Beautiful and clean room.

The best resort we ever been in Thailand. Very friendly staff, especially Jack, who was taking care we feel comfortable and we have everything we need.
The Resort is beautiful, the breakfast is very good and the view: heavenly amazing.

Mouse in the room at night and request to change room. But the staff ignored with bad attitude. No staff at reception at night nor any phone number for emergencies.

Very beautiful location and very new and karge cottages, but in summer you don't see the sunset because it goes down under the hill. Personnel is nice and very polite. They speak good english. We just had to ask to change the duvet cover because it had mould stains. They fixed it. Dinner eating is approx 550 bhat per person. Little beach that disapperars with high tide. Super relax and quiet.

Absolutely beautiful place with really friendly and genuinely caring service. After traveling many places in Thailand this island and this resort is number 1. Aesthetic, clean, friendly, good breakfast, fair price… and the best snorkeling at a beach that I've seen. Intact coral everywhere. A gem that needs to be experienced.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It is very important to note that the hotel owns the best beach on the island (this I know for sure, because on Kuda for the second time).
From the minuses-the restaurant is expensive and the food in it is nothing better than in the restaurants near the hotel. But, compared to the pros of the hotel-it's a trifle.

A great place to stay "from winter to Summer". Good sea, there are many nice beaches. Hotels of different price categories from the most prosteckih to "more or less". The third time we stay at the Beach Natural Resort, normal service, good kitchen, polite staff. Recommend.

A lovely spot of earth and a beautiful cove. But unfortunately too much rubbish on the beach and in the sea. This morning a nice oil slick around our pier that did not invite to swim.

This review is not about hotel, it’s about staff. Being stacked on Koh Chang we wanted refund of some money that we spent for Beach Natural’s reservation. But no any cooperation and no refund. Is it our fault that our boat was canceled due weather conditions, so we couldn’t go to island? Exactly no, but hotel didn’t understand our position.

Family with 2 kids, stayed at the beach front villa. Pros: The beach villas are amazing, the views are breath taking, staff are very helpful and friendly, and did their best to help us solve any issue we had. Cons: No beach, No pool, so you need to walk to the neighboring resort for a day at the beach. Breakfast is not that varied, restaurant management is a joke especially during breakfast. The resort is located far from town center and other restaurant options and going out with a taxi was an expensive option. We expected more for that price.

Great hotel. Everything is gorgeous. The check in is quick. The Garden Room is small and very cozy. It's all clear.

Nice hotel with a beatifully made facility, the staff were very nice even though we had some language difficulties. The sea is very calm and really clear and clean. Be aware that there is no pool in the hotel, contrary to what they promote!

If you are happy to pay, then this place definitely delivers. The oceanfront villas are very well turned out, stunning views over the bay, good interior design and well situated in gardens such that they feel quite private. Food and drink are good quality. Staff are friendly and interested. No pool but you absolutely don't need it. Great swimming beach out front, and the next bay to the north has some worthwhile places to snorkel, and is easily reachable by kayak — also a cheap (and good) restaurant geared more at Chinese tourists so you're​ not at the mercy of the resort restaurants which are all relatively pricey. Definitely feels five star. If you are considering splashing out, it's a nice treat. In case the resort happen to read this, I'd suggest binning the dvd collection as inevitably they are all broken. Also, whilst I am a fat man and therefore happy to eat a bit less — some dishes are a bit small. Neither bothered me! Thanks for a lovely few days.

The place is pricey compared to the others nearby. Be careful with your credit card, they charge you an insane exchange rate and nobody between the stuff was able to speak enough English to solve it. We have a credit card on purpose for avoiding such costs but they would not accept it (even if it was Mastercard) and nobody spoke enough English to explain why.

Nice resort, great beach, a bit expensive but I guess you have to pay for being on an island. Good for kids as well. The road to the resort is currently under construction so when it rains its hard to get there by motorbike.

Excellent facilities, if you want tranquility this is the place to be.
