Had 3 nights in this great hotel. Superb staff. Great breakfast. Very clean, central, highly recommend.

I love 99 The Gallery. 3rd or 4th time I stay here. Deluxe room is great! Superiors not bad either.

This hotel is in a good location in the old City. The standard rooms are not huge but are clean and we'll appointed. The staff are friendly and the hotel offers free drinks and snacks which is a nice touch. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate with an egg chef making your requested meal.

Luckily, my room was one of the newest renovated Superior room; very posh and felt luxurious with the touch of Thai oriental. There is some noise during the day but they stopped working at 5pm so we got a good nice rest!

This was my 2nd time here at the 99 Gallery Hotel, chaingmai. My first time was with group of girl friends we had great fun by the pool and also enjoyed indulging ourselves with the 24 hours mini bar (ice cream and local chaingmai snacks) :) This time I came with my parents for songkran holiday my father love the interior of the hotel. The rooms are super comfortable and breakfast variety was satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the small jewelry shop which offer fine jewelry designed by the hotel owner good friend K. Aom who gave knowledge of her distinct pieces and charming stories behide her designed. Location wise, if you like walking street market and temple visit this hotel is ideal as it is located at the heart of famous temples and local shopping street. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet the owner K. John who greeted us and invited us for breakfast, we were very touched by his hospitality and the experienced at his hotel. We will definitely visit again. Happy Songkran 2018

Bad quality-price. Rooms too small. Dirty walls. Old bath and too small. Small pool and there are only 4 hammocks.
The only good thing is the location, you can walk to all the temples and all the bazaars.

Comfortable environment! The waiter's attitude is good, the hotel is good, the bed is well trained, the swimming pool is very fine, but it seems so big.

After we had to move from the Super Chic 99 Heritage Hotel to the Gallery hotel for booking reasons, we knew: the much cheaper price has its reasons. The staff is nice, the rooms clean and the small pool OK, but that's it. Breakfast is mediocre, so we would rather have breakfast. The main drawback is the beds: I prefer hard beds, but the bed in our room was as hard as a bunk. I could only sleep very badly on it. Too bad, because otherwise the value for money was OK.

Great service, delicious breakfast bar, great A/C but hard mattresses, concrete floors, and shower didn't have a ton of pressure or hot water.

Very nice Hotel, good location, fair prices, Breakfast not bad, the only drawback: The beds are very hard. We like to sleep on hard beds, but this is similar to a floor — the staff gave us blankets down laid, then it was better.

Very nice hotel in colonial style in the old center of Chiang Mai, walking distance from all most important temples, shops, coffee shops, etc. Helpful and kind staff, clean. We stayed in the old part of the building and the room was very small and without a window but we stayed very little time at the hotel so it was ok. The beds were big and comfortable, very hard. Great value for money. I recommend.

Great staff, exterior, location (just off the Sunday market) and overall value. However, took the standard room and there were some issues with the cleanliness upon check in. The staff were very responsive and sent someone to clean it right away. Stayed in the standard room, and note that you won't have any natural light in the room. Breakfast choices are limited.

Well conditioned, lovely breakfasts, lovely complementary perks, like ice cold ginger all day. Swimming pool really small, more like a pond, and rooms plain and cozy but a bit too little, had more than one crash with my bed corners (and I swear I hadn't drank that much Singha or Chang).

Beautiful hotel, in the middle of Chiang Mai's temples. Wonderful room, Good breakfast, good swimming pool and not so expensive. They pick you up at the airport.

The room is clean and hotel staff was very friendly. Met the hotel driver that brought us around and gave us good recommendation for food, places of interest and massage.

The hotel offers to every guest complementary Wi-Fi, water, juices, fresh juiced at the reception area! One of the best hotels, in my opinion, I have ever stayed!

This is definitely the place to stay if you wanna visit Chiang Mai. The place is clean, the staff are extremely friendly and service was excellent. Miss Yui, Miss Jang, Beer and many more (if only I could name them all, I would), kudos to you all.

Booked 2 superior rooms and stayed for 4 nights from 07 to 11 June. Although there were some disagreement on the room rates upon check in, your front office staff Ms Jang handled professionally which we felt pleasant. We were greeted by your front office staff with big smile almost every moment. This brightened us up. Thumbs up for your daily buffet breakfast which has different menu everyday. … Though swimming pool is small but children enjoyed. One lowlight is the droplets from the air-conditioning in room 310 since day one. Even though your technician came several times to do servicing, problem still persisted till the last day we checked out. Overall, service was good and every staff was friendly. Keep it up!

My family and I booked this hotel and we are indeed highly satisfied with all facilities. The location is near the main attractions and can be easily accessible to the tourist spots. The rooms and neatly clean with the beautifully mix of traditional and wooden decoration. The receptionists are helpful and they sincerely welcomed us with the smile. Truly impressive. Would surely come back for the next visit to Chiang Mai! Highly recommended!

Poor insulation of the room, sheets of dirty, room too small to even boot fit, a failed trip.

Nature price than high. Lived two room types, the bigger the better, the space is very comfortable.

For the construction, very loud! And in the morning, at seven of a sudden I get a call is going out! Bed products are also not good!

Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Staff were really helpful and informative. Nice place awesome decor. Weather was abit too chilly for a soak in the pool though.
