. We spent 2 nights there. We were so sad that we couldn‘t stay longer. We can‘t imagine that there is a better place to be in Chiang Mai. Thank you for all Viss & David. We will miss you.

Incredible place! The boss is really nice and friendly. It is clean, cheap and you get a great breakfast. Stayed there for 4 nights and loved it! In the middle of the city but very calm.
