Great location. Rooms are a bit old but livable.

Good value for money.

Nice location, clean rooms. Nice pool with a lovely little corner to rest. Good breakfast The only small snag is the staff not very friendly nor welcoming. But good value for money anyway.

Nice hotel/guest house with 3 buildings, nice reception area and a small pool that’s usually empty. Breakfast is nice and staff are helpful. Just the only issue with standard rooms, as furniture is old, bedsheets, blankets, pillows and towels are quite used and stained. Toilet in my room was not supper clean and flash didn’t work properly. There’s no fridge in the room, but there’s an AC.

Room was old and dirty. Sink is outside the room. Went to ask if they could book an atv tour for us and then lied and told us the price in the pamphlet changed from 600 baht to 1400 baht. We went to check a travel place down the street and it was still 600 baht. The travel lady down the street was amazing and if you end up staying at thana I would recommend going to her instead of booking through the hotel. Pool is decent. Also free bag storage.

Quite good. Close to night bazaar, day markets and the east wall of the old city. Breakfast choice of 4 dishes. Not veggie but you can ask for no meat.

Planes booked 3 nights remain sit 7 well placed 5 min walk from the old town the employees are febereyx and recognize the guests we aviins our bucket of ice that we waited for the reception every day without asking.

Well located, good breakfast. But quite noisy and fitted in a minimalist way.
Not even one wearer for clothes. Out of age TV. Fancy hot water. A comfortable bed, a small table two chairs that's all… It's not much.

Nice rooms and facilities however it was very loud. Not sure if this was just due to my room placement or thin walls or what but it was loud.

For the price is fine, but you find better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very noisy.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast, for the price is great, they make you the room every day. The only bad thing is that the sun doesn't give in the pool.

Booked again for Songkran… so I liked it. I moved over to Hotel section. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Pool. Nice large clean rooms. Close to everything. Great place to wander around. Fab restaurants everywhere.

Very cozy and welcoming place, not for the fancy looking kind of people. Extremely cheap, nice staff, nice breakfast, very authentic area nice to walk by foot and explore.

Sorry but could not sleep because the AC was very lound and went on and off all the time (I had to turn it off). The other guest house places I have been were different. The water out of the toilet and the sink smells very bad when I arrived. The sheets had lots of yellow spots and may have been used for long. The big bed is very cheap, wobbles and makes noises when moving. I need a place to sleep but here it is very noisy and you can hear people walking outside, imagine how you hear the workers or motorbikes. The room is big though…

The location was perfect. The hotel located inside the small street. Is close enough to everything and thapa Sunday night market. The employee was nice and helpfully. The only downside was the room smell like mold. They need to keep up and maintain.

4 days of trip with jeeps, wow.

Been staying at this hotel for the most of my stay here in Chiang Mai. It is always clean, and the people here are always friendly. I recommend everyone to stay here for a great nights rest for cheap!
