The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Instructions should include a clothesline in the room. Saw customers drying clothes on the balcony. It doesn't look good because of the garden view room building.
It's the first point that customers will see first.

Or do you want to use the laundry service, so I don't have a railing?

The restaurant outside needs to take a long way out.

Here you would met the extremely peaceful, blue sky, nice beach. All staffs are kindly service. The steady ocean lead to relaxation of your mind after hard works. If you want to reward youself, this is good choice.

Superb place! From arriving, during stay and while leaving… a warm blanket of hospitality falls upon you. Clean, tidy and well maintained rooms. The island is great for tours on a scooter, especially the waterfall is a definite must. Best hotel and island in the area. Most definitely coming back here!

Nice beach for swimming and snorkeling, clear water, also for children. Large pool, comfortable loungers. Rich breakfast buffet. Fitness studio and kayaks available. Very friendly staff.

We had a room at the building in the back and it was awful. The Ventilation in the bathroom was extremely loud. I coud hear every word from the next room. At 7am it was so loud I was not able to sleep any more. Room was also not very clean. Breakfast was also not good. Dinner was quite pricy but ok.

The beach is great. Near the old pier, behind it a lot of big boulders at the entrance to the sea. There's a lovely snorkeling! My daughter and I swam with masks, saw a lot of fish! There are sun loungers by the sea and pool, towels are provided for the beach. About the hotel. The staff is helpful. Cleaning every day, with a change of bed linen and towels. The room is large (we had a superior, in the building). At first glance it looks like something simple, even ascetic. But in the process of living you realize that everything is necessary and it is enough for rest. New plumbing in the toilet. The furniture is also new. I would like to mention the comfortable mattress and pillows, quality linen. Sleep. It was very nice. The air conditioning is quiet.

Breakfast was good. The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable.

The waiters are sluggish, had to remind several times about themselves to take the order.
Close to the reception area with scattered materials. The water in the pool unclear.
But the rest was not disturbing, as a whole we liked everything. Maybe come back here next time!

Beach front and ok pool area. Overall can recomend the place. Negative: every day beach/pool towels are not ready in the morning and very fast not available. This is happening every day so I don't understand why they don't buy more towels.

My review of the hotel beach. I would not say that cleanliness is perfect, but it is pleasant. Many trees creating a shadow, swings, squeaky truth, benches on which it is possible to settle down. The water is amazing, clear. The entrance to the water is not quite flat, the depth is about one and a half two meters from the shore. Nakupavshis can be rinse in the shower next to the hotel pool and not sit like a herring in the salt. We stopped from the local fair, where they left the bike. At the fair you can buy drinks and something to eat, the truth to find something familiar, you need to try, the food is designed for the local population.

We made reservation for bungalows beach view and instead they send Us to a horrible building at the back of the resort. The room smelled terrible full humidity and definitely for the price we paid is not worth it, the buffet breakfast is really poor and simple sorry but not a good experience actually quite disappointing.

Very expensive for what you get. Food service is a joke. Utterly disorganised which caused enormous delays and mistakes. The place is poorly designed with a horrible orange pool and long walks for most guests and staff. The real issue was the complete lack of any plan for what to do when an accident happens, making this one to avoid especially if you have kids. I injured my foot on one of the sharp steps as the light was turned off making it invisible. Blood was pouring everywhere but instead of take me to a back room them made me walk into the reception, with a big gash on my foot. I am thankful the receptionist cleaned the wound and put a bandage on. But the staff were more concerned with laughing at me. It was a big joke to them.

Well maintained resort with direct beach location.
Unfortunately, from the superior rooms a few meters to the main house.
A plus is the pick-up and drop-off service very joyful and dedicated staff.
Good English, however, only speaks to the reception.

The Resort is nice, we liked the beach and the pool. We also enjoyed the rice soup in the morning. Unfortunately we booked a room in the hotel instead of a bungalow. Our room was on the ground floor directly where everyone passes to get to their rooms. And you could hear everything. Also our room smelled and in the bathroom there was mold and water dropped from the ceiling over our toilet. I think it came from the room on the 1. Floor. For 80€ per night it should not be like that… but the stuff was nice. The food, quite western and expensive. If we would stay here again, then only in a bungalow.

Perfect service! We got bungalow for free instead of a room according to the long stay! We got a baby cot and were provided with the service of nanny as soon as we asked. The room service is also very good.
The hotel has a beautiful beach, it is something I will never forget.
The only disadvantage for us was the food. There is not variety of breakfast meals, some of them were under cooked (eggs, pancakes, sausages). The meals for dinner and lunch are quit expensive, we chose to eat in the other places.

A fantastic resort, perfect location, beautiful beach, very nice rooms, friendly helpful staff & a lovely pool. Also there is a handy mini mart next door. Had an extremely relaxed fun holiday.

Housed in Superior Garden View. Of the pros: a large, bright room, a new building, no insects, no foreign smells, a large table, nightstand, TV. The only downside is that there are no toothbrushes, no closet. Wonderful location, beautiful beach. Clean, tidy, well-groomed. There are three more resorta nearby. Not crowded, very comfortable. Small yellow sand on the beach. The pool is lovely. The pier is nearby but apparently not used. In the evenings it gathers Thais and the sun. The sunset here is wonderful. Close to the village. Not far from the waterfall. The bike can easily reach other beaches. The island abounds with beautiful beaches. Recommend this place. Loved the island of Kood.

Very well. A quiet place with a great clean sea. Good breakfast. The territory is slightly underdone, there is some construction and natural debris. Lived in Room 111 The building is located a little distance from the sea and the main houses. The room is large with huge beds, no closet is a minus, although the place underneath it is. Bathroom, toilet is decent. Wi-Fi is good. There is a rental motorbikes.

We stayed at Paradise Beach for three nights in the garden bungalow and were very pleased. The hotel is located on a very nice beach to the nearest restaurants (except the in-house and neighboring resort) it is a few km, so you need a scooter. The staff could speak a little better English and the breakfast offers quite a bit of choice. If you book here, it must definitely be a bungalow, as the house is not really nice and somewhat secluded. Otherwise it was the most expensive accommodation with CA €100 per night, which does not really suit the whole. But so the prices are unfortunately on Koh Kood.

Beautiful room with well-functioning and modern air conditioning. The Restaurant is also good, the prices are a little higher, but correspond to the Hotel. Of non-local courts should, however, the fingers and also in the case of beverages with ice! The Perrsonal is very friendly and accommodating. Motor scooter from the Hotel rented. Directly opposite is a small Shop located in the quite cheap to the bare minimum. In the off-season in the end of may, you have the beach practically to themselves.

Location is awesome! Staffs are so helpful. Room is good, but shampoo and soap are very cheap. You bring it yourself better. Food is also expensive. Thai brings lots of drinks and foods.

Great beach. Sunset at the sea depth at once. The hotel meets the price-quality.

The resort have only been open a few weeks so the reception area and gym was not up an running yet, but I can just imagine that Paradise Beach Resort have the friendliest and most serviceminded staff on the island as they will do anything to keep you happy and comfortable! The name Paradise Beach Resort is very fitting for this place!
