Pros: Great location. In the center of the Old City. All the temples are within walking distance both ways. If you want nightlife about 7min walk and all the bars are in one area but not so close you can hear the noise. Sunday walking street is down the alley. Cons: Breakfast is VERY simple (cereal and toast simple). And it's a Boutique type hotel so don't expect too much。But it's affordable and clean.

Cozy hotel-well equipped; great location — central in old city; excellent service, friendly, helpful desk staff; tasty breakfast.

Convenient to all religious sites.

The device sometimes to pay attention will not be suddenly bad other are also good full of guests! Haha live once you know.

Basically a good hotel. Reasonably priced, warm water, clean, quiet area not far away from the old town-centre, free water, coffee and tea, clean towels, stuff like shower gel, TV, safe, place to sit, quiet Air Con. What is annoying is the sound of others smashing their doors. You wake up at 07:30 with other guests. Some rubber seal in the door frame could help easily. The pool furniture is mostly broken. Could need a change. Pooltowels are free.

Great location really good. Nice, clean, good service, someone speaks English well, someone a little less, but everything is ok. Provide a convenient transportation service to the bus station. The only problem is that in my room there was a cabinet with broken, that is not beautiful to see, for the rest a good 3 star hotel. Swimming pool avoidable.

A very comfortable hotel, close to just about everything. Just next to the walking street. The cleaning staff and reception as well as the manager were very professional. Would definitely stay here again.

No problems. Nice room and clean. Good aircon. Walls are thin… Like most places in Asia I guess, though after 11pm it is quiet enough to get a good sleep. I would go back if here again.

Loved this place. Staff was amazing. They would hrlp tou eith anything you need. Pool was gorgeous and very clean. My room was spacious and the aircon worked really well. No breakfast is served wich didnt bother as you have rverything at your door step.

Rooms Soundproofed a little difference, the other okay. The pool water seemed quite clean.

Very poor hotel. 1 smelly. 2 not clean. 3 pool is dirty.

Convenient parking, family room is big, but not include breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staffs were friendly and always available to attend to our needs. The reception was especially helpful when we needed a taxi to the Chiang Mai Railway Station.

Presently Staying in 4th floor room it's 4.35am… woken up at 3.55am by some inconsiderate Chinese girls in their 20's in the room across from me closing doors and talking loudly outside my room and their friend in another room knocking on their door 10 minutes after I had gotten out of bed and told them to go to sleep. Staff have been good… only our first day here. But not good for me going to play golf at 7.15am.

We stay here for 9 days. their attitude is very good. You can feel friendly and sincere from them. my daughter had high fever on 4th day, and they help us alot. thanks.

The hotel is very new, all the equipment is new, and very complete, room area is wooden floor, very clean, Wi-Fi More.
