For the first time, it was impressive. Excellent service. It creates a great deal of pleasure in our family's vacation.

The room is clean, the staff is excellent, the food is delicious, the pork pizza and the vegetable salad is very delicious. 😍 🥰

The hotel is far from the center of Khao Yai but worth to stay. Fresh air, tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

The view of the big mountains is very beautiful, lying in view with the atmosphere of the world.

Very clean & spacious room, good breakfast, good size swimming pool, nice surroundings.

I really like the room, it’s very good design and nice facilitator and clean. The all staffs having a nice service and friendly. At 5 pm forward, there is a promotion happy hour at the pool, buy 1 get free 1 drink. I will visit again for sure in the future.

Very nice hotel. We really enjoy our stay. Especially the bathtub in the room made it special. Rooms were clean. Only bad thing was lipstick on a glas.

The best destination, the room is nice and clean, good facilities, good service minds and good breakfast.

Dirty room with dirts all over the bed sheets. The sauna room never works and always get turned off while using. They even calculated our payment many times (they charged my niece's breakfast at adult's price! ). The attitude of Manager (k'If) is poor and she doesn't catch up with her works at all.

Nice, clean and quite hotel resort. Beautiful setting except the breakfast is not up to standard.

Hotel has beautiful natural surroundings and good facilities such as a pool, rock climbing wall and a playground. Good spread of breakfast with a mixture of local and international food. Only peeve was the room design is too open and with an active kid splashing water out of the tub, the room got wet really fast and we needed extra floor mats to dry it up.

5/5 for the comfortable beds and room design. 5/5 for the room cleaning staff. 1/5 for the broken coffee machine which wasn't fixed in 2 days. 1/5 for the food for breakfast, room service food, special event buffet. We went with 25 people. Feedback from the team : even the omlet didn't taste good. Buffet meat (like all of it:beef, pork, chicken) was tough, not sure how you manage that with chicken… It will be my unsolvable mystery. Front desk 3/5 they checked by call if the woman claiming to be my wife actually was my wife when she followed later, which is great, but having to go four times in four days to get the door cards working again is not a good service. 5/5 for the guys taking care of the bunnies and alpacas. We'll miss the custom dusit beds but not the food. Would come back if the food matches the standard someone has shown in choosing the beds and someone changes the card activating procedure…

The best point of here is swimming pool but it is too far from room. You have to walk and go up the stairs. I have got the room on 1st floor that I think is not have a privacy. The room has a stale smell, has insect. Room floor is not clean. There are not slipper but has flip-flop which is not comfortable. Breakfast selection does not have too much. And there are not many staff to clean a table or fill the food. I have to asked them many time. The bath and bed, in room are great and comfortable but does not has bath foam.

Overall the d2 hotel of this trip liked. The breakfast was also good, especially the dinner was really good. But one thing I want to do is check the room status before checking in. One fluorescent light was broken and the phone charging cable did not work. It will also be remembered forever that the door lock battery has been discharged and the help of the engineer and receptionist in the bathrobe for about 20 minutes. Instead, we received a late check-out and we would like to give our staff a high rating. I have a willingness to revisit next time.

The room was not clean with some debris on the floor when we arrived. As a member of Dusit Gold, breakfast was supposed to be included. I already informed this to the staff at the reservation desk only to be surprised on the next day that we had to order a la carte and had to pay for that separately since our names were not on the list for buffet breakfast. There are stairs to go up and down from our room to the lobby and dining room. This would be hassle for some elderly people and handicapped. The bicycles for free rides were in poor condition so we decided to leave them after trying to go through a few uphills. Never mind, I will not go there again since I visited Khao Yai many times and know that there are many other resorts that offer better facilities with lower prices.

Lovely place, lovely hotel. I like how the backyard is facing the mountains, and lovely birds-chirping in the early morning, they are really nice to the ear. They have mini-farm in the backyard too — 4 Alphacas, and a rabbit-pen filled with more than 10 rabbits. For about 50 to 100 baht, u could get to feed them too.

Exotic resort in the Khao Yai area. A bit too remote if you do not have own ride. Good facility bit should have more for the luxury resort.

It was very good worked in hotels around the word very nice please the only one comment I have the receptionist was very rood on checking in don’t now her name but was not very helpful but the rest of the staff very good.

Really enjoy staying at dusitd2! The hotel has everything! Alpacas, rabbits, rock climbing walls, pool that oversees the mountain and a huge land space for morning jog in nature. Need me say more? I really enjoy the room too, open concept bathtub and comfortable bed!

Beautiful place. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, and the natural environment is fantastic. Minor things like a blocked sink drain and a bit noisy air conditioner compressor spoiled perfection.

Patchy hospitality and service quality. Thailand is seldom bad but this hotel is below part. The facilities also need attention — water pressure in the shower — open bath needs water mats etc.

Slow staff. Expensive drinks. Nothing to do at the hotel and far to anywhere. Shower will alternate between scolding hot and freezing cold.

Hotel staff were excellent, the food is great and the rooms are fantastic.

I had a incredible play to stayed at Kao Yai, Dusit D2 Kao Yai was my choice. Convenience location for discovery Kao Yai National park. Staffs were friendly and very much useful for information of locally tourist places Nice and great hotel, will cone back Skkbkk.

Room is spacious which suitable for couple, open concept bathtub next to the bed. Hotel concept similar to modern Australian architectural building on a clean field. Hotel located very deep in and surrounded by farm. U cant go anywhere without car. Only down fall is Do Not expect you have stunning scenic around the hotel, just rural farm view, nothing special. Pool is rather small. Surprise for breakfast they display a frame of real pure honey comb for pancake. Scoop the honey comb as much as u like! I stay in block B and close to the Alpaca cage. Alpaca will free to the garden around 10am. But only 1 alpaca I saw and bought a 100 baht ticket from reception to feed the alpaca. Advice to spend at least 2 nights to experience the ambiance.

Clean and peaceful hotel. Good place for getting away from town. Breakfast here is just moderate. Like the bed and pillows — so comfy.

Best Staff, I have visited Thailand many times. But the staff here specially at reception is just amazing, very helpful girls. Beautiful property with a nice swimming pool.

Good option of 4* hotel in this area, there is also good local restaurant near by. They have very good view of mountains. Room are good decoration.

NICE view but… power outage for the whole night without any announcement of explanatin, some services guy went to my friend room with his staff key card and he said that he went to the wrong room!, food is count as 3 star. And seafood at not enough for even half of number of people, dish was not clean as it should be.

Love this hotel! have fun riding a bike for 30 mins to breath fresh air in the morning. Special architecture BIRD NEST house on the top of the tree really made my day. So wonderful!

Nice comfortable and quite place.

We really like the newer D2 brand because it feels younger, hip and not so formal. It also offers a good value for your money. We have stayed at a few D2s including Nairobi, Kenya and a couple of the Thailand locations. The D2 Khao Yai is in a beautiful location with pastoral and mountain views. And because it is a short 2+ hours away from Bangkok, it is perfect for a quick getaway to reduce stress. Bring a good book and relax on the patio! One last comment: K Fixx, who checked us in, was friendly, professionally and made us feel very welcome. Thank you K Fixx!
