Don't go there!
We arrived at 5:30pm and they didn't know we booked, no boss in the hotel, nobody speak a bit of English.
We gave 1000baht 24hrs before and say no you have to pay again, … until the boss came.
1 hour later we checked in for 4 nights (1500bht/nights) and we had to pay the 4 nights before be in the room, what a joke!
Rooms are dirty, we ask for change room because the bed was humide. 2nd room ok but the bathroom not clean, we asked to clean.
Toilets were leaking.
Food expensive for what you have in the plate.
One staff speak a bit English, this young man was nice, only him.
You have to be prepare to be angry.
Breakfast weird, the angry and loud woman ask us to pay for the drinks for breakfast and we had breakfast include in the price.
I could continu but it's enough we just change for the hotel next door, samed club resort for 2000baht the night you have a super service and clean/new room. Go there^^
Just come back from Koh samed, this hôtel is so beautiful! At the lobby, you can rent scooters or bicycles and make the island tour …
I'll go back again for sure!

Full 10, not broken at all, come to stay here, get a great rest, good room, good view. The food was delicious. The coffee is delicious. The staff, housekeeping, are very friendly. If you can tell everything, you'll find a diving tour, the accommodation is well organized. Very impressed. 😍😍
