Had a warm and pleasant stay. Host is very nice and welcoming.

Tamada made me feel like at home. When I see the owner they always keep smiling and say hello asked me if I need something just tell them. Lovely house and sweet couple. Ka phun kaa.

Super Nice people! They are really trust worthy. Theres a lot of noise from the disco. But if you go out yourself that may not be a problem.

Tamada Hostel is very pleasent. My girlfriend and I stayed in a Double room with private bathroom and the room was awesome. Big comfy bed, great AC and an amazing big shower room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they also have a kitchen on site, we got a breakfast that was very tasty. The only problem would be the noise as it's right by the night markets and bars but it'd didn't bother us too much and it was only loud at the weekend (they supply ear plugs! ). At to top it all off its great value! Would stay here again and I reccommend it!

Great place to stay with low budget. We spent 4 nights there in a family room. We were two adults and two kids. Owner welcomed us very nicely on first day and helped out with money change because taxi driver was not able to. Breakfast was ok, children loved the pancakes. Staff was of course helpful to book jungle trip with elephants (sanctuary). Laundry service was offered below prices on the streets. Additionally they provided support in finding bus/train to south thailand and called different agencies without getting bonus. On last day booked taxi on GRAB and arranged phonecalls with taxidriver. Thank you again from our side for the support!

I arrived to Chiang Mai without hotel and I was lucky to find the Tamada Hostel. Small but cozy located near the night market. I took a room with bathroom, air conditioning and big bed for a very affordable price. The Wi-Fi works correctly in all the place. The treatment of the staff was fantastic at every moment. They helped me in everything what I asked for. Thank you for making my stay in Chiang Mai enjoyable. Totally recommended. Best regards, Aitor Galán.

Great place! We loved our stay here so we extended after the first night. The staff is fantastic and their breakfast was a really nice surprise that included fresh coffee (espresso/cappuccino/etc. ) and choice between omelette/müsli/pancakes/etc. They also helped us book bus tickets to BKK. There's free water refill, and coffee/tea throughout the day. Only con was the bed that was a bit too hard, but we solved that by adding a blanket underneath us. They also clean the room every day and give you new clean towels which was very nice. Total stayed 4 nights. Great value!

A really pleasant guest house at reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and Granada provides lots of nice touched including bathrobes. It is a little bit out of the old town but in an ideal location for the night bazaar. Friendly and helpful staff.

It is a cosy and comfortable hostel nearby Chiang Mai night bazaar. The owners Chang and Nok are a cute couple, and friendly too. We went out camping together during my stay and they were more than welcoming all throughout. The only point I have deducted is because there were ants in the coffee area, inside the snacks and sugar jars and everywhere around.

This is actually more like a guesthouse than a hostel. No bunk beds in sight. Bathrobe (! ), slippers, towels etc all present in room and owners very accommodating. Beds are quite comfortable, most beds in Thailand seem to be a slab of concrete instead of a mattress… Not these! Appreciated the call to see if I arrived in Chiang mai OK and if I need help with the taxis. Can be a bit noisy since its very close to the night bazaar, but they even provide earplugs free of charge (or rather included in the price I assume). Had a decent sleep and a great stay!

Very nice stay and warm welcome host at a small house in center of Chiang Mai city. There is near by Night marget, Big market, pubs & restaurants.

Booked Tamada hostel on third party site last minute at 9pm and received confirmation email next day 7.35am. Then found out hostel was overbooked for the Loy Krathong festival and hostel offered to find replacement place for the night. There were some issues and misunderstandings which had now been cleared up. While I did not get to stay inside the hostel proper, I have to say that I appreciate the efforts taken.
