My family and I was checking in a president-suite in this budget resort/Hotel, gladly there were three person who were extremely nice and friendly. They were accommodating us as a GUEST, which was the Manager, the Tuk Tuk driver and the waitress lady. The rest were expectantly terrible, no smile, and saying hello to guest may has not been trained. Unfortunately, we had to switch the suite 3 times within 24 hr. After a long flight across the world. We may come back for the suite and the three personals as mentioned. Hopefully they will promoted the Tuk Tuk driver and the waitress to the front in-order to welcoming guest. I have to admitted that our room were provided two glasses and I break one, which was my bad and, I was of-cause willing to pay for, well, we were then have a glass for three. It has been that way for several night s and the maid was ignored us on that also the TOILET paper, which we had to privately buy from the supermarket. However, one night we need an extra glass (1 glass) to share the drink, one of us went down to the front and ask a lady for one. She was just simply refused "NO CAN'T GIVE YOU THAT" (translated word by word from THAI). The 3 rooms that we went in were really nice but dirty. The maid may has not been trained on how to do the cleaning, the nice artificial floor were ruined by moped with too much water. All 3 bathrooms were flooded when we get shower. I know that we have to pay more in order to earn more and we will do that on our next trip. Thank You B2 for accommodated us for two weeks.
